I'm guessing they need some food. Peat doesn't provide any nutrients and tomatoes are heavy feeders. I would transplant to bigger pots with fertile soil or even outside in the ground if you're past your last frost date. I've never been impressed with those peat starters.Was up really early but had no company for coffee so I watered the garden and some plants. My Tomato Seedlings aren't doing well and I tried the Peat Seed Starters. The Basil is doing really well so I am not sure whats going on~!
