I went ahead and ordered the Haar clone from FT. Supposed to ship on 8-15. I used the USPS Expedited Service, which has been really good for me the past two or three orders.

Quoting my own post again. Ordered the Haar clone, as I said, to ship on 8-15. It is finally in FT's hands and "waiting to be packaged" to ship on 9/7. Think maybe I'll get it before the end of the month? Think Customs will intercept it?

There are also two other FT orders, one shipped on 8-31 and the other on 9-4.

I guess we'll just see what happens.

FT sells so many electronics and other non-vaping goods. With the holiday and influx of vaping orders I don't see how customs or USPS can hold up China deliveries. I believe the biggest concern for them are sales and deliveries within the US. At least that's my take on it. And they don't put any description other than electronics or trinkets on the bill of lading. But yeah, it's all a wait and see on all of this bullshit.

I'm so confident we'll get our stuff that I made 2 fasttech orders over the weekend.

I imagine the only thing that would possibly be intercepted at customs are large vendor orders.

I ordered a liter of nic today from HeartlandVapes. I was going to order from River Supply, but because we are both in CA they have to include a freaking 25% CA nic tax, plus sales tax, and a $5 adult signature fee. Heartland not knowing about this requirement didn't charge me. We'll see what happens.

What was the price of that SMOK Procolor? Mine landed this morning AEST. Yesterday, night when I checked the tracking, it showed as still at shipper's warehouse. This morning I checked and OMG ! It had landed in Sydney! I ordered on 25th Aug, today is 29th. I am truly impressed as it was on supplier's own sghipping method. He used UBI.
Already processed and cleared Customs . Now with AustPost, I can expect it either on Monday or Tuesday. I am residing in Tasmania (Island South of Victoria).
Be sure to let us know when you get it.

My new Logitech M510 mouse for the big computer is out for delivery from eBay, and the Wismec Luxotic BF kit should be here tomorrow.

The Asmodus stuff I'd ordered is taking it's time, but has shipped from Cali finally too.
It'll be here this week. So chuffed about that one...never had any Asmodus gear before. :)

I had a red MX510 back in the day. Great mouse.

Yup, I got one for the new living room computer because I already use the Unifying adapters for a KB under Linux, then when the old Roccat Kone Pure on the big box sadly croaked, I got another one. I use a claw grip and it's so light and comfortable.

It's this one, the 2nd edition without the logo. Nice and dark/classic looking and rubberized grippy. But still a 7-button mouse with side scrolling. Decent DPI of 1000 for general desktop use.

GFfbrp7l.jpg

First one I paid like $8, this one I think I paid a bit more but well worth it. :D

Wow. Eightvape jacked the prices up on Valaryian coils since I ordered mine. I bought a bunch for 2 bucks a box yesterday and now they're 6.

Sales over now time to cater to the ones who didn't stock up. At a phenomenal up charge.

One of my 3F orders hit NY today. Just ordered last Friday wow. Funny shipping shows as UPS mail innovations on both packages. I went for the cheap route and expected 2 to 3 month wait.

I ordered from 3Fvape, FastTech, and River Supply over the weekend.

River Supply shipped earlier today, and just received tracking for 3Fvape.

Just waiting on FastTech...

What shipping method are you guys getting good results with from China now?

For FastTech I used USPS Expedited Service to the USA

For 3F I used US Express-Line1

I have no idea what either of those mean lol

well FT was an extra like $3 & 3F was like $7 or 8

Hoping I dont have to wait more than a month

Edit: 3F shipped already so I should have it in a couple of weeks hopefully

For me just now FT was 3:87 for whatever their expedited US packet thing is.

yup sounds about right. I'm guessing it depends on weight. I ordered 4 rta's and 2 small accessories from FT

Just to update my post above, the Procolor Mod took 4 days from China to get to Melb, Au. Ordered on 25th Aug, arrived on 29th cleared customs on Monday (31st). Took 10 days to get to me from Melbourne, Au to Hobart, Au. What a joke. But I have it now and playing around with all the flashing colours. One colour a day vaping! So much fun and especially at night.....wow!!

you probably have a slightly bigger pack then? lol

or could be location...

under normal circumstances I would have just opted for free shipping but PMTA and all

Free shipping has meant eternity for me the last few months. I mean as in one of my orders took 103 days I think it was to get here.

I'm guessing their e-commerce software has some algorithm for calculating shipping. It's probably not consistent all the time. I'm sure it depends on how they made the database entries, which I'm also pretty sure are done by weight.

So depending on whether Chin or Chan entered a particular item, the software might think that one RTA weighs alot more than another for instance.

I have 3 orders on FT and 2 on 16th Aug and the 3rd on 31st Aug. The 2 have been shipped since 22nd Aug and up until today they are still in the air somewhere. They sent those 2 shipments via PostNL eventhough I paid for Singapore Post ( according to FT, SingPost is not flying due to pandemic. Problem with PostNL is that the items fly North from Hong Kong to Holland and then back South to Australia! Hence the long wait, I guess. My 3rd shipment I requested and paid the extra for Australia Express ePacket. Hope they send it by that and no excuses this time. I think maybe their (FT) logistics people are getting coffee money from PostNL ! Just my assumption.

My last fattech orders were the free shipping option. 10 and 12 days, delivered. Hoping the current orders are nearly as fast.

It appears, with the three orders I have outstanding with FT right now, that they are all running via DHL through Compton, CA. Two are on the way to Compton from Asia, one has been routed through Compton already and I guess is on its way to my side of the country. That one was initially placed on August 31. It does appear to still be in the hands of DHL.

All three of these orders were shipped via the "Expedited Service to the USA" option which costs an average of about $3 for a $25 FT order.

The three orders before these, that were all shipped using this same option, entered the US via Avenel, NJ, were routed to Raleigh, NC and turned over to USPS there. So it sounds like their routing changed significantly, and who knows why? Certainly not me.

If they are reacting to pandemic conditions, then they have done exactly the WRONG thing, because it sure sounds like conditions in NY and NJ are a lot better than they are in CA. Plus half of the western part of the country is on f'n FIRE. I don't know why I even think about this stuff. There is no figuring it out.

What!! 10 to 12 days? Woooow! You are so lucky. Whenever I order from FastTech, the free shipping option i get is 60 days to deliver. Other options are depending as the shipping price keeps changing by the minute. Anywhere from cheapest 0.67 to next cheapest 1.67.Of course there are the more expensive options but the delivery time does not actually mean more expensive is faster (in my case) because even DHL at say 40.00 may be 10 to 15 days and yet another method at 1.67 is shows as 10 to 12 days. So, it does make sense. Really weird system.

Add on :- To me every dollar counts as they quote in USD and I pay in AUD, I pay with PayPal and their charges / currency exchange are higher than bank rates. Hence, for a 20 dollar purchase, I end up paying about 30 AUD. The bank exchange rate would be around 25 AUD. Just an example.

I think these orders are just getting put on whatever DHL flight has room and is heading to the US on that particular day. 2 orders arrived last week. 1 came in through NY, the other landed in L.A.. No rhyme or reason.

I currently have one order waiting for a flight and second that was 5 days to ship now shows as 7 days. (it's waiting on SS C4 style RDA's)

Also have 2 vapesourcing shipments, one from China has shipped, one from US whse hasn't. Probably on fire in Cali. lol

It seems fasttech has some deal with DHL to the US right now. Probably due to too many orders getting cancelled over the last few months. So, it seems DHL is flying the items here and handing them off to customs then USPS.
My previous order I paid the extra $30 for DHL shipping and it took 73 days to arrive.

Ok, so now you really MUST tell me where you found stainless C4 RDAs, even the "styled" ones. I have looked all over hell and creation for one. I have black, red, and green, and a stainless one (or even several) would make me so very happy!

Vapesourcing actually did me right on this ?US Warehouse order. My Myuz Hadar and Pico S are out for delivery already.

I looked at that Pico S the other day and I don't know what kind of insanity got me that I didn't order one, but I think I'm going right now to see if there are any left.

ETA: There were still white and red available. I got white, because I want to put this Wine Red Zeus X Mesh on it, if it's wide enough. I think it should be, because it holds a 21700 battery. Yay! Thanks @gsmit1 for the reminder!

A severely underrated and underappreciated mod imho My well used silver one just recently went without a battery for the first time since the day I got it like a year and a half ago and that only because I'm playing with too much new stuff.

Don't forget about THIS ?

A quick simple tip with the Pico S.

To put the battery tube back on, all you need to d is drop it in there and turn gently. No backturn to find the threads, NO pressure. Just drop it in and start turning. It'll go in every time and last forever.

Thank you, but not doing the Arctic Fox thing right now. I'm on a work PC, can't install it.

Discovered that the Ello Vate tank that comes with the Pico S can use Geekvape's Super Mesh coils, which I already have on hand for a Cerberus tank that came with an Aegis Solo. Love it when things work out like that! I hate hate hate having to stock a bazillion different types of coils - just plain ain't gonna do it, kwim? But there are a select few that are worth having, imo, and that Super Mesh is one of them. I'll keep that one, the Voopoo PNP, Freemax's Mesh NX2, and Smok's Prince Q4.

Did you get a kit? I thought it was only the mod from them. My silver one was a kit though. I got the BB/BBB RBA to work in there, but I don't remember how now. :wait:

Arctic Fox is just so much better and free :D

I've ordered from their USA Warehouse before and the order was delivered surprisingly quickly, so nothing bad to say about them so far.

@gsmit1 I have an RBA for a Big Baby Beast, so I'll try it in the Ello Vate (or the Cerberus, for that matter).

I could be remembering wrong as it's been a while, but I think I had to use different glass or o-rings or something.

Yes, I agree with you. I am using the Geekvape super mesh coils on my Vaporesso Cascade tank (with the GT adaptor) and it's brilliant! Also, seems to last forever. I have cleaned out one coil 3 times and still tastes good.

Trippy routing. I don't remember my USPS stuff ever going though Seattle proper before, usually it is one of the smaller cities after Cali. Must be all of the fires.
