The only thing I see in the 2 coil shots is one looks darker like it was fired between pics, and the RDA has been turned 180°.

There is nothing wrong with the coil on this one. Even though it is designed for dual coil, it works well as a single and due to the short cap and design of it it doesnt suffer in flavor from being centered. Here are a couple of hints.
1 thing will make this completely unenjoyable both in vapor production and usability.
1 thing will cause it to not do what it needs to most vitally. Think vital function.
This is a straight forward challenge, no tricks and there is no Waldo in the pics. Look up top.

24mg/ml Nicotine This is on the high side of nicotine levels and is commonly preferred by people who were formally heavy smokers (about a pack or two per day). It has a noticeable nicotine level that many former smokers enjoy.

I'd say its missing a part of the fire button assembly that connects to the 510 connector. No connection, no fire.
Edit: Looks luke it may be missin the wire that conects the bottom contact to the 510 connector. I say it looks this way because the pics are so dark I can barely tell lol

1. 36mg nic salt too strong for freebase RDA use. Too much vapor production with too much nicotine can make you 'nic sick' which is low-grade nicotine overdose, and you might even get a full-blown overdose,
2. 40w too high for nic salts.
