Work mods are tough. When I did landscaping, I stripped the threads on my vamo, and on m16clone.
Then I got a stainless nemesis and problem solved. A kick is a good idea too. Im sure pocket explosions at work are highly frowned upon.

The tank will be the real wild card. Rebuildable tanks are rather finicky, regardless how perfectly you wick them. All it takes is for one wick to move aside and FLOOD CITY!.

lol, they are size fucking small...i think i got one i can send ya, or just bring the screw with you and get one at the hardware store or some shit
Haha yeah I'll look around here, they are super tiny! I was hoping KP would have a repair kit but there's nothing up there. I've got a box about the size of a cigarette pack full of misc. o-rings and none of them are that small!

Here's my stealthy setup for today. My 20W vamo in 18350 mode with the magma on top. I think I've got the magma coiling and wicking down now, I can carry this thing in my pocket, riding the bus, sitting at my desk, working around the building, etc... and no leakage whatsoever! The 18350s don't last long but I have 3 so I just keep an extra with me for when it dies. I think I want to tear out the guts on my Vamo and turn it into a box mod. I like it but the threading on everything is giving up, I can barely get the tube extension on/off anymore lol

I like mine, but if I dont keep the connections clean, the voltage drops like prom night underwear. It works much better since I replaced the 'mystery metal' center pin with a solid piece of copper.
"mystery metal" that's funny,,,,,but spot on

Yeah I'm pretty sure the 510 threading on this is brass or copper. It was my ADV setup for a while before I got my box mod. Getting back into rotation now. It's crooked as hell, the tube doesn't sit straight and the LCD display is off center. It's taken a few good drops but it still works!

If you got it from the PIF Box, there are spares in the little bag enclosed.

I didn't see any of the teeny tiny o-rings in there but I'll take a peek again. Somewhere in all the old gear we have here is a bunch of replacement parts for an old gas analyzer and there are like a gazillion tiny o-rings in there. If I can track those down I should be set lol. The orchid is just a backup for me at the moment, I'm sticking with my subtank. IMO nothing else comes close to the quality of vape and reliability of my OG subtank. I'm vaping on some Banyan tree from thevapetree.com out of mine right now!

i would like too, but everone of the sub ohm clearomizers ive tried, just fall short of my rta;s dont get me wrong, their good, just two totally differnt beasts

Well! I won one from a local vape shop, it's not bad. I still prefer the Atlantis over it. I have yet to play with the rebuildable section yet.

Since seeing it here, I've gotten some mileage out of it. Never seen the show though, heard it is awesome.

im thinking maybe a kicked mech will do

I went with a kicked Kato box. It is pocketable and it "kick's" elegantly. My kick 2 died, so I've been driving the subtank mini as a mech ... loving it even without the kick. FWIW, it is easy to drop a kick in the short side so that you get 18650 battery life, regulated performance, protective steel band around tank, and overall height shorter than 18350 49 with RDA. Final selling point, it is easy to secure in a belt mounted cell phone case.

Edit ... I also run a Joyetech Egrip with RBA Base which gives phenomenal performance. The fucker is a freaking tiny flavor blasting cloud monster. I HIGHLY recommend it for consideration. It's my shirt pocket backup most days and sometimes it's all I carry.
