Well I happen to have an extra blue door. Wink winkI REALLY have blue-door envy. Oh well. Sigh.
Dang. It's taking a week for FedEx to get a package to NC from CA. Took just as long to get to CA from China almost. Hell it sat in Charlotte NC for 3 days. That's 45 minutes away. But has to goto the Greensboro hub for local deliveries. Which is 45 minutes the other direction. Lol.Florida Vape Supply is great, I placed an order late last night and it's been shipped already and estimated delivery date is Monday.

I think I have a leaky oring in my 510 but no issues with voltage drop. Did you adjust it too far up to make good contact? The way I have mine I had to split the difference with the attie gap and the contact to actually make contactis anyone have a problem with these ? i am, voltage drop like a bitch. 1 almost doesn't work at all. this other one right now. i got a good juice, thanx @Pastorfuzz , that i want to dedicate a mod to. so i start using it, and its hitting weak. so i put the atty and same battery in a tube = BAM, hits like a freight train ! now, i know the Arma is not going to be as good a tube, but man, big difference.
and yes, the contacts are clean.

the one today, i did not addjust it at all, is as it came. the atty sits high from the mod, so it in there good. the contact hits right in the middle of the round contact.
Jinx"d, you need to get with @Amber Petti about your drawing skillsok, i figured out what is wrong with the purple one i am working on. idk if the others have this problem, but it bet they do.
see pic. what you see is a rendering of the switch contact, from the top. see the half moon between the 2 parts.
that is a gap between the contacts. so, in this ones case, there was only about .002" x 2 = each end, that was making contact.
i am surprised it was working much at all, let alone "weak".
so i sanded it some with what i have at hand.
now, this thing is hitting like a MoFo !
when i get to the garage and my tools, i will tell you how to fix this. in the mean time, get yourself a piece 1500 sandpaper.
then i will tell you what size drill bit to use. though a 3/8 should do fine.

If I get tutoring from you on art skills, I’d be going backwards in talentwhy, does she need some tutoring . and you should see my photoshop skills !
well, wouldn't ya know it. my last good working Arma just up and quit working . now, where did i put my sandpaper
Can't like that. Sorry you're dealing with this mess. I'm beginning to wonder if they saved all the fucked up mods to sell to us at $20 each, without disclosing that they were fucked up. What are the odds of you having three of them just coincidentally like that?
Mine appears to be ok, but I haven't taken it apart to look closely, and I have no intention of doing that. I don't buy mods so I can fiddle fart around with them.
Sorry Jinx'd.
i think they are still making money off the $20, i have evidence of this. the arch was stamped to small, even if it didn't have bur's, it would have voltage drop. how many are like this, idk. and i have yet looked into this one and the first one that F'd up.
a good thing though, the fix is easy. what i find odd, is that it seems i am the only one having this problem.
if yours is working, don't bother taking it apart. but there is a way to check it without taking it apart.
There was another member who posted just the other day with the same problem you're having. I think they talked to Arma on the phone to get walked through a fix. This was right before the hoo-hah about them offering to sell you parts. That was part of what sent me batshit crazy when they offered to sell you parts!

Yea I thought it was a going out of business sale. Then they got more new mods and stuff. Hit some of the members pretty sour like. There was another member who posted just the other day with the same problem you're having. Mine isn't firing. I've tried adjusting the pin up/down and thats about it.
Maybe @ARMAGEDDON MFG can stop by and fill us in.
One thing, if the pin on the atty is hollow, like a hex screw or a plug screws into it, the pin on the mod might not contact the atty.
Well shit
I had to cut the piece that holds the magnet in to swap the damn button. How did you get yours out? I had no tools small enough
I assume that's from arcing inside the mod when it was being fired, because of the misshapen cutout on the bar?
I did see a very tiny bit of arcing inside mine the other day, once or twice. I don't see it now.
Saw it when he posted it.You might want to take a look at Jinx's drawing earlier in this thread, if you haven't already. Seems like quite a few of these mods aren't making good contact between the main body of the 510 and the firing bar.
