Yes, it is. I slipped on some ice, and rode down a flight of stairs on my back around 28 years ago, and my back hasn't been the same since.Yeah, very scary actually
It put me out of work for 2 weeks, so, yeah, it was pretty horrible.How horrible
Yes, I'm standing upright. I try to make sure I'm not slumping over. My job involves a lot of bending/stooping and being on my knees so, it's hard not to stress my back at times.Mark, are you standing upright? I hate when my back goes out and I'm bent in a L shape!
