Hi Jimi,

An unexpected turn in cancer research isn’t coming from a new drug. Researchers are examining how an old remedy interferes with cancer cell growth — in places standard treatments struggle to reach.

At the same time, scientists are watching an unusual food quietly reshape the gut environment. The results don’t show up where most people assume they would.

And finally, researchers are seeing measurable changes in cancer cell behavior — within minutes. What this reveals raises bigger questions about prevention than most people realize.

NEW GIFT: 23 Worst Foods to Avoid That Cause Inflammation

This is how you lose weight specifically with Hashimoto’s and keep it off Jim
...and do it without cutting carbs, without counting calories, and without eating in a way that doesn’t fit this season.
My most popular Hashimoto’s Weight Loss Transformation Plan is here, and it just got winter-proofed.
It’s a comprehensive 10-Day program at an intentionally affordable price of $47. I keep it this way because I want people to actually be able to do this, not hesitate or put it off.
And in honor of the New Year, I added a very special bonus that’s only available TODAY AND TOMORROW.
In addition to the full program which includes EVERYTHING you need for Hashimoto's weight loss in a step by step way...
You will also get an additional 14-day winter inspired meal plan with Hashimoto's weight loss recipes and shopping lists at no charge (normally its an extra fee).
I created it specifically to match what your thyroid needs in the winter months and I know you will love it :)
You can lose weight with Hashimoto’s.
But it has to be done differently.
mail
This shows you exactly how to do it, in a way that actually feels good in winter.
You don't need any coupon codes, the extra bonus will automatically be included when you get the program and added into to your portal.
I can't wait for you to see results with it!
Warmly,

I’m a hormone nutritionist, and it’s mind-boggling to me why a food so unhealthy, so processed, and poorly tasting has a reputation as a “health food.”
Honestly, it should be banned - here are 5 reasons why.
  1. Peas are HARD to DIGEST. Period. — Many women experience gut issues due to their protein powders, yet they often tell themselves it’s a healthy choice.

  2. Pea protein is LOW in protein content — on average, it contains only 10-15grams. In midlife, we aim to consume 20-30 grams of protein per meal.

  3. Pea protein is an INCOMPLETE protein — it lacks methionine.

  4. The TASTE — I mean, I feel like I’m drinking chalk or ground-up furniture. Yuck.

  5. New technology is coming out to improve the taste, but it’s going to be a LOT MORE PROCESSED. It’s like eating junk food.

So, how on earth is pea protein a healthy food?!

Dr. Crandall to Newsmax: Inside President Trump's Aspirin Use

By Tricia Cooney Bresnahan

Kicking off the new year, President Donald Trump addressed questions about his health, writing on Truth Social that White House doctors had declared him to be in "perfect health."

He also said he once again passed his cognitive exam with a perfect score, noting that he has taken the test multiple times — something he says no previous president or vice president was willing to do.

Editor’s Note: Undo Decades of Damage to Your Heart!

The president's comments followed a Wall Street Journal article in which he discussed aspects of his health routine, including his daily use of aspirin, limited exercise, and regrets over undergoing advanced medical imaging.

To help put those remarks into context, Newsmax's "Newsline" spoke with world-renowned cardiologist Dr. Chauncey Crandall, director of preventive medicine at the Palm Beach Cardiovascular Clinic in Florida.

Special: Doctor: All Multivitamins Are Not the Same

One detail that drew attention was President Trump's statement that he takes 325 milligrams of aspirin each day. Most doctors who recommend aspirin for heart protection advise a much lower dose, typically 81 milligrams daily, often referred to as baby aspirin.

"Aspirin can be bad for many people," Crandall said. "Historically, people used to take higher doses like President Trump does, and I believe he's probably on 325 milligrams because he's used to it and hasn't had a problem."

Editor’s Note: 4 Signs Your Heart Is Quietly Failing

Crandall noted that lifestyle factors may also play a role. "He likely has some form of arthritis from golfing, and the higher dose helps with pain and inflammation," he said.

Still, Crandall, editor of the popular newsletter Dr. Crandall's Heart Health Report, emphasized that higher doses are not appropriate for most adults. "For the majority of people, 81 milligrams daily is the recommended dose if aspirin is needed at all," he said. "At lower doses, there's a lower incidence of bleeding reactions."

Special: The #1 Underlying Cause of Today's Deadliest Diseases

Aspirin therapy, Crandall added, is not for everyone. "We typically use aspirin for patients who have underlying heart disease or a history of stents or bypass surgery," he said. "Not everyone needs to be on it."

Snow Shoveling Risks

Crandall also addressed cold-weather risks for heart patients, noting that winter activities can increase cardiovascular strain. "Blood vessels narrow in cold temperatures," he explained. "We see a higher incidence of heart attacks in people who shovel snow."

Because of that risk, he cautioned that snow shoveling may be dangerous for some individuals. "It's not recommended for people with underlying heart disease," Crandall said, advising those at risk to seek help or use safer alternatives.

For otherwise healthy individuals, Crandall said decisions about aspirin use and physical exertion should always be personalized. "It's important to talk with your doctor," he said. "What works for one person, even a president, isn't necessarily right for everyone."

Grab a pen, you’ll want to write this down…

What I’m about to share are 5 foods you need to add to your grocery list if you’re feeling under the weather, especially if you tend to catch every bug that goes around.

Ready?

Here’s your list…

Papaya

Papaya is loaded with vitamin C.

In fact, one papaya contains more than double your daily needs.

It also contains papain, a digestive enzyme that supports gut health and helps calm inflammation, both critical for immune function.

Kiwi

Kiwis are rich also in vitamin C, as well as vitamin K, folate, and potassium.

These nutrients support white blood cell production and help your immune system respond more efficiently when a virus shows up.

Poultry

There’s a reason chicken soup has stood the test of time.

Poultry is high in vitamin B6, which helps your body produce immune-supporting proteins that white blood cells rely on to function properly.

Sunflower Seeds

These small seeds are one of the best natural sources of vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that helps regulate and maintain immune responses.

Vitamin E is especially important during colder months.

Shellfish

Shellfish like crab, clams, mussels, and lobster are rich in zinc.

Why is that important?

Because zinc plays a critical role in immune signaling, wound healing, and cellular repair.

Just be mindful not to overdo it, since excess zinc can actually suppress immunity.

Adding these foods to your routine helps give your immune system the raw materials it needs to do its job…

And if you need extra support?

If you’ve heard this before, well, you’re gonna hear it again because it’s pretty darn important.

After 25+ years seeing 1000s of patients with horrible posture, back pain, stiff neck, tight hips, and achy joints…

The biggest threat to your overall quality of life is this:

Being able to move freely, with strength, balance, and control…

… without dependence on drugs, devices, and other people.

Mobility loss is the most common disability for Americans aged 65 and older.

Unfortunately, it's often neglected until it’s too late.

And too often, people don't know how to sustainably improve their mobility!

To top it off, the “small signs” of mobility loss are probably already there when you're in your 40's or beyond.

And maybe they’re not so small???

So let’s nip this huge problem in the bud right now.

My friend, Brian Vaszily, has an amazingly helpful report based on the latest research…

And it's the perfect companion piece to his upcoming World’s BEST Longevity Summit (Literally!).

>> How NOT to Lose Your Mobility as You Age: 17 Keys to Maintain Your Freedom of Movement

How NOT to Lose Your Mobility as You Age is crystal-clear, deeply researched, and provides you the exact steps you need to take to protect and improve your mobility - and QUALITY of life.

In this mobility report, you’ll find out:

👉 The top FOODS and SPICES that help your mobility (and foods to AVOID)

👉 The 4 key do-it-yourself EXERCISES, and the 4 best STRETCHES

👉 The 7 POSTURE essentials

👉 Top causes of INJURIES and how to avoid them

👉 4 types of everyday PRODUCTS you need to be cautious of

If simple things you once did without issue cause an issue now…

Maybe things like getting off the floor or couch, going upstairs, walking, bending, squatting, gardening, lifting, and countless other activities..

If they cause pain or stiffness in your body...

If they cause a struggle with grunts and moans to accomplish them…

The great news is you have the tremendous ability to improve your mobility.

Yes, even now.

Download "How NOT to Lose Your Mobility as You Age" right here (absolutely no charge)

And of course, Be Your Own Guarantee for your health and life.

Can you turn back the brain clock without using medication? It looks like the answer is “yes”.
What if I told you that your brain can look and act younger, just by training it online, with no pills, no scans, and no fancy medical treatment? That’s what a major new study from McGill University just showed. And yes, the training actually reversed markers of brain aging by about 10 years. Not in a metaphorical sense but in real biochemical measures.
So what happened in this study, I hear you ask. Here’s the deal in plain language:
  • Older adults (65+) took part in a clinical trial.
  • They used a brain-training app called BrainHQ every day for 10 weeks for about 30 minutes a day.
  • A comparison group played ordinary recreational computer games.
  • Only the BrainHQ gang showed real brain biochemical improvements.
And here’s the biggest surprise: the training boosted a key brain chemical system so much it looked like the brains were about a decade younger on the inside. Yes, 10 years younger.
But what’s this “Brain Chemical System” the research talks about? Well, there’s a system in the brain tied to:
  • Memory.
  • Attention.
  • Learning.
  • Decision-making.
It’s powered by a brain chemical network called the cholinergic system. As we age, this system naturally declines, and that drop is strongly linked to problems like memory loss and dementia. In this study, the brain training restored cholinergic function to levels you’d typically see in someone 10 years younger. That’s not just performance, that’s neurochemistry.
Right now, you might be wondering if doing crosswords is enough. But here’s where the study gets practical. A lot of people think things like crosswords, reading, or casual puzzles are enough to keep the brain sharp. But the lead scientist pointed out: not all mental activities trigger the kind of brain plasticity that builds real biological change. BrainHQ isn’t just “fun games.” It’s adaptive:
  • Games scale up as you improve.
  • They push specific cognitive skills (like processing speed and memory recall).
  • And that’s exactly the kind of challenge that seems to rewire the brain rather than just entertain it.
The study found that BrainHQ actively pushes and challenges your brain in a way other games don’t. This isn't a theory. The researchers used super-specialized brain imaging, a rare kind of PET scan with a tracer that lights up cholinergic reserves. Only a few places in the world can do this kind of imaging, and it showed biochemical changes after the 10-week training. That’s better than “score went up”, that’s measurable biology.
So, can this new learning help lower dementia risk? That’s the big question. We know:
  • The cholinergic system declines sharply in Alzheimer’s.
  • Brain training boosted this system in healthy adults.
  • So it could help stave off dementia, or at least slow early stage decline.
But, and this is important, more research is underway to see how effective it is for people already showing cognitive symptoms. Still, the early signs are very hopeful.
So, what’s the takeaway for you? Here’s how to think about this in everyday terms:
  • Your brain can change for the younger, even in your 60s and beyond. Neuroplasticity isn’t just a buzzword.
  • Not all mental activity is equal. Adaptive, challenging tasks matter more than passive ones.
  • Daily habits add up. 30 minutes a day for 10 weeks made measurable differences, and that’s something anyone can do.
And, If you want to take action, here are simple, practical steps you can do from today:
  • Try evidence-based brain training. Apps like BrainHQ or other cognitive programs with adaptive tasks can be a good start.
  • Aim for consistency. Daily sessions, even short ones, are better than big, infrequent ones.
  • Mix in variety. Challenge processing speed, memory recall, attention, and multitasking.
  • Stay social and active. Physical exercise, social interaction, and real-world learning all boost brain health too.
  • Talk to your clinician. If you’re concerned about cognitive decline, ask about brain training. It can complement medical advice.
Brains are biologically malleable, even later in life. And this study proves it not with theory, but with hard neurobiology. You don’t need pills, you need practice. And that’s a message worth celebrating. Start today, your brain will thank you for the stimulation!
Yours in good health,

Andrew Peloquin

Before Food Matters became a global documentary phenomenon, it began as something much more personal: a case study in functional healing.

James's father, Roy, was experiencing chronic fatigue, persistent inflammation, stress, and weight gain. Conventional treatment options had reached a dead end, and we needed a new approach... one grounded in evidence-based nutrition and natural medicine.

That challenge led us to interview leading experts in integrative health, nutritional therapy, and mind-body medicine. The result was a comprehensive protocol that helped Roy reverse his symptoms and reclaim his health.

We documented the entire process, and that's how Food Matters was born.

Now, we’re making this foundational resource available to our Institute community for a limited time only.

Free Access to the Food Matters Film
Gain insight into how nutritional interventions can shift the trajectory of chronic illness. CLICK HERE to start watching. >>

Plus, when you access the film, we are also going to give you the chance to watch one of our most popular trainings from 2025: 4 Practical Steps to Healing Stubborn Health Conditions. In it, we dive deep into the core pillars of the protocol we used to support Roy’s recovery. This first episode for the new year features...
Dr. Matthew Halpert, Ph.D. earned his doctorate in immunology at the University of Alabama-Birmingham graduate school, and joined Baylor College of Medicine in 2011 as an academic researcher. While in the Texas Medical Center, Dr. Halpert made numerous key discoveries regarding previously unrecognized mechanisms within our immune system, and importantly, how those mechanisms could be naturally utilized to reprogram an immune response to eliminate a target (such as cancerous cells). This science was studied in depth, worked on extensively, and progressed immensely by the efforts of Dr. Halpert, as partially evidenced by his numerous peer-reviewed publications in various top-notch science and medical journals, as well as his ownership of over a dozen patents.

Within the previous decade, Dr. Halpert has successfully launched a not-for-profit charity to help support such research efforts, a “traditional” biotech venture designed to carry this science through various FDA clinical trials and towards regulatory approvals, and a Compassionate Use clinic (“Immunocine”) in Cancun, Mexico currently offering high integrity personalized immunotherapy options based on the same research and to patients which are ineligible for any of the clinical trials.

Dr. Rubin, ND, FABNO, has been a pioneer in naturopathic oncology for nearly three decades. As the Founding President of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, he helped define and standardize the field, bringing it recognition on an international stage.

Dr. Rubin is also the co-founder and Medical Director of Naturopathic Specialists in Scottsdale, Arizona, a leading clinic that has served people from all 50 states and 19 countries. Known for his expertise in integrating traditional and naturopathic medicine, Dr. Rubin has been recognized as National Physician of the Year and continues to shape the future of integrative oncology through clinical care, teaching, and global collaboration. He is also the Director of Business Development for Immunocine Preserve.

TAKE ACTION

Tell the EPA to Ban Glyphosate Now

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is facing an October 1, 2026, deadline to reassess the safety of glyphosate, a widely used weedkiller linked to serious health concerns.
With a major scientific 25-year-old landmark study relied upon to prove the safety of glyphosate recently retracted, it’s clear that the EPA must take immediate action to move up the reassessment date!
The facts should be alarming to us all: the key paper relied on by the EPA for glyphosate safety assessments was retracted due to serious ethical concerns and questions about the validity of the research findings. The study’s conclusions were based on unpublished data from Monsanto, and the authors did not disclose financial compensation they received from Monsanto for their work.
Bayer has paid out over $10 billion in 100,000 Roundup cancer cases, and faces massive liability from thousands of additional lawsuits alleging its Roundup herbicide (with glyphosate being the active ingredient) causes cancer, so it is no surprise that Bayer is seeking to avoid liability in ongoing lawsuits related to glyphosate exposure by including pursuing appeals, lobbying for legislation, and seeking U.S. Supreme Court intervention.
Due to mounting scientific evidence linking glyphosate to cancer and other severe health issues in humans and animals, and concerns about its impact on pollinators and ecosystems, we need to act now!
TAKE ACTION NOW: Tell the EPA to prioritize public health and safety over industry interests by reopening the decision on glyphosate’s safety immediately and ban glyphosate to end the ongoing chemical assault on our land, water, and health!

GOOD NEWS
Editor's Note: Our people power is pushing back against Bayer! Activists like you in our OCA network alone sent more than 200,000 letters to Senators and Representatives, raising alarms about the dangers of glyphosate. Our collective efforts are having a major impact: Congress rejected a provision in 2026 appropriations bills that would have shielded the pesticide makers who are lobbying to make it harder for consumers to sue over pesticide risks to human health! Thank you, Carey Gillam, for all of your outstanding research and reporting on glyphosate over the years.

Congress Won’t Bail Out Bayer in 2026! Now Tell Them to Ban Roundup!

Carey Gillam, The New Lede:
“In a setback for the pesticide industry, Democrats have succeeded in removing a rider from a congressional appropriations bill that would have helped protect pesticide makers from being sued and could have hindered state efforts to warn about pesticide risks.
U.S. Rep. Chellie Pingree, a Democrat from Maine and ranking member of the House Appropriations Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Subcommittee, said Monday that the controversial measure pushed by the agrochemical giant Bayer and industry allies has been stripped from the 2026 funding bill.
The move is final, as Senate Republican leaders have agreed not to revisit the issue, Pingree said.
‘I just drew a line in the sand and said this cannot stay in the bill,’ Pingree said in an interview. ‘There has been intensive lobbying by Bayer. This has been quite a hard fight.’
The now-deleted language was part of a larger legislative effort that critics say is aimed at limiting litigation against pesticide industry leader Bayer, which sells the widely used Roundup herbicides.
An industry alliance set up by Bayer has been pushing for both state and federal laws that would make it harder for consumers to sue over pesticide risks to human health and has successfully passed such laws in two states so far.”

Bayer has “made this a high priority,” and we can expect to see continued efforts to get industry-friendly language inserted into legislation, including into the new Farm Bill

SOMETHING FROM NOTHING

Simple Ways To Turn Kitchen Scraps Into Delicious Soups

Kylie Foxx, Food Print:
“Vogue magazine recently described Alison Roman’s new pantry cookbook, ‘Something from Nothing,’ as the perfect guide for ‘money-strapped-millennials’ — but millennials aren’t the only ones feeling the pressure these days. As food prices have creeped ever upward and climate anxiety is at an all-time high, there’s never been a better time to root around your pantry or freezer and make something from nothing.

Scrap soup, you ask? Also known as kitchen-scrap soup, stone soup or, less appetizingly, garbage soup, it’s a soul-warming, ever-adaptable dish that makes use of the leftover food bits you stash away in the freezer or fridge. But it’s also scrappy in another sense: It borrows from the kind of creative, roll-up-your-sleeves ethos employed by generations of budget-minded cooks, who had to stretch their ingredients to make do. In this time of uncertainty and scarcity, scrap soup can actually be an edible ode to abundance.

By using every part of a vegetable (or chicken or fish or piece of cheese) you’re saving it from the landfill, where it will decompose and eventually produce methane, a greenhouse gas that’s up to 86 times more powerful than carbon dioxide. Plus, soup is a forgiving canvas — you can throw a whole bunch of stuff in a pot and still not mess it up.”
Read on for our best scrap soup making tips

COMING CLEAN

Everyday Chemicals, Global Consequences: How Disinfectants Contribute to Antimicrobial Resistance

Milena Esser, The Conversation:
“During the COVID-19 pandemic, disinfectants became our shield. Hand sanitizers, disinfectant wipes and antimicrobial sprays became part of daily life. They made us feel safe. Today, they are still everywhere: in homes, hospitals and public spaces.
But there’s a hidden cost. The chemicals we trust to protect us may also inadvertently help microbes evolve resistance and protect themselves against antibiotics.
Among the most common active ingredients in disinfectants are quaternary ammonium compounds (QACs). They are found not only in the wipes, sprays and liquids we use to clean surfaces at home and in hospitals, but also in everyday products like fabric softeners and personal care products.

Once QACs enter the environment, they meet microbial communities, networks of bacteria, archaea and fungi that recycle nutrients, purify water and support food webs.”

To clean responsibly, we need to think beyond what kills microbes today and consider how our choices shape the microbial world we will face tomorrow

BAN TOXIC PFAS

PFAS Exposure Linked to a Nearly 200% Increase in Infant Mortality, Study Finds

Environmental Health Sciences Staff, EHN:
“Mothers exposed to PFAS-contaminated water had 191% higher risk of their newborns dying within the first year of life, compared to mothers whose water sources were not downstream from contaminated sites.
Exposed mothers were also 168% more likely to give birth extremely prematurely (before 28 weeks of gestation) and 180% more likely to have babies with extremely low birth weights (less than 2.2 lbs).
Based on these results, the study authors estimate that PFAS cost the U.S. approximately $8 billion annually due to impacts to infant health.

The infants of New Hampshire mothers whose water sources flowed through sites contaminated by PFAS experienced significantly higher rates of adverse health outcomes, and even death, according to a recent study published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
Exposure to PFAS chemicals is widespread — analyses from the US National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey have found that 97% to 100% of the U.S. population has detectable PFAS in their blood.”

HEALTHY LIVING

Americans Spend 93% of Their Time Indoors. A Doctor Explained What That’s Doing to Us.

Ashley Fike, Vice:
“Most people don’t describe their problem as being indoors too much. They say they’re exhausted. Anxious. Wired at night and foggy during the day. Sleep doesn’t fix it. Rest doesn’t feel possible.
According to Dr. John La Puma, that cluster of symptoms has a common root we’ve gotten very good at ignoring.
He calls it digital obesity. Not a productivity problem or a motivation failure, but a biological state.
‘What’s getting overfed is the brain’s alerting system,’ La Puma explained to VICE in an email, and details in his upcoming book Indoor Epidemic. Screens, artificial light, constant novelty, and cognitive demand keep the nervous system switched on for most of the day. The inputs that normally allow it to recover, daylight, darkness at night, distance vision, and time outside, barely show up anymore. Doomscrolling is the most concentrated version of this pattern. You stay alert without resolution.
The exact number matters less than the mismatch.”
Human biology evolved around daily daylight, real darkness at night, movement, and time outdoors. Modern life removes most of those inputs.

BILLIONS AGAINST BAYER

Increased Pesticide Use in Illinois Is Killing Native Oaks

Jennifer Bamberg, Investigate Midwest:

“While nearly the same amount of corn and soybean acres have been planted every year since the mid-1990s, the use of pesticides in Illinois has increased exponentially, according to USDA data. Soy acres vs. pesticide use: from 10 million to 25 million pounds in two decades.
Use of all pesticides on soybeans, has more than doubled in Illinois since 2000 even as soybean acreage has stayed flat.

Before the commercial release of the genetically engineered seeds, glyphosate, the main ingredient in Roundup, accounted for a fraction of a percent of the total herbicides used on corn in Illinois. But by 2010, just over a decade after the commercial launch of glyphosate-tolerant corn seeds, glyphosate use accounted for more than 28% of all herbicides used.”

The increase in pesticide use is causing significant damage to prairie grasses and trees across the state, particularly native oaks, hickory and box elders

ENVIRONMENT

Christi Belcourt: Take Only What You Need

by Suzanne Luke, University Art Curator, Robert Langen Art Gallery:

“Christi Belcourt artist statement:

When you look at Indigenous art traditions around the world, there is often a direct connection to the land implied in some way within the art. It’s no different for Metis People who were historically known as ‘The Flower Beadwork People.’ The understanding of how we’re supposed to live on the land is encoded into our beliefs which are sometimes found in the designs and symbols present in our artwork.

When I’m creating my art, I’m not simply transferring beadwork patterns onto the canvas; there has to be meaning behind it. So I will include certain plants or symbols into the painting that have a specific reason or coding behind them. It’s always primarily a message about the respect for lands and waters: the respect we need to have for the earth and everything that is around us. As human beings, we are mistaken if we think we are superior to other species.

My heart overflows with love for the beauty of this world.

I see war, but I paint flowers.

I paint what I want for this world. I try to reflect to the best of my ability the power and sacredness of Mother Earth which is the sacredness of all life as we know it.

May we live long enough to see humankind turn away from violence and greed and towards creating a world based on caring and giving. May we live long to see the world embrace global disarmament.

Prayers for the sick to be healed.

For the bombs to stop.

Freedom and dignity, care and enough for all.”

Belcourt invites viewers to self reflect on nature’s symbolic properties and the earthly connections between human existence and the natural world

The Infection-Thyroid Connection
One of the primary ways infections can trigger thyroid issues is through a process called molecular mimicry.

This occurs when proteins from an infection closely resemble proteins found in the thyroid gland. As a result, when the immune system targets the infection, it may also inadvertently attack the thyroid.
We also encourage you to take advantage of Dr Talks upcoming free event, Reversing Hashimoto’s and Thyroid Disease Summit taking place January 16th - 20th.

Thank you for your patience this week, my healthy living warrior.

Without further delay, let’s get into this much-needed message (and event).

Every January, health-related goals take center stage.

Exercising more, looking better, feeling better, losing weight.

These are the usual suspects, right?

But there’s often a silent obstacle standing between you and those goals.

It’s your metabolism.

Metabolism powers everything from breathing to digesting food, repairing cells, and circulating blood.

It’s the engine of your body, working behind the scenes to keep you alive and moving.

But when that engine gets overloaded with daily toxins?

Well, it struggles.

And you struggle.

That’s why a metabolic reset isn’t just helpful…

It's essential!

Think of it as hitting “refresh” on your body.

A reset clears out toxins, restores balance, and helps you feel lighter and more energized.

That’s exactly why my wife, Dr. Monica, is hosting a Metabolic Reset Webinar next week!

This is all about taking control of your health and making lasting changes.

Here’s just a glimpse of what you’ll discover during the webinar:

✅ Why rebalancing your metabolism is the key to flushing toxins and improving energy.

✅ Real-life stories of clients shedding 5–30 pounds naturally in just 30 days.

✅ How patients have reduced pain, inflammation, and cholesterol—while boosting energy—without medication.

✅ Practical tools to kickstart your own metabolism and sustain it all year long.

You’ll even have the chance to join our 30-Day Reset Challenge and see these results firsthand!

Whether you’re new to resets, detoxes, or cleanses (or a seasoned pro), this webinar will give you actionable strategies to reset your body and feel your best.

Don’t miss this chance to continue your year with clarity and purpose.

Sign up for the Metabolic Reset Webinar here (absolutely no charge).

And as always, Be Your Own Guarantee for your health and life.

Dr. Ryan

P.S. This isn’t just another “webinar.” It's a chance to see what’s possible.

Clear toxins, rebalance your system, and jumpstart your health.

Head here to join Dr. Monica next Thursday.

And before you ask… yes, there will be a replay;-)

Hey Jimi,

Tickets are now on sale for Release Your Fascia, Unleash Your Body.

This is a 4-week live course (starting this Sunday) where you’ll learn the art and science of releasing the connective tissue (fascia) in your body gently, using nothing more than the floor and a towel.

This is the piece most people are missing.

If stretching, mobility, or breathwork hasn’t created lasting change, it’s often because the tissue that holds the pattern hasn’t been addressed.

In this course, you’ll learn how to:

- Ease deep, long-held tension without forcing or pushing
- Create more space in your body so movement and breath feel easier
- Work with your body rather than trying to fix it
- It’s slow, accessible, and suitable for all levels.

We’re keeping this a small, live group, and registration will close in 48 hours.

Once doors close, that’s it.

👉 Learn more and secure your place here

If your body’s been asking for something different, this is your invitation.

YOUR NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION ⚠️

⚠️ IS BEING SABOTAGED ⚠️

You committed to a healthier 2026. But your "wellness" tea is flooding your body with 11.6 BILLION plastic particles per cup.
Week one of the new year. You're doing everything right: eating clean, moving your body, choosing tea over coffee for a gentler start to your mornings.
But here's what the tea industry won't tell you: every conventional tea bag is systematically undermining your health goals by releasing massive quantities of microplastics and nanoplastics directly into your system.
While you're trying to detox and reset, mainstream tea brands are re-toxifying your body with synthetic particles that accumulate in your organs, disrupt your hormones, and create inflammation that sabotages every other healthy choice you're making.
Your New Year deserves a truly clean start.

The Hidden Reset Saboteur

🚫 Plastic mesh tea bags release billions of microplastic particles with every steep
🚫 Synthetic adhesives in "paper" bags leach hormone-disrupting chemicals into hot water
🚫 Industrial contaminants concentrate in mass-market tea dust and fannings
🚫 Zero transparency from Big Tea about what's really in your cup
You can't build a healthy body on a contaminated foundation.

Start 2026 With True Purity

Kindred Harvest was created for people like you— people who refuse to compromise on their health resolutions:
✅ 100% Plastic-Free Biodegradable Sachets — Zero microplastics, ever
