Hulu is good for lots of network and cable shows that are available to stream almost right after they air. You do get some commercials but not as many as you would. And I think the time-travel story by King about JFK is on there...11.22.63. It's pretty good as the details unfold. Huly is getting more movies and more original programming it seems. The servers and streaming is pretty reliable through the Roku.

I'm very eager to see that; the book was outstanding (well of course it was, it was by Stephen King!).

Sure does. Even if it is wildly improbable that a female could kick the shit out of 2 feebs, steal a gun from one, and shoot the 3rd one dead -- the 3rd one desperately needed killing, and Ms. Jane Doe is just all kinds of wicked, so maybe not as improbable as 2 5-0 agents letting their arch-villain get away THREE DIFFERENT TIMES!

I've never even heard of couchtuner and putlocker; we had NetFlix for a while but money got tight, had to let it go; might be time to re-subscribe, though we need to check out Hulu Plus first, I think. I usually just go to whatever network's website and watch shows there; TNT doesn't make you watch their lame commercials!

Preaching to the choir, when I first went the internet route I was a poor college student, now that I can afford to go with the other options, well, like you're saying they aren't providing any better service than these free sites so why the hell would I? That's the big problem with a lot of these types of things. The worst is music and their DRMs. Buy a song on iTunes and I can share it with 3 devices IIRC, or I can download or rip it to my computer for free and put it wherever the hell I want to. Of course downloading is illegal and you can get in big trouble for torrents, but streaming something online is not something you can be punished for, and there's no way I know of yet for them to track simply recording things to your computer, so for now I'll take the better product. I love what Radiohead did with "In Rainbows" or at least the first part, and Louis CK did similar just charging $5+ for one of his stand up shows, both of them made a killing on it. I'm sitting here with a few collectors edition records of bands I do like, I had no problem dropping $60 for them, but I'd NEVER pay even $1 to Itunes for my favorite song when they make it that much of a pain in the ass to use.

There's a reason I always liked the original Law and Order (screw SCU) just realistic, sometimes it was sad, sometimes disappointing, but in the end it always came off as real. Still one of my favorite shows for that reason.

Heh... one of the best gifts my ex ever gave me was giving me the URL for http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ -- just find the youtube of a song you like, copy the url to youtube-mp3, and bang, instant download. Sometimes there's crap from the video that shouldn't be there, but you can sometimes get around that by selecting a different version of the same song. I totally agree that it's ridiculous, the DRM crap -- if I like a song well enough to download it, and I keep liking it and listening to it, there's an excellent chance I'll go on and buy a CD by that artist. But without being able to hear a song or 3 from that CD? Not nearly as good a chance. Of course, lately I just copy youtube videos to different playlists and just listen to the songs online.

Ditto, for me it's probably Radio > Youtube > Records right now, Just not listening as much at home anymore, too many tv shows or movies to watch! Need to get back in the habit of reading every night as it doubles great with putting music on.

Heh... I'm sitting here reading anytime there aren't any new replies to the threads I'm watching. Or anytime I'm eating. Or anytime there's nothing on TV that I care to view. Or really... just anytime. :)

So, got all those little RDAs last night, was a little disappointed in the decks on some. I can just never get the full idea from the macro pictures shown of them. Either way I got the Rubix Cube hooked up with a 24g core Fused Clapton build and it's nice. Went with initially a 24g simple build in the freakshow and threw that out and went with 28g, ended up with a 1.12Ω build which is more than I've used in anything in a while, but it's quite nice and having vaped on it with my mini volt all morning and the screen still showing full battery... well damn that's nice. I think I'm going to have to dig into my storage box and pull out some other mods now though so I can use all these toppers.

@Jetson Halibut have been over fished the cost is almost Tuna levels. Scallops I think in recent years took a bacterial fucking and are slow going to recover anyways. Unless harvesting fish myself I have a hard time eating it, will not eat farm raised.

@AndriaD I use streaming solely so I can skip the annoying PSA and stupid shit that is every 10 minutes.

@JERUS The last two seasons of SVU have been damned good, the writers are doing some pretty decent trade for a change... 2 seasons out of 16.

@ the corner critters... morning.
I haz the sick so going back to bed... fuck this zombie xfiles virus.

I was kinda sick last night too, and not really feeling that well today. But in my case, I think it's a case of too much PG -- once when I told someone I used 87% PG, they replied "that much PG would give me the shits!" And I think it's now doing that to me. Might need to go back to 84% for a while. :(

That's good, I see an episode here and there, friends are big fans. I just can't figure out what's fun about hearing about rape and pedophilia /shrug, though the original tackled those a few times but I thought it was far better done. I am curious though, are the cops either alcoholics or just not phased by the cases anymore? Or, are they still losing their shit about every single incident? Just gotta imagine at some point you get jaded, hell a couple friends of mine have been doing social work for 3 years now and they're already at that point.

Why are halibut and scallops so expensive and hard to find? Because Gordon Ramsey and his incompetent Hell's Kitchen chefs buy them all and waste them. I'm sure of it.

I know, right!?
I stopped watching the show, because it's all staged for...

Ahhhhhh afternoon coffee ☕️. So I'm discovering the importance of proper wicking in an rta. I've lost a shit-ton of juice out of tanks that dump. got a new silver Griffin that just won't hold juice no matter how I wick it. The black one works great. And every single Kanger subtank leaks. I ended up having to put stock coils in them to make than stop. And I could have sworn I ordered a Serpent but I got a Goliath.... How the hell did that happen??? I'm getting way better at building the coils,, it's the wicking that's got me now. Back to YouTube I go...

Good vid on how to do it but damn, I'm a little sick of being called a c-u-next-Tuesday!!! And pretty sure I got the version 1 but I'd guess it's mostly the same. Think I'll go give it a try.

Wicking is the fickle frustration that makes RTAs a pain. I haven't had any issues with my Griffin though. Not sure why the Silver would be any different from your black one, I'd be inspecting that and trying to find out what's different.

I'm wondering if it's a clone. I got it from MVS. The drip tip on it removable, the black one isn't. And the etching on the chimney is different. It also doesn't screw together as nicely as the black one. I rewicked it today and so far it's behaving but it's gonna give me grief when I try to refill it, I just know it!!

This forum is so awesome. I'm trying to buy another pair of batteries, but ilumn is backordered on the 25Rs AND the 30Qs.... so I came back here and went to the Battery subforum, and found the link to liion.com, who give you a free battery box with every pair of batteries, AND they have the LG HE2's for a really good price, and are NOT backordered. Awesome. :)
