This morning I read that Donald Trump Junior is considering running for office as mayor of New York
as a first step in being groomed to run for POTUS in 2020 or 2024. I've read the same said about Ivanka.
I don't like the idea as it reeks of dictatorial nepotism...
and Trump's failure to make good on repealing Obama Care is causing me to re-examine my support for him
(not that I ever trusted him completely as I've always said that in order to run for office
a candidate has to have sold his soul in the first place...I've always said the same about guys as wealthy as Trump)
We all heard or read about how Steve Bannon was disenfranchised yesterday
and here I offer some food for thought as to the possible real reason why Mr Bannon was given his walking papers,
Donald has to make his little girl happy:

POLITICO: Kushner Clashing with Bannon over ‘Desire to Deconstruct the Government’
Politico reports on internal clashes within the Trump administration between Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner and chief strategist Steve Bannon.
From Politico:
In recent weeks, Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser, has asked searching questions – sometimes for hours – of inside and outside advisers about the White House’s performance and complained about Bannon in particular, according to people who have spoken with Kushner. Kushner, a onetime New York Democrat, and Bannon, a hard-right nationalist, have clashed as Kushner has told people that Bannon’s desire to deconstruct the government, is hurting the president.
One person familiar with Kushner’s thinking says Kushner believes Bannon is more of a problem than Reince Priebus, the chief of staff.
“Big fight is between nationalists and the ‘West Wing Democrats,” one senior administration official said.
