Me, today I'm a shovel jockey, digging a boarder around my patch, think I'm going to get treated 2x12's for the boarder, the one attachment I didn't spring for was a back hoe, now I'm wondering? Just a very pricey piece of equipment!

The bad thing is I really want to till the land, so if I don't wait, it means I have to use the old Ford one more time, a real killer!!!!!
I don't see why not, the grow season usually starts around somewhere around mid May, I know I won't get any apples at least for a year or 2. I have 60 tomato plants from last year, been cutting them back and taking care of them, so should be good, and I'll do scallions again, using the Ford is really a last resort, that thing is a killer, everything is a hard mount, manual labor, so waiting is probably the best for my back and health.

DEF , I don't do Veggies yet, but once we get a plot cleared I will, so mainly my perennial gardens for me this year.
If I had your climate I would grow Honeycrisp apples, my favorite, but is a cold climate apple, it was designed and produced at the University of Minnesota, a very big and very sweet apple.
The orchards here do those and empires
You are so lucky, when they show up here, I'm all over them, I have even sliced them and put them on the grill, just to put marks on them, so delicious.
I wish someone made Honeycrisp Juice.

I planted onions 2 weeks ago and they are doing good. Not sure what I'm going to plant this week.
I also planted Garlic chives. I'm going to plant some Broccoli some time this week.
Your not worried about the possible artic weather we might get.
I'm not worried about a freeze. I have straw to cover them with if I have too. I've done that several times and had no problem. I just got lucky

My regular chives are up about 8" now. That is all I'm going to plant until it get warm.
