OK this recipe is NOT healthy but damned tasty.
1 package of buttermilk pilsbury biscuits
1-2lbs ground beef.
cheese. your choice.
Ketchup, mustard and onions if you wish..
Bacon if you are feeling frisky.
in a pie dish, or a baking dish, butter that bitch up. Put 4 biscuits on the bottom.
Pre heat the oven to whatever the package calls for.
Mash those bastards in the dish to cover the bottom... but do not mash em flat.

Cook the beefy goodness to a slight medium. season how you wish. and bacon. drain em.
In the dish layer meat, bacon, cheese toppings... 2 layers at least.
Put the last 4 biscuit on the top.

Bake that shit up and cover with cheese in the last 5 minutes of cooking and viola cheese burger pie.

I am all about fast simple good.
tricky cooking is good for tv. but in reality the recipes fall flat.

I have followed of Flay's and Legassi's recipes... I have had better navy chow, and MREs.
I should say also... almost no to very little canned anything... Frozen yes, canned no.

My Grand Ma gave me a box of recipes on 3 x 5 laminated cards. There are hundreds of them. in the plastic box. I understand their quite valuable now. I have over a million recipes on cd but only works in DOS.

heres the chicken soup

1-diced onion
2 toes minced garlic
2 diced roasted and seeded pablano
2 diced and seeded roma tomato
32 0z chicken broth
2 diced avocado
2 smoked or rotisserie chicken breasts
Julien tortilla
cacique or any soft Mexican cheese diced

Seasoning- black pepper, white pepper (equal parts)1/4 part cayenne, 1/4 part garlic powder, 1/4 part cumin

saute the onion and healthy amount of seasoning until onion is clear- add everything other than the avacodo, cheese tortilla and tomato until boiling, once it starts to boil taste and reseason as needed then add the avacodo and tomato.

To serve put tortilla and cheese in a bowl then add soup on top.
Since I'm trying to be less fat I'm leaving the tortilla and cheese out an subbing with a bit of brown rice

Ugh to much shit for not enough pot...

Just went and added the meat slightly seared to bust some flava.
Had to take out some broth... still need to add the maters and paste... might forgo that until later and just do the rue in a bit.

Holy shit.. about that shooting... a disabled center most likely a gun free zone in a anti gun local...
Not lawful gun owners...criminals.

Neighbors think I'm weird for having my pistol on in my yard. The world has gone nuts & I don't want a ticket on that bus.

I agree Huck, but with 14 innocent people killed and 14 innocent people wounded that are all Americans right here in our own country is pretty bad to me..just sayin

Sorry but gun laws specifically around homeland security and somehow more screening get to weed out nuts that think it's OK to take human life for their "beliefs". We all should have a right to carry. But you can be on a no fly list, be mentally unstable and go buy a gun...kinda scary....I'm down for sane people with guns to protect themselves but this shit that happened today is an example that something more needs to be done. I don't know what but 14 people are now dead...

Vape on

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone in here who has helped me along my vaping journey. I feel like I've been kinda selfish and ungrateful at times for all the help and direction folks have given me, even getting me some much needed upgrades when I needed them. I've got to be one of the luckiest people in the world all that has happened for me this yr, and I can't thank any one person enough for everything they've done, including my fat ass boss who isn't here but made sure I could make it to work every day lol. I teared up earlier thinking back to all the help and love I've gotten over this past yr, and nothing i can say or do will truly reflect how much their generosity and love has helped me.
Everyone enjoy the rest of your week, not a lot of updates from me lately cuz I'm trying to do the family thing more, one of my biggest faults among many. Love you all very much and be blessed.
