so, what is it that you coat there ?

Here at this location we do a lot parts indirectly for GM, Jeep, Honda, and Toyota. Anything up to the size of a back seat. We do electrical boxes for GE and Amazon. We also do signs, bike parts, beams, etc. Pretty much anything people will pay to have done worth the time and cost of us setting up and running it. We have another location that does larger items such as farm equipment, silos, storage tanks, etc.

I've ran a few bike parts though here and there. Thinking about taking the skeleton off my 26650 Aegis and running it through, but first I have to find a good stripper (no not the ones that will take my $$) lol. I also have a few RDA caps I want to try and run.

I mixed two bottles of juice and charged a couple of batteries. Played musical drip tips, then put everything back like it was. Found that @EdwinBetz was the culprit who snagged the gorgeous Asmodus Lustro Kodama I desperately wanted off Vape Trader the other day. I'm happy for him and sad for me, but hey, Vapor Range still has a sale on. If Uncle Sam would hurry up and send me my money, well, you know.

Giving a Reload RTA clone a second try, after it leaked on me before. Did the upside-down trick when I filled it, so maybe...wish me luck.

I can tell you already, first, it's a clone, and not a very good one, has crappy o-rings that need to be replaced. It vapes ok, but I need to put some of my own coils in it. I built it with the coils that came with. The flavor's good, but certainly not anything like I would have expected considering all the high praise I've read about the Reload RTA. But that circles me right back to the fact that it's a clone, and not a very good one.

Have you ever had a Smok TF-RTA? Smok, yes I know, but I'll be damned if the thing is not a HOSS. I paid about 5 bucks for the one I have, and would have ordered another one right away if they hadn't been out of stock. It might well be the best vape in this house, and that is no exaggeration. Has the G2 deck, but there's also a model with a G4 deck that can hold more than 2 coils. I think it holds 3. If you run across one cheap, you should give it a try.

It was shocking when I saw your post, though, because I had just said something about it a little earlier to @MrMeowgi. Then @Jinx'd chimed in and tried to get a rise out of me by posting a pic of a Lustro Kodama and saying, see what I got in vape mail today! By that point I was laughing about it, but you could have knocked me over with a feather when I saw your post and the pics of THE mod! It's all ok, really. I'm thrilled for you.

So I’ve done more things.....my partner said he wants to put a new window in my office/vape den! Yay! Except.....it meant that I had to get all the stuff under the bed outta there. 6 boxes of vape stuff.....mostly empty boxes, but three boxes packed full of mods, rdas, rtas, various doo-dads....and that’s not including all the stuff in the closet.....I am way more ready than I thought! Lol!

So next time I say I “need” something, please smack me. I need nothing.

New project...can't find a replacement skeleton or 26650 Aegis mod, so I'm trying the next best thing. I'm going to try to powder coat it along with a Fireluke tank and an Unholy RDA top cap. I'll post final results tomorrow.

It's getting better. I bumped the wattage up to 45 and it improved a lot. Then 50, and it's even better. Flavor really woke up then. Vapor got thick and billowy.

Went to order a Clutch from Hitthatjuice but the only color I prefer is sold out (green) Was very tempted to grab one before they were gone but I figure I might as well wait until I get the one I want. The skeleton for the 26650 Aegis is pretty much ready to coat as is. The RDA I will have to tape inside outer sleeve and outside of inner sleeve. On the Fireluke... I'm hoping to get lucky enough to be able to use a box cutter to cut into seams of moving parts and get them moving. I left an old coil, minus the cotton, to protect the threads and I will tape the 510 threads. I'm shooting for 1- 2 mils max on the coating, which I will do with handgun.

2mils is pretty thin. i don't see you having much of a problem with that. but i don't know all that much about powder coatings.

Powder Coated my Aegis 26650 skeleton, Unholy RDA, and Fireluke tank. All but one came out of it ok. The Fireluke is a loss due to airflow being locked up. I wanted about 1 - 2 mils, but powder didn't want to stick in some areas, so I had to hit it a little harder. Winded up with 3.5 mils. I see the signs and flaws of a heavy powder coating, but that's because thats what I do. Most of you will see a good paint job.

Got my exilis pod in the mail with some blackberry lemonade 24mg vapetasia ejuice. Also got my dinner lady watermelon slices 3mg and pink wave 3mg for my squonk setup in as well. Exilis just came off the charger and thats what I will be playing with over the next couple days.

Dang. I still have a reload rta clone (for sale now) but in all my years of vaping, it was by far my favorite rta.

I never once had any leaking or dry hits. It's the only rta I can say that about.
