The Cylon is a good mod, very difficult to find now, most sites are out of stock. I picked up the last one a local shop had about a year ago.

I thought so too. Second one en route alongside its strop. Pulled my old strop out and realized a replacement was in short order. Luckily strops are still being made
The Cylon remains one of my all time favorite regulated mods. It was the third mod I ever bought way back when. Still great. Even by today's standards. I'm getting a few dead pixel lines finally in the screen in the black one. I'm pretty sure I can fix it, but since it isn't effecting anything and still works fine, I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Ya I may grab one of those also. I have the xtar 8 bay but seeing as someone just had a "poof" ( glad he wasn't hurt ) I'm a tad leery now in using it. It's been a great charger for me but well, why screw around with something that is not up to par. I know the gry 88 has great reviews. May as well grab some batteries for the New Year while I am there too
Not an expert here Deb, but I'm pretty sure it was his battery. As you know the charger gets power off the wall plug. It does not have an internal transformer. I have the same charger and it doesn't even get warm when charging 8.

I had the 4 bay in my cart but then figured what the hell, may as well get the 8. I needed new batteries anyway. I normally buy a bunch at the start of a new year. Once they hit a year old, I start to notice a decline or maybe it's in my head. Exception of the Mollies that is, those still seem to be just as good as day one. I still love those samsung s batteries though. He just disappeared one day. He and I were tight and I have my thoughts, but I'll leave it at that. My every attempt to contact him, including snail mail to his house with my email address and phone number have gone unanswered

He cut back on vaping i believe. Sold off a lot of gear and with the pandemic, work and how great 2020 was just hasn't been around much. I miss his presence as well though.

I agree. He was a good guy here. There's a whole bunch who were here when I got here almost 3 years ago who are no longer around.

Yes, thanks. It was very rough on both of them, but vitals stayed strong, and both fully recovered. I personally don't think it will be a game at all. Packers 454, Bears 7............ lol. You have a great one as well buddy.
