Totally agree. I'd rather look like a soignee old lady than a balloon animal.

I have been experimenting with a dermaroller though. I had it for a year and a half before I finally worked up the courage to use it a few weeks ago. I was afraid I would end up with scars, but it doesn't scratch you at all. You do feel "stung" after using it. I'm using the one with the shortest needle tips.
