I really like black & gray and photorealistic tats. The guy that did my cameo tattoo had some really nice ones
Actually I'm probably going to wait until I have my surgery, see how bad the scars are then maybe get a coverup
I like them too. A lot of Kat's b/w tats also have subtle bits of color in them that don't really show up in photos. A little bit of red or turquoise as highlights. Made to look at closely, unlike so many.

They did a good job on that guy's self injury scars, don't think I'd ever want the full sleeves I'd need to coverup mine. However the spine surgery tattoos look pretty

I've seen the spines before. Pretty nice. My spine scar turned out so perfect I wouldn't touch it. I asked my surgeon whether he actually uses a ruler in the operating room. He confessed he did. Unusual neatness for a non-cosmetic surgeon.
