I'm not on holiday today. Working at home, but working nevertheless.

Hope you're all enjoying the day. My thanks to all the vets, both here with us and not. Always think of my uncle who was in France in WWII, how he sobbed when A&E showed film of the Normandy landing on its 50th anniversary. He was already in his 80s at that time, but it was the first time I'd ever seen him offer even a hint of the effect of that experience on him personally.

Those of us who haven't been in battle can't have a clue of the price paid by those who have.

So I've read on occasion that 2 glasses of red wine per day is actually good for you. And I keep seeing all these glasses of red wine posted here. I've never developed an appreciation for wine, but I like the supposed health benefits (and a little daily buzz sure would be nice )

So, I took advantage of an introductory offer to a wine club called Firstleaf. The first 3 bottles are $5 each, with free delivery. $79 every other month for 6 bottles plus $10 shipping. I'll probably cancel after the initial shipment gets here, but maybe not.

So, to you red wine aficionados, what are your thoughts on the first 3 bottles that I'm getting?

Good for the Cholesterol and also keeps you from losing it on the first asshole that gets in your face~! I only enjoy a good Red like the Homemade styles I posted pictures of, but a Pinot Noir is also a nice Red Wine. Or a Cabernet Sauvignon is also a good choice. All in the taste like with e-Liquids.

Well after another rough day (What's New) sat on the front porch with a couple of glasses of red before dinner. So I guess we can say it was a good day~! Got my price at the body shop (not the one this lick the VU inserted) and my appointment is set in stone. Can't wait for my truck to look more mint than it was~!

My Cuboid Tap decided it was going to fuck with me today, Would not fire and just showing the clock. Looked into it and might have been unintentionally locking the device but when it happened again I said to myself lets see if there is an update? It wasn't locked. Was it the heat or humidity? We shall see but never had a MOD do this before.

I had a mod do something similar to that, it was a SMOK X Cube II. I lock my mods regularly, and store them in the second cupholder in my vehicle while I drive. Sure enough, because of the way it was leaning, it was pressing down on the very large fire button, and I only noticed after a good, I'd say, 15-20 seconds of it continually firing one day. It wasn't the first time it "forgot" to remain locked until I could do it myself, and I stopped using it altogether soon after that. Only one I've had that did that, to date.

I don't know if it's the second pot of coffee I've had today but I'm on daggum FIRE today. Wizz! Zing! Biff! Watch out, Batmen and women, Burley's on the dang case!

I was walking threw the forest and could not vape! Re-seating the batteries cured it and so far after the update seam to be working fine. Lets see if it was me hitting the Tap buttons by accident on next walk in the forest~!

So I got a bottle of 2016 Substance Cabernet Sauvignon to try for my first bottle while waiting for my other 3 bottles to arrive. Wine Spectator rated it like a 93 or something, so it's not supposed to suck. Also ordered a wine glass off of eBay.

Can never go wrong with a Cabernet Sauvignon and for a 1st taste of Red you will be hooked~!

It was good. The blue gulf water disappeared already, so it was the usual sandy brown and I am nursing what will be my only sunburn for the year, but it was nice to splash around in the ocean and stare off into the horizon.

Next time I am at the Beach I will take a picture of the seaweed covering acres of beach so you can see what going to the Beach in the Atlantic Ocean is like~! You will not complain about sandy brown when you see what looks like a Green Shag Carpet~! More like walking on an overgrown lawn.
