Haven't tried the regular ECU. The Ceramic is a plently fine vape imo, I use it if I don't want to build. Not like the Vapeshell or Xeta for me, but it works in a pinch, kinda like your talking. I have used the Nord, Nautilus and OCC. I would put them in that order, behind the EUC ceramic.
I vape fruit about 90% of the time anyway, think that's another reason the Billet works so well for me. I do like a White Chocolate peppermint in the mornings with coffee, and it it good in there. As good as maybe a Kayfun, eh, slightly below I would guess. Gonna be hard to get anything to shine quite like an RDA though I would think. Especially a good flavor 22mm single coil.
Hmm, I didn't know EUC made a Clapton, thanks. I will have to look into that. It fits the same bridge then?

Nope you got it. The clapton is cotton wick, not ceramic though.

Saw that. There's two things keeping me from buying it though.
1. They're POM and not Teflon.
2. They should've included a regular 510 base as well as the threaded one.

I'm in the Mission XV group and every time I see that damn switch plate I'm tempted... but then I remember that I keep mine in a leather case. So I'd have to sell the case I have, get one to accommodate the new style switch. $125 for the switch and panels, another $130 for the case... Even if I could sell my original on for $80 that still would put me on the hook for $175.
Not worth it for me.

Looks great! If I had a dime for very time I looked at those I could afford a set by nowNolli button and tip installed.
Guess I just need to get an orange one for the kurbis too. All whistle tips sold out except pink and crazy blue green. But keeping the fisheye button on it.

I'm gonna put that mission switch on the red mod. I was worried enough pulling the panel to put this button in. Like "sticker, please don't tear"
But I just need the orange tip for the kurbis. Was going to put sxk clears on the fawkes bit probably the orange now
When I bought a BB from Bobshere, he sent me like 20 of the stickers. So glad he did, or I would be scared to change the guts and buttons. Idk where he got them, but at least shows they can be had.
All of my stickers are slit with an Exacto knife so that I can get in and update the DNA60 and reprogram things with Escribe.
That's a good idea. I'm not updating anything, beyond me, but I will use that if I run out and want to make a change.

Plus they made the change of the new switch relay mostly for the fact the older style was breaking during button swaps.
Side note...
who here has a dead authentic BB? Can be just the shell with battery contacts, the rest is easily replaced. Can also be from 2015 in age.

I'm sure that any tampering that shows you entered the innards of your Billet Box will void the warranty. I've already been into each of my BB's at least twice to connect my USB dongle so replacing the sticker with another of any sort would be an inconvenience. One has to look pretty close to notice what was done so it allows me an 'original' look and still allows easy access.
Something that I noticed while inside is that on the newest BB's they are sealing the screen in with silicone sealer. I only have 2020 vintage BB's so I don't know when this started. It's not just the positive contact, but the entire screen plate and even the screws are sealed. I wanted to disassemble one of mine and I gave up for the time being until I can figure out a way to remove the switch plate without marring the anodizing.

Quick question...if you can use the occ kanger coil with bb and you have a kanger rba for a subtank will the rba also work?
In theory yes. However, I have a clone Subtank rba that works fine in an Authentic BB. I gave a SXK BB to someone who has an Authentic Subtank rba, and she says it won't make the connection
Idk what the differences are, but there must be something. Or she is doing something wrong, but she did send pic's and it looks right to me.
Kind if disappointed it didnt come with the white boro as it stated in the ad but oh well im not returning it over that...lol
Looks like the logo is printed rather than engraved. Pretty clean looking overall. BTW, everything I've read says that these new ones with the logo have the button on the board like the authentic. So that clone Mission switch would only work with these. Weird decision on SXK's part.

Well, this box came with the kanger rba installed..lol...thought it was just a housing to screw a coil in with...I also thought the boro window wouldve been plastic but im seeing its actual glass...sweet.

No it still will the dna board itself has a button on top and then there is a button pcb under the billet button

Yes it will still work,they have left the original button on the board now as well,they used to remove that button.

When you go to install that gold kit,be very careful with that screw that is closest to the #2,i've had 2 of these black boxes,and on both that same screw head stripped on me both times.My orange and gold ones didn't do it,but both black right on that same one.

Need to re visit the wicking on this rba but i like it so far..i pulled the air flow ring off to get as much air as possible...A little restricted for me but im enjoying the flavor...Threw on a drip tip i had on my Haku cruiser.

11 days isn't bad at all,hell my Ft order that shipped 3/9 is just finally getting delivered tomorrow,so just a little shy of 2 months.I didn't figure it would take too long from Canada,but with all the crap going on ya never know.
Oh yeah that will work fine as others said. The Mission style switch that SXK just released will work with yours too. Previous versions of the SXK BB had the onboard button removed, so the elongated button wouldn't work with them.
You have the updated version so either way you're good!

Ok i completely wicked this kanger rba wrong...i was thinking of ot like the old occ square head coils where the coil and juice holes lined up and you slid cotton right threw....i did that on the rba and its dry hit city for me...i just watched a youtube vid on how the rba is wicked so yea its time to fix that..lol
I'm guessing that is beyond her, but I need to check if she is still trying to use it. I know she has a Xeta and Vapeshell, so she might have gave up. Thinking about it I could just offer mine as well. I know I will never use that tank again, and probably not the RBA either.
