Thanks! I bought a 60ml bottle, so I’d like to use it. Sounds like it’s be good with the rum.

It is but its one of those things that really needs a good steep. Tried it mixed with FA Rum, no good, TFA Dx Rum, rubbish, but the TFA Jamaican is really nice. Had a go with a couple of Bourbons but it was like vaping rubber.

I’m watching Fresh03’s Saturday show and he mentions a flavor that was a commercial only flavor and now has been released to retail. He said one whiff and you’ll know what commercial juice it belongs in. He’s sooooo correct.

Chemnovatic Lemon Cream Wafer. Could be the missing link. I haven’t tried it yet, but it’s now at the top of the queue for testing. The smell, though.......spot on Dinner Lady.

Hi, no. I used to use, before I thought why am I trying to make my vape taste like a cig which was ok at the start because the ones I made did and it really substituted them, I used Flavour Art Black Perique. Just .2 of a ml totally replicates that ashen taste you get from a cig. I tried a number of FA supposed tobac flavours and some I cant for the life of me understand why they market them as that. I cant even remember them all as often on the first try at various % id throw them in the bin. One was ridiculous, at any % it was just peanuts.

Lol! FA is definitely not known for their tobaccos.

When I entered the FA tobacco contest last year, I bought a whole bunch of them. Ugh. There were maybe 3 that I found I could tolerate. Part of me hoped I wouldn’t be picked to go on to round two.....that round you had to do a classic cigarette tobacco. So it was a good thing I wasn’t picked....lol!

Go light on it for sure. Also try INW DNB (Dirty Neutral Base) to help tobaccos get the smoke and ash.

Its the smokiness i was looking for. I’m not sure what the ash flavor is.
Your recipe looks good. There’s not that many tobacco flavors around. For some reason, the dessert or fruit juices I’ve bought haven’t been my faves.
But I’ve gotten some good NETs that taste good to me added to other flavors. Go figure! Thanks, GB.

If "The DIY Apprentice" is actually TFA, then there's a Papaya 2. I love papaya flavors so I just got it anyways.

Key Lime (Natural) (FW) 1% <---- I may use FW Hawaiian Limeade instead, still thinking.
Marshmallow (FA) 1%
Orange Marmalade (VTA) 2.5%
Shortbread (INAWERA) 2%
Sugar Cookie (CAP) 2%
Super Sweet (CAP) 1%

Total flavors 15%

This is essentially a different fruit mix using the cookie components that I used in Lemon Sandy, I LOVE the way the cookie came together in that recipe.

Flavorah, Hangsen, and Inawera all have good tobacco DIY concentrates. Our friends a Bull City Flavors carry all three lines.

I was going to ask why tobbaco flavor, because you can vape any flavor you want. But now I'm thinking you might like them.. Do you like tobbaco flavors? From what I've read there's many different kinds.

I've only tried RY4s which are caramel/tobbaco flavors. DIY Flavor Shack makes one called Holy RY4. That stuff is pretty darn good. I can taste a really good dark-ish caramel flavor, with a hint of like actual tobbaco leaf. Not burnt tobbaco, but like how Red Man smells. Red Man is a shredded chewing tobbaco in a pouch.

From what I've read, the longer you can steep tobaccos, the better they are. I'd say a minimum of 3 weeks unless you just have to have something to vape right away. Just be aware that it won't be as good as it will be later, and this is especially true if you add custard to it.

Ideal steep time is probably more like 6 weeks.

Maybe make yourself a small bottle for now and a larger one to steep? Once you know you like a recipe, you can mix more at once of your long steepers.

Butter Cream (CAP) 3%
Butterscotch, Natural (FW) 1%
Cream Cheese Icing (LA) 2.6%
Ethyl Vanillin 10% (TPA) 1%
Maple Pecan (FW) 1.25%
Maple Syrup (TPA) 3%
Sweetener (Sucralose) (FW) 0.75%

Total flavors 12.6%

Mocha Buttercream

Brazilian Coffee (SC) (WF) 1%
Butter Cream (CAP) 3%
Chocolate (FA) 3.00%
Chocolate Fudge Brownie (CAP) 0.5%
Cocoa (Cacao) (FA) 1.25%
Cream Cheese Icing (LA) 2.6%
Reindeer Poop (FW) 1%
Sweetener (Sucralose) (FW) 0.75%

Total flavors 13.1%

This could go on and on...strawberry, vanilla, caramel, lemon, amaretto, plain coffee, mint chocolate, banana, peach, coconut, pina colada, etc. Just keep the basic recipe of butter cream, cream cheese icing, vanillin, and sweetener, and add something like 3-4% of other layered flavors (plain coffee wouldn't need to be that heavy - more like 1.25%, amaretto maybe 2%, coffee at 1% and hazelnut at 2% YUM).

TFA RY4 Double, INW Vanilla for Pipe, FLV Tatanka, FLV Red Burley, FA Soho and Holy Grail RY4. Those are the only ones I’ve used.

If you want “the tobacco guy” and his recipes, Fear on All the Flavors is spectacular. I’m not a tobacco gal, but I’ll vape anything he’s got a recipe for.

You guys, it's getting bad... I got some Great Value Speculoos Cookie Butter today at Walmart. It's the only other brand they have besides biscoff. Just wanted to see how others taste. I unloaded groceries and decided to try it just to see how it tasted. I've been using my finger and can't stop . How did I go through life without this stuff before?

I unloaded groceries and decided to try it just to see how it tasted. I've been using my finger and can't stop . How did I go through life without this stuff before?

That's the way I am with Nutella. The stuff is addictive and so fattening I don't even want to think about it.

I went to a dying B&M vape shop today. I used to go there a couple of years ago and buy their house juice. A couple of them were really good. I figured since the store was closing, maybe their mixer guy would be nice and clue me in on how they made them.

There was one guy up front when the door bell went off. After chatting a while about the sad state of affairs vaping in general is in, I asked politely. I explained how much I enjoyed the juices and that I would like to make them at home. The dude went in the back to talk to the man in charge.

The young guy came out and said, "He'll do it if the money is right". I thought okay now we're getting somewhere. I was prepared to offer $100 but before I could make my proposal he blurts out, "Yeah, a thousand bucks. That's what they're getting". I thought to myself, GTFO with that. Nobody's interested in your damn house blends but the loyal customers who've tasted them.

I say, "Seriously? It's not like I'm hard up for stuff to vape on. I know the creator took time and effort to make them but jeez..

A thousand dollars.... I told him Iknow, in a couple of months it might be illegal to sell anything vape related that isn't approved by the FDA. I thought maybe the owner or whoever's back there would maybe throw me a bone but I got "Big timed" by a guy who should take what he can.

I know not all shop owners are dick heads but the ones around here sure are. I know of 4 places within an hours drive and they all act high and mighty. The ones in charge do that anyways.
