"battery tester and 2 x empty bottles" on customs form
It got my hopes up, with "expected 2nd February" tooThought it was at P.O. Tuesday here. Today is/was Thursday. Nothing in P.O. according to wife today. Seems betwixt Los Angeles, CA and here in Ripley, WV. Our ruddy post, not Aussie.
I blame Amazon. They've glutted our post service by overloading it with their deliveries.
Love my inbox. Im sure u will too.Got a new toy today, at least new for me. Got it from someone that had to give up vaping for health reasons. My very first mod with a dna chip. Vt Inbox with an extra set of panels, 9 new version squonk bottles, leather case, a fill bottle and battery included.

Not a bad idea... think i will pull mine out this weekend too.I’m looking forward to trying it out tonight. It’s so nice to look at though I’m almost afraid to touch it. I’ll set up my berserker tonight though and have some fun with it.
What's the new version bottle, and the difference between the two?Got a new toy today, at least new for me. Got it from someone that had to give up vaping for health reasons. I know the older original style, the tube was attached to the mod,and you slid the bottle up over it.I think the V2 is when they switched to a traditional style sqounk bottle where the tube is in the cap of the bottle. What's the new version bottle, and the difference between the two?
Dna is hands down my favorite chip for regulated mods.I’m guessing I have the original where the bottle slides over the tube but the difference in the newer bottles is that you don’t need much pressure to squeeze them, they are softer bottles
Now maybe someone can chime in and answer a question for me. I’ve never had a mod with a dna chip before but I’m experiencing something much better than my other squonks.
I put my etna rda which is one of my favorites other then the 1928. At 22 watts with a fused caption mtl coil I’m getting a much more satisfying hit using the vt inbox than with my pico squeeze 2 running at 25 watts. The flavor and throat hit are better.
Same coil, same juice, all I did was move the etna rda from the pico squeeze 2 to the vt inbox after filling the inbox with the same ejuice. Now this is lower wattage mtl vaping so I didn’t think there would really be much of a difference. I bought the mod because it was a great deal, looked nice and it was a dna chip so I thought it would be cool to finally have one.
But wow the difference in quality of vape is way bigger than I could have imagined.
Can a dna chip make that much of a difference even at lower wattages?
Those look really good already, but a few things you can use is micro mesh pads,Howard's cutting board oil,and Renaissance wax.The more you work them with the different micro mesh, the glossier they will get, then wipe with the oil and let it sit to soak in for a few, then wipe dry,and apply the wax.Another option if you want them super glossy is to use the micro mesh, then use a paper towel and quickly apply a few coats of thin super glue, then sand smooth and polish.Love these panels - finally had a chance to start working on them. Anyone have some pointers on how to really make them pop? My phone did a great job making them brighter but is there some oils or fine sand paper to make the colors pop even more?View attachment 190423View attachment 190424
I appreciate the tips! My pixel made those panels look a little brighter than they are. Nice! I just yesterday "blacked out" my SQ, with a new Nitrous RDA. VERY smooth airflow, and a perfect flat-black match...The drip tip fits the Entheon so it's finally complete. At least until I find a black Entheon cap, and a green beauty ring haha... View attachment 190951

good post. i have 18 vapes but i only use sub ohm gear. i find it easy and gets me away from bloody fags. i hate the smell of fags now yet i used them for 40 yrs, vaping for 3 years has been great (and cheaper)This is a weird post for me... for most of my vaping journey, I've been a mech squonker, almost exclusively. I've had plenty of regulated box mods, tanks, regulated squonks, mech tubes/etc but mech squonk was always king. Dunno how many mech squonks I owned over the years but it was a couple. Started back in the day with a DIY Gdeal Peko (remember those?) and REO Grands.
Now that I have been fully bewitched by the evil boro enchantress, I guess you can say I "scaled down" my mech squonk collection, lol. Most of what I had is now in the hands of fellow VU members, which makes me happy.
After leveraging my "squonk equity" to fund my boro pursuits, these are the three mods which remain. I kind of surprised myself at what made the final cut. I suppose it speaks to my fondness for Snow Cap Mods, lol.
Anyway, these are all I have to offer for squonk porn for the foreseeable future. I suppose if the mech squonk bug takes over again, I have some boro equity to get back in, lol.

Well, I have like a gazillion mech squonks...a couple from you!! And I've never pulled the trigger on a Snowcap, as I just get befuddled by finishes I don't really like. But I must say - I like yours. Particularly that one on the right. What color option is that?? You started around the same time that I did. Vaping since November 2013 and squonk since March 2014.This is a weird post for me... for most of my vaping journey, I've been a mech squonker, almost exclusively. Yeah, I prefer the simple base colors. The one on the right is called something like "distressed forest green". I'd have to confirm with the modder but this is either the only one or one of very few. That color option is no longer available, sadly.Well, I have like a gazillion mech squonks...a couple from you!! Makes sense. It's a little confusing on their site, but I'm guessing it was based on white, while most of the options are "dabs" on black. I'll probably get one eventually - but there's something on my radar coming soon that's probably gonna be a little pricey...Yeah, I prefer the simple base colors. PhenomWhat rda is on the far right?
Are they more airy than the Venna? How would they compare if you don't mind me asking?Phenom
Yes - the original Haku rdas, the Phenom and Cruiser, were a bit more airflow than any of the newer ones like the Venna. They are go-to, have-a-few favorites of mine!!Are they more airy than the Venna? How would they compare if you don't mind me asking?
Bingo. I have some pretty spicy builds in mine and the Phenom AF is just about perfect wide open. I love the Venna too but it doesn’t move as much air and needs a delrin/ultem cap for hotter builds.Yes - the original Haku rdas, the Phenom and Cruiser, were a bit more airflow than any of the newer ones like the Venna.
