Presidents enforce laws... in this case all he can do is temporarily not enforce this one....... which might not be exactly constitutional... in and of itself....
Congress needs to start doing its jobs.... or be replaced.....
when the president makes the laws..... that's not a democracy or Republic. ... thats a dictatorship.
