DIY, man. I just made 300 ml of assorted juice and stopped
only 'cause I thought I was out of nicotine.
Then I remembered I have 120 ml in the freezer. As soon as I get some new erlenmyers
next week (they're in the mail) I'm making 120 ml more juice

I need to. I think I'm making the learning process much harder than it actually is.

Some do complicate it, i found 2-3flavors that use 2 Maybe 3 flavors each and it takes me all of 5 minutes to make a 120ml bottle.

It takes me a little longer...I magnetic mix for a half hour then crock pot until it's 140 f then mag mix again until it's emulsified, then repeat a few times.
Don't have to steep my juice but I do anyway.

For whatever reason I dont like the speed steep methods. But,I rotate 120 MLS so they all steep for about two weeks.

Just built 2 more mixers and sent for 2 more 30 ml flasks and a 120 ml flask.
Got 3 new mag stir bars today.
Figure I can make 90 ml in one shot, 3 diff flavors or up to 120 ml one flavor

I've always wanted to get into it. Wanted even more to have my own line. But my girlfriend at the time was not so open to the whole vaping thing.. Nor cigarettes.. Damned if I do damned if I don't.

Just 3 old 6 inch computer fans with hard drive magnets, 5 erlenmyer flasks, 4 magnetic stir bars
and a crock pot. Thermometer, syringes with blunt needle tips, and bottles.
I have a small fridge where I keep the flavors and Monster
and am getting a small freezer after the Christmas expenses are paid for

Monsters are bad... I once had a problem with those.. It's the taste for me.. Delicious. Back on topic: how do you test to make sure the juices you make are free of chemicals you don't want? I could list the major three, but I'm sure you know them.

Read ingredient labels on flavors and ask the vendor and manufacturer.
Nothing is gonna appear by magick. If your VG is kosher and your nicotine is as pure as you can get it
(Nude nicotine makes it pretty pure) you have little to worry about

Yea, I need to cut back to one or two 16oz cans.
I like the orange sunshine monster too even though it has aspartame in it.
But mostly I drink the green stuff.
My 13 year old turned me on to it when he saw me looking for Jolt

I'm a ham dude, I walk right past my electronic gear to get to the "lab".
Of course I don't have half the shit you have but I'm not that kind of engineer.
I did TV production and broadcasting

I don't drink anything artificial including high fructose corn syrup. I know it's inevitable to consume some kind of artificial flavoring here and there, but I do my best to avoid it at all costs.. As well as diacetyl, Acetyl propionyl and acetonin in my liquids

That's why you need to DIY.
When I vape custard I know whether it has diacetyl in it.
Look at what's happening with Five Pawns

I go with MBV for now.. They send their flavors for testing every few months. At least they say they do  Learning to DIY is on my to-do list.

Yeah the only way to make sure you dont have funny stuff in your juice is DIY,
It doesn't have to be overly complicated or over involved
In fact to try it, you can do a few cheats,
Heartlandvapes.com has some premade base, pg/vg/nic for around 25$/1000ml also the flavor apprentice and flavor art both tell you what flavors are DP and AP free.
I started with just the base, a few tfa flavors and a pair of sterile syringes and reused bottles.
You're looking at 25$ for the base and as cheap as 10-30$ in flavors along with another 5$ for syringes,

If you find you're enjoying it, then you can start getting some of the other tools and what not.
Even now, after a year of DIY. The fanciest I got was glass syringes and 120ml bottles. but, I also mostly measure by sight, smell and count. I use a separate box in the closet to steep.

Where did you get glass syringes?
I want some. Shit slides off glass easier. That's why I have glass cylinders. The plastic one sucks

I got mine from my DME supplier, but you might try a pharmacy that carries medical equipment

Problem is that's exactly what Five Pawns said. Now they're looking at a big time class action suit 'cause they lied.

Pharmacy? You kidding right? This is Miami I'm in.
If I was diabetic maybe but otherwise they frown on people trying to buy works.
I can't even get plastic at the feed store unless I also buy B12 injectable for my dog or something
