HOLY fuck I had a full on panic attack.
OK I was just getting over that half dozed horror movie freak out.
Went grocery shopping and there was this HORRIBLE cow, full on like the ex wife x5.. PTSD panic attack in full force.
took restraint not to tie off a can of corn in a plastic bag and beat her silent.
The full on shakes and sweats did not start until I was making dinner, with green chilis and got a forehead wipe... ya pain n panic attack lovely.
