My son says this is terribly mean... but I find it absolutely delightful!
Is it mean?

Why is a tiptoeing kittysanta mean? I think it's cute and I'm not a big cat person.![]()
Of course it might be the hysterical laughter that offends her. Cats are so pissy about their dignity.
I dunno really, I guess just the whole "cat wearing clothes" thing. We got a tiny santa hat for our cat, and everytime we try to put it on her, she hunches her shoulders up and looks around like "what the hell do I do about this???" Or she shakes her head till it falls off and then tries to bite whoever tries to pick it up and put it back on her.Of course it might be the hysterical laughter that offends her. Cats are so pissy about their dignity.

There's no way in hell that Kai would let me put anything on him. He hated wearing his Thundershirt even when he needed it. He'd keep trying to grab it with his mouth and destroy it. Kaylee would just remove it and go about her day.

Reminds me of our male Tuxedo cat, that we adopted. His mother came to our back door for several months. One day, she arrived with four kittens. As usual, we were feeding her, including her kittens. They also liked to take shelter in our garage, so I kept the back door of the garage open enough for them to sneak in. However, one day, I found one of her kittens dead in our back yard. The day after, I found another. Another day after that, I found the mother, and another kitten.Jack and Jill went up the hill and came back pregnant and had 3 kittens in a bush in the corner of our property.

Christmas tree for cat owners.

I have a picture somewhere, when one of our cats climbed up the Christmas tree, and stuck her head out, close to the top of the tree. I'll try to find the picture, in order to post it here.
