I live about 45 minutes from Buffalo- I have had the Anchor Bar chicken wings- the original creator of the chicken wing as we know it- lol, awesome wings, well pretty much all restaurant wings are awesome here in NY . Funny if I want to make my own at home- no fresh wings, and I hate the frozen misshapened ones they sell in the stores.

I love chicken wings. We used to have 4 places here to buy them. One closed down, a great independent supermarket that had huge ones from a local free range small farm. They were awesome. They closed due to a dispute with a new owner that was buying the supermarket out but was going to do the dirty and pay rubbish to everyone. So it went belly up. Sad as many lost jobs and they had lots of produce from local farmers that was better than anywhere else. Thankfully our local Aldi stepped up when that happened and they now supply the best produce here by far. Never had any tough meat, bad vegies or undersize chicken wings like the other 2 now dish up.
Did I mention I love Chicken wings!? :huh:
