@anendeloflorien I need your address. @RZAwora & @Heather are waiting on you.

And, FWIW, we were all wrong about the third part packed in with the Acrylic Kanger Bellcaps. Got home late last night, but when I broke into the package I was ... well ... surfuck'nprised. It is an acrylic plug (o ring'd even) which replaces the wide bore drip tip for those that like sucking softballs through garden hoses. I can only imagine its purpose is to facilitate balance when the bell cap is set down upside down. Gotta rely on y'all to figure out why the heck they bothered o ring'g it though. Well, maybe it's to help hold a vacuum for folks that had problems with it leaking.

If you read all that ... assuming this bell cap works ... I'm going to dramatically increase my Kanger Subtank collection this week. Last night I wanted to order Joyetech Ego One CLR atomizer heads (rebuildable heads for the Ego One Mega Tank that comes with the Evic VT) and I had trouble finding them in stock at my usual suspect vendors. The shop I found them at also had: http://www.myvaporstore.com/Kanger-Airflow-Control-Base-Subtank-Mini-p/krst-ac20.htm so I ordered a couple. If you poke around, they also have other interesting kanger bits. I ordered a Subtank Plus base too so I may finally be able to use my Subtank OG on my 25mm Centipede. The OG had that freak'n goofy spring loaded positive pin that prevented using it in a hybrid setup. So, @RZAwora since you claimed 3 of the bell caps ... if they work, you can get another couple bases and expand your tank collection nicely. I will let y'all know how it goes later. I'm going to grab some polish 'cause all of mine is actually wax and I want my bell caps clear instead of frosted.

Ah...I see what you're saying...order some bases, and some RBA kits, and I would then have 5 Kanger Subtank Mini's? That would be correct. I saw the bases on Fasttech, also the RBA's. However, Kanger released a v2 air-flow control base (two holes-one each side), and also a v2 RBA kit (holes in side like stock coils) for the Subtank Mini's. I'm going to try and find them...

I'm thinking about just picking up one of these Innokin Cool Fire IV for $37.95 and not worry about finding an IPV Mini. They're pretty similar, with the Innokin going up to 40w. The only major difference is the Innokin has a built-in battery, but I think I'm fine with that. The Innokin is quite a bit smaller than the IPV Mini as well. Decision, decisions... It also says this...
The Coolfire IV uses Vrms DC current and is very accurate with a power deviation of 0.1Watt. The full 40 Watts is precisely maintained between resistances of 0.3 to 2.5 Ohms. There is no wasted power and exact accuracy means you are always vaping the power level that you choose. Vrms provides superior precision in delivering the exact wattage Ohm's Law requires and stable power means better vapor.
What's the difference between this Vrms and what ever else other mods use? Anything? What do you all think of this device, sound decent?

the ipv uses dc to dc as well vrms is a form of modulation that controls the wattage by pulsing wave instead of a straight dc signal. any typ of modulation is harsh on coils and not as smooth of a vape

on the ipv mini v1 you can choose between pulse width modulation and dc to dc depending on your vape style. with pwm, you can "step down" below battery voltage for those people that like to sub ohm at low watts, with dc to dc, the lowest you can go is the batteries voltage, anything the screen says after that isnt what you are getting, your getting whatever your battery voltage is, though some of the higher wattage devices can step down voltage dc-dc, like the sig 150

Good explanation. I have wondered this too. Some devices are really great some really harsh. This is the reason. Lighty explained it to me the other day. RZAwora are you interested in a siegelie mini at all? 30 watts, blue. I have only used it about a month maybe 2.

i

dont think you will be dissapointed with a sig 30, sig makes a solid device and the vape quality is fantastic
Sigelei Legend was one of my first VV/VW devices, I was happy with that, and the quality was great. I've never heard much bad about their devices. I didn't even realize they had a 30w mini device.

The siegelie is great I just bought the HANA mini in the hardware section so could part with it. I actually had just bought the IPV then saw the HANA with a price I couldn't pass on. I am wishing I didn't buy the IPV but I doubt you want a pink mod. Or maybe you do?

got some vapemail from dred,,,,,,,only problem is im not sure what it fits, time to do some research

Unfucking believable ... this means @Taver13 is about to receive a Billow V1 ... sent'm at the same time ... musta slapped the addresses on the wrong boxes. Anyway @Donald Bickers, that is a short shit kit for a Billow V1. Here's hoping @Taver13 doesn't get fingerprint cards that were Arizona bound ... facepalm.

Anyway ... at least the two packages that went out today for @anendeloflorien & @Heather had identical contents. USPS tracking for these is 9114 9012 3080 3055 9272 78 & 9114 9012 3080 3055 9272 54.

So ... polished up one of the bell caps ... took nearly a minute.

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1433196653.144274.jpg

And, as evidenced by the photo above, I have a new use for the chimney seal (note, it now has a name even) included with the bell cap. I did not use it to fill that tank, and filling to top of chimney seems to have inserted just enough juice to piss me off. I am hoping that I can cap the chimney and allow me to fill closer to full.

I'd say: much more fun than a parts list plus instructions could have been.

@Taver13 & @Donald Bickers ... I swear my pooch was not harm'd by this ef'g. Leastwise the fingerprints were left out of that clusteref'n so that little project won't get delayed.

@RZAwora ... I still need your address - seems you left one small detail out of the message when you sent it. Good thing though ... you saved the other two from getting a fistful of bell caps instead of just one. Seems shipping is not one of my strong suits.

im not sure i want a fingerprint explination

I just pleaded to reckless driving on the case resulting from my 2013 motorcycle smashing. It was not supposed to impact my Texas carry permit 'cause it is not a class A or B misdemeanor. However, it is unclassified and I've learned Texas classifies it against my favor as far as concealed carry goes. My Texas CHL is now in the penalty box for 5 years.

Arizona has no problem with providing me a carry permit which Texas happens to honor. They needed fingerprint cards and I should be good to carry again before the end of summer.

I'm actually thinking about starting a small permit collection. VA is next on my list 'cause the non resident AZ permit is only valid in 29 states. Several states take issue with non resident permits. Prolly 'cause asshats like me can use them to stay safe and secure.

Wow. You sir are clearly a singularly badass'd mofo. I know this 'cause my mother taught me of such challenges and also of those selected to overcome their arrivals. She was right when she fortold the arrival of challenge. As was she regarding the existence of strength of will and character which meet said challenges.

I sometimes wonder why she did not fortell the magnitude of "sucks" one feels when tapped to answer said challenges.

Another wise man, Henley, did however provide a fair template with which one can meet such challenges. He named his template Invictus. Its recitation sometimes aids my resolution when I've been shit upon by unwanted challenges.

honestly man, im just used to it at this point. no point in dwelling on it, just figure out a solution and move on from there. i have so much other shit going on right now, that in reality, its the least of my worries. so as i said, find a solution and move on. your mother, is a very wise woman

So this skittles juice I've been vaping for 24 hours and then some not only has great flavor, but both the cotton and coils still look new... that is awesome! That vapor lock had to be rewicked once a day and prolly could stand to be rewicked twice daily... so hopefully this last 15ml or so of skittles will last me til the BD box gets here hopefully Wednesday :)

There is a skittles flavor. It may just be that flavor standalone.
