It has been raining since yesterday around lunchtime but not hard, just light rain. Still dreary though but good for my plants and the lawns. The grass seed is coming up and hopefully the $85 I spent on 20 Lbs was worth it~! I bought some Kentucky 31 Northeast Mix with a Fertilizer coating which keeps the Birds from eating it.

I have to check in my Bushes and Shrubs because I hear a lot of chirping near the back corner by the Wood Store~!
Yes do. They will give you a smile. It's neat to watch them grow and if by chance see them take first flight.
Then the parents are constantly being followed by their young ones, saying feed me feed me, lol, it's so darn cute.

Last Year a Robin made a Nest at eye level in a Bush and it had little multi color Eggs. But where she built the nest some Predator got to it and destroyed the Eggs. I was so Sad for the Momma~!

Was walking one day a few years ago and heard a birdie just going crazy tweeting. Looked through some branches and leaves and a snack was eating one her babies :( nothing I could do to help, I was too late

Nattokinase REVERSES Heart Disease--But Only If You Take Enough

A landmark clinical study with over 1,000 participants reveals the dose-dependent power of nattokinase to shrink arterial plaque, improve lipid profiles, and do it all without side effects.

When the Retraction of a Spike Protein/Nattokinase Study Itself Becomes the Evidence

A small case study in how scientific gatekeeping is actually done.

In December 2025, an Elsevier journal retracted a five-patient case study describing a treatment protocol for post-vaccination and post-COVID syndromes. The stated reasons appear nowhere in the publisher's own retraction policy -- and one of them is contradicted by the FDA, the CDC, and Elsevier's own vaccine journal.

Vitamin B12 Linked to Brain Health

Dr. David Brownstein, M.D., writes:

Vitamin B12 deficiency is known to cause memory difficulties and dementia, particularly in older people. That’s because it helps maintain healthy nerve tissue. Therefore, deficiency results in the degeneration of nerve cells and tissues.

Because B12 deficiency causes degeneration of nerve tissues, it’s important to maintain high levels in midlife and later adult years. If deficiency persists for too long, the neurological consequences may not be reversible.

Special: Doctor: All Multivitamins Are Not the Same

Studies have shown that vitamin B12 therapy does not reverse Alzheimer’s disease. Vitamin B12 is safe and effective for preventing neurological decline, improving energy levels, and enhancing brain function.

For elderly people, B12 shots can provide remarkable results, regardless of initial levels. I frequently use vitamin B12 shots in my practice, and I have taught hundreds of patients to administer injections on their own.

According to Gallup's Global Emotions Report, nearly 1 in 2 American adults experience significant stress every single day.

Now, I know that might sound very "normal".

But studies show chronic stress can cause:
  • Heart disease
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Autoimmune conditions like Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and Hashimoto's
  • Cancer
  • Crippling fatigue and brain fog
If you're living with stress day after day, I want you to know something.

You're not weak, you're not imagining it, and you're definitely not alone.

Discover what chronic stress is really doing to your body, and the proven method to naturally reduce it at home

What worries me is that most people push through it, and tell themselves that it's “just part of life.”

And all the while, their body is quietly paying a price that most doctors never connect back to stress.

The truth is, your stress response isn't just a feeling.

There's an internal system inside your body, a kind of "command center," that controls how well you handle stress each day.

When it's out of balance, even normal everyday pressures can quietly drive up inflammation, wear down your immune system, and push your body toward serious illness.

And most standard approaches to managing stress never touch this system at all.

That's exactly what I'm covering in my live masterclass, The Missing Link to Healing, this Friday, May 15th at 4 PM Eastern.

You'll discover:

What this "command center" is and why it's the real driver behind stress-related illness

Why your energy, mood, and health aren't improving even when you're trying to manage stress

Simple ways to start supporting this system naturally at home

If you're ready to understand what's really going on in your body, and what you can start doing about it naturally, I'd love to have you join.

Reserve your spot for The Missing Link to Healing here and join me this Friday, May 15th at 4 PM Eastern.

Wishing you health and happiness,
