what are ultem slam caps for???

i was looking at kennedy website and saw the ultem slam caps, i was kinda interested in what they are used for? is it just for looks? or do they give better flavor?

It brings the coil closer to your mouthole; thereby, giving both a warmer and more flavorful vape.

They do not get hot and retain heat as their metal equivalent does. They also look cool if you like the ultem look.
