Insurance company made a lowball settlement offer. Not taking it. $120K plus attorney fees. They have about an hour and a half to come up or face the ALJ. It's nerve wracking. As far as holding my wallet, attorney fees are covered by their insurance. The attorneys cost me nothing. In theory.
