Called the cops on SIL. She messed up and stole some stuff from us.
Not a valuable bunch but....

Cops are sending out adult protective services Monday.
Wife is not allowed to open the door if it is the SIL and I am not home.

Health not too bad, Retired and a bat shit crazy woman is messing it all up.

But she will either be in a mental institution or nursing home this next week.

I've got great speakers. But apparently I need to walk. And frankly at the moment, just the idea of dancing is painful -- I've been moving very carefully all day to try and keep the back pain muted -- the pain is still there, but not as overt and stunning as it was last night. I'm hoping my cautious movement all day will allow me to be the same amount better tomorrow, so that maybe I can get back to the painting.

I hope you get better quick, Andria! Remember, when we did stuff we weren't used to doing when we were young, it hurt like hell the next day too. I try to remind myself after the first trip up my hill in the spring, or first day on the snowboard. It has ALWAYS hurt...

Funny you bring up dancing. I put Etta James on the phono before dinner, and danced all by myself to the whole side. :) I was thinking, "this is pretty good exercise. Fun, too."
