That won't work without yeast. And honey is difficult to get to ferment properly without adding nutrients, people who make mead usually have to feed the yeast. Also you absolutely need an airlock to keep bacteria out while allowing gas to escape. Just wanted to mention this in case someone decides to try it based on this recipe.

OK, this is kind of cool actually. A friend of mine is vacationing with his wife, and they made a trip to the Motown museum. Just pure chance that they went when they did. Here is his post about it.

In an unexpected twist, I ended up paying condolences to the family of Abdul Fakir (The last 4 Top) at his family visitation... open casket and all.... when the ticket lady asks if you're a musician and then tells you must go pay homage, you don't argue....
