Updates on the IPV4????

It's my personal opinion ya'all are making a big deal over this screen protector....

When I was a young vaper, we didn't even have screens so I don't see what ya'all are whining about. We were damn lucky to have 510 stick batteries if we could get them, and even then we had to make the 10 mile round trip, uphill both ways in 5' of snow (even during the summer) to our mailbox while being chased by packs of wolves.

And I won't even try to tell you what we made our E-Liquids from!

Just read on Reddit that the mirror finish comes off quite easily with just a polishing wheel which I already have, No chemicals needed.. Glad I don't have to spend any more money if I want to remove a portion on the screen.

Mine definitely left L.A. I have five scans from label created, to when it departed the sort facility, and today is still showing as delivery. I've had this happen before and just magically be in my box, I'll know in the next few hours. My mail comes as early as now, or as late as 5:00. It's a guessing game with USPS, that's why I paid about $2.50 more for priority 2-day. Delivery date still means nothing, but they seem to move faster than First Class. We shall see.

Looks like the first round of Smog ipv pre orders are finally shipping from China. Minus the black ones. Which is what I ordered. P4Y is one big disappointment after another. What a bunch of scumbags! I might ditch this device and try an SX Mini instead. Honestly, the price and form factor were unimportant to me in this purchase. Two batts, 100 watts and TC were all I was interested in. Oh well. On to the next probably.

I'm bummed but will wait, as I've been doing, for the imaginary black model. It looks so purdy,,,in my mind.

No sandpaper, no polishing compound, just a dremel and a buffing wheel. Which means a pencil eraser might work too

@TBCAmor I love it! Temp works better then my authentic dna40 devices. Feels like it pumping more power and is able to pull it just before its to dry. My dna40 seems anemic now even with the same Atty.

That sucks. It could be sitting with the vendor waiting to drop it off, or just never got scanned. I've had it go from label created to in my mailbox before. When did you order? You might want to politely contact your vendor, I'd want to make sure they actually dropped the package off. Good luck!

Very true. Usually it jumps from label created, to out for delivery, or in my case, it left L.A. A good 36+ hours ago, to out for delivery. I have had things go from essentially no scans to green delivered in mailbox message. I've even had it deliver and then all the scans are shown, magically. Still haven't gotten mail, but I'm expecting it comes tomorrow.

@dre that's great to hear. I'm a fan of YIHI, and P4Y, they've yet to do anything but right by me, and it seems the consensus is that they got TC down better than Evolv, at least for the first go. I gotta hit the B&M for some Ni200 tomorrow.

If it's Wake and Vape, my label was created Monday, but it was dropped off and accepted Tuesday. Vendors can kinda cheat with the ability to print postage. Same day shipping can sometimes mean same day packaging and labeling, next day to the P.O.

I ordered from vapor range....wake and vape I believe are back ordered. Vapor range were the only in stock option I saw

This is how my USPS tacking went from shipping label to delivery to my PO box at my post office... I found using a PO box for vape mail is faster, easier and safer than having it delivered by the postman (mailbox)

Still haven't gotten mail, yet, so there's still hope. Why they even offer two day when it's not guaranteed beats me. At most call it expedited. And giving the expected delivery day is a joke. It's rarely correct. If companies give realistic information to customers, they naturally receive less complaints. USPS needs to learn that.

This thread has morphed from updates on pre orders, to canceling preorders, to ordering elsewhere, to everyone pissed at USPS. Kinda makes me chuckle, any thread where people are waiting on something inevitably enters the fuck USPS realm.

I know, it just said today for delivery, and the drive it made takes 16 hours, we are approaching 48. I'm all too familiar with this shit. USPS caused me soooo many headaches when I ran a webstore a few years back. Tracking was even worse than now, and I got so many emails from customers. I was constantly assuring them I'd dropped off their packages, USPS just didn't scan them at all. They would do that frequently a few years ago. The price is the only reason to use them. USPS really causes headaches as a vendor.

Yup, I used a program tied to a USPS account called Endicia. I printed labels immediately, taped them on, emailed tracking to customers, and filled and dropped everything off daily placed prior to my cut off. Can't even count how many times they never even scanned them. It really is a headache for all involved. I only got mad at repeat customers that always asked the same thing.
