As a person with very odd dietary requirements, I honor anyone else who has a need to eat strangely.... but yeah, the way they act as if not eating meat is some kind of political or moral thing....

Mattie and I choose our diets based on a need for nutrition, and not a desire to eat what WE deem as unnecessary. For me this is a very simple thing...for her, as a Chef, is an issue when it comes to tasting and adjusting.....she uses the "wine tasting" method of taste-and-spit.
