I super mince onion & Jals in mine. We get micro thin chips made on the hour from a Mexican bakery. It's almost a food coma. :)
I remember that sort of thing when I lived in Arizona,

Being from here we have the belief that it ever swam, flew, crawled or ran than its edible.
The list things I haven't tried is short and list of things I dont like is shorter. I think my distaste for lobster is because I prefer the crawfish,

I go Phyco once & awhile. I spin down & crash. New members I am just that way. Whiskey makes me behave. Huck backs her up. I'm kinda stable most of the time. But I'm 1/2 Biker, 1/2 Trucker, so it's hard to do. :cool:

Oh for the simple life once more. 794.00 a semester for all my classes. Books extra. 1.25 for lunch. 100.00 Gremlin. No heater, leaks when it rains. Good times. :cool:

@pete67 just got this bad sumbitch Monday. I'm actually contemplating a EZ-dripper & another one. I can't think of enough good things to say about this atty. I picked it up, authentic, made in USA, for $28

OK about to bust out some beefy stew.
OK stew meat last night was in retard priced hell.. 7.99 a lb.. 93/7 ground beef was 2.99 a lb... the 93/7 won out.
Barley in the crock pot first with the beefy stock and bay leaf. Till semi tender.
So it is going to get browned with plenty of garlic and minced onion then set aside.
Veg added with diced peppers and stuff, shredded parsnip, celery and carrot.
Beefy action added and simmered until just about done.
1 can of diced maters with chilis drained of course, with some addobo, and tomater paste.

It's a snowman.

Just got done pushing the veg into a slicer/shredder topped food processor.
1 medium parsnip, 6 carrots and a smallish bundle of celery must have the tops.
The stock got added to it... bay leaf, chipotle powder, a chunk of dried anahiem chili.... couple cloves of garlic, thyme, some rosemary and dried thai basil.

Half a bag of frozen pepper stir fry mix.
Gunna let it simmer down a bit before I add in the ground beef and 2 pieces of diced bacon.

Been working on a cook book.
Been debating doing another project focusing on simple tasty healthy... for dudes. Most of my male friends could not boil a fucking egg, no idea on sammiches and a shocking lack of veg.

That sounds killer! Tonight is chicken soup but this will be on the list for next week

I got a killer source of chicken breast. 1.99 a lbs. while not organic it sure as shit is good and not filled with salt.

ATM the soups and stews are all about crockpot. Chicken soup is stock and veg cooked down until it is noodle or rice time then the chicken is grilled, diced then added.

We're lucky there is a local purveyor only a few miles away for organic chicken, beef and pork. its about as close to picking out your chicken pre-beheaded as it'll get.
And the prices aren't bad compared to the grocery.
