If anyone likes Chubby Gorilla bottles Eightvape is having a sale.

30 ml - $0.19
60 ml - $0.25
100ml - $0.35
130ml - $0.40

https://www.eightvape.com/pages/sea...e=1&rb_vendor=Chubby+Gorilla&sscid=41k4_dqppk

I dont need any bottles but got a dozen of each just to throw in my bottle bin. I'll get to them eventually.. I got some other stuff too I been needin' so it worked out. They have the big bottles of Country Clouds and I'm down to my last DLLT. I got some of those while I was there.

Eightvape has cleared their stock to bare bones status with constant sales. I guess they just want to focus on e-juice sales it looks like.

Gotta love when you have a squonk bottle sitting with unknown juice in it. I was in a hurry so gave it a smell and topped it off with a cinnamon roll waffle recipe. AND ITS AMAZING. But have no way of recreating it again. Grrrrrrrr
None the less i followed my nose and taste buds and made an educated guess in mixing something i hope will b close

The Blush Ice Cream from Monday's mystery mix is pretty good! Has anyone else mixed their own recipes (besides @88ArDeN88 )? I think mine would have been better if I could have put my hands on pomegranate instead of mixed berries, but it's still good.

Sat down and put together three more new recipes a little while ago. They must have been waiting in the wings, because they came out of my old head essentially ready to go. More stuff to mix, and no room to store it.

Ordered a few new flavors from BCF just now - TFA Spearmint, FW Black Licorice, VTA Russian Vodka, and some WS-23 - plus some refills of staples I've come to depend on and/or like a whole lot, like OOO Powdered Sugar, TFA Vanilla Custard II, Flv Cinnamon Crunch. Was going to get Flv Marshmallow Vanilla, but then thought twice about it, since I have 60ml of WF Marshmallow Candy plus two other kinds of marshmallow.

Anyone else placed a flavors order recently? I think I heard a couple folks talking about ordering new MB flavors?

I didn't even see that. I think the VU site scans words we type and does that on its own. I've noticed before when I type Walmart it will turn it red, but had never clicked it to see what it would do. You're just curious, Bunny, so you figured it out! :)

Coconut Extra (TPA) 1%
Butterscotch, Natural (FW) 1.5%
Ethyl Vanillin 10% (TPA) 1.23%

My response to last night's mystery pic, an adaptation of my Quincy recipe to incorporate marshmallows, reduce caramel and coconut.

ETA: Actually, on second thought, I'm going to change the DDL to Butterscotch and bump it a bit.

A few weeks ago I did the replenish my used a lot flavors and some new ones to make some of the recipes that have been popping up here. BCF was super nice and threw in a bottle labeled "Thank You" that was a 10ml of WF Lemonade!

I am going to have to put in a direct order from MB soon. I really like their flavors. Some of them need to be used a little higher than I'm used to using things, but every one I have outside of Melty Caramel, has been excellent.
Turn around time isn’t too bad. I’ve ordered from them several times now. And for a lot of the flavors, you can get 100ml bottles.

If MB is shipping from Poland I heard there is no international shipping right now due to the virus.

I don't know about other countries but I was told by Chef's Flavours a few days ago that all parcel shipping to the UAE has been halted.

This is when my obsession with having backups for my backups has finally paid off. I can go at least 6 months without having to buy anything.

Hey, can someone (everyone?) educate me in the difference between TFA Koolada and WS-23? My order from BCF with the WS-23 in it will be here tomorrow or the next day, and I need to be smarter by then.

The mixes that I use the Koolada in, they don't have the rush of cold that I'm after. I haven't increased the percentage much because that Koolada has a taste to it, beyond just the coolness it provides, and I don't want that in my mix. But I am looking for COLD. Do I need to add Wintergreen *and* WS-23 to get cold?

This might help, I don't use these much. https://diyordievaping.com/2018/06/18/noted-ep-54-menthol-cooling-agents/

I think straight ws-23 should do you right. I use it around 0.5-1%. No crazy aftertaste, like Koolada. The only other ones you might try(in the future) are FA Polar Blast and FLV Ice.

If you really wanna get educated, go to the Developed website. NaChef did an article about coolants. Pretty extensive, too.

Hey, @Mykreign

I’ve heard over and over that WF Strawberry Gummy Candy is something to consider if you’re strawberry blind. Figured I’d pass it along, if you are still on the strawberry quest.
I used to have trouble with strawberry. That's how I remembered Andria here when I came back, tried some of her ones but didn't work for me.
But now after trying Flavour Art Jack, a strawberry candy, its a different story.
3 to 5 % is great. The other for me is Flavour Art juicy strawberry. Even smells like an actual ripe one. Jack needs a 3 week steep to come good, less is less. Juicy needs a full month. That fresh picked smell can be a little dominant in the first couple of weeks but after a month its great.
I use them both with other things individually but both together Jack 3% Juicy 3 % with, ahem, marshmallow again, I love my candy type flavours, tastes reall nice.

I tried juicy strawberry about a year ago and got zero flavor.

I have the FA Jack but never actually used it haha.

May have to try both as I believe our taste buds change.

I use tfa ripe, tfa strawberry and cap sweet strawberry for my stuff.

True we can taste different. Juicy needs to steep, no shake n vape. Jack too though not as critical. You might see Jack with recomended 8% level. It went backwards for me that high. I have found that so many mixes under a month taste a world apart from the same mix left to steep. Juicy is probably one of the most surprising when it came to steep time for me. My best mix with it was left for 8 weeks.
I now and then use an RY4D with Jamaican Rum. Left for 2 months is great, just 2 weeks and is blerghh. Like certain drinks like wine, foods like cheeses and meats, sauces, it takes a bit of time and patience. We cant expect a number of liquids to really blend and come together as one by a quick mix n shake. You can get away with some but even those will never taste as good as a well steeped mix in my opinion.

Next time I mix, I'll do your 3% of each together.

Really/ I haven't had much luck with the WF line and strawberry for me is almost non existent. I did get the VSO blueberry, strawberry, watermelon and sweetener. Blueberry is very good. I haven's tried the others yet. If I layer my strawberries ( like 4 different types ) I can taste it a bit better. For me the RF ( think they call it Northwest now ) is pretty good with the JF sweet strawberry. I do get some of the strawberry coming through if I use those.

Sounds like maybe I need to let those steep longer.

Hi, have not tried all strawberry concentrates, so am far, far from an expert believe me. But if there is just 1 thing I have learnt is that strawberry flavours need a really good steep. So much, in my personal opinion which I will give is just my opinion, just give them a go. Mix it up and leave alone for 4 weeks even 8 until you write them off. So, so many other flavours and especially mixed with others, I thought were blerrrgh, forgot about them and then tried months later and loved them to bits! If there is anything I as an every day dingus mixer could give advice on it is this, patience! You just may be surprised. I have been so countless times. Yep, some will be forever garbage, but some I wrote off as such really surprised me. :)

Chicken Stick Cheesecake

Almond (Mandorla) (FA) 1.5%
Brown Sugar (TPA) 1%
Chocolate Fudge Brownie (CAP) 2%
Coconut (FW) 1%
Honeycomb (VTA) 2%
Lemon Mix WG (INAWERA) 1%
Sweet Cereal Flakes (TPA) 2%
Vienna Cream (FA) 1.5%
Yes, We Cheesecake (INAWERA) 3%

Total flavors 15%

I will probably also add about 0.6% of Super Sweet.

I know this is probably really supposed to be a Butterfinger Cheesecake, but I have gotten to the point that I cannot vape peanut butter flavors. So I changed it to Chick-O-Stick (which many kids in the south call a "Chicken Stick").

Did a little bit of mixing yesterday, refilled my Clove Gum, which I went through like a house on fire, plus made new recipes Backyard Vanilla (a true, sweet vanilla reminiscent of homemade vanilla ice cream), Cream Tea (clove tea, scone, jam, and cream all in one), and Frobscottle (after the green fizzy drink in the movie "The BFG").

If any of the new ones show promise, I'll post them in a few days. Right now the vanilla and the Frobscottle are yum, and the cream tea is bizarre, but the clove in it will calm and sweeten some, I hope.

@wildgypsy70 where did you settle on the DLLT clone? I was just about to mix up what I've been mixing up for it and figured I'd see where you were at.
I’m still working on it. My testers say I need more “bright” lemon and a touch more bakery. Getting closer.....

Ok. I have a question.

There’s a dessert that I used to have at a diner I worked at. Take a Krispy Kreme glazed donut and slap it on a flat top. Cook it on both sides. That sugar gets all caramelized and beautiful. Put it on a plate and top it with vanilla ice cream. It’s sooooo good.

I’m trying to do that with FW Caramel Cinnamon Roll. Does anyone have a trick to get that caramelized crunchy bit? I’m thinking Creme Brulee? It would introduce a custard note, but how could that be a bad thing, right? Lol!

Maybe creme brulee and a touch of CSL Cinnamon Sugar would work
