Thanks for the Kayfun info guys. I have no idea if they're authentic or not. I do know the one on top is heavy.

Mine are all clones, and the tolerances aren't great, so might be why it doesn't go together well?
What I mean is that I can't seem to find a way that includes glass to get the chimney to reach the cap on the deck. The threads and everything are great, but I can't figure out a way to get the parts to assemble into a working whole unless I use none of the glass/acrylic pieces. Then it's like a solid tank with no way to see the juice level. I know nothing whatsoever about Kayfuns, so maybe I'm missing something.

Like @R3alJim Shady said. Some videos might help if I decide to try to it set up. It honestly doesn't look like the most leisurely and joyous design to work with.

It should be three tank sections. Two stainless ones that thread onto the plastic middle section. It's doesn't matter which way that assemble tank goes on.
You may have a Nano chimney there. If that's the case, you'd need a different, shorter tank section.

Take the stainless piece in the first pic and thread it to the plastic piece. That will give you the complete tank.

In the top pic, that is the long body and tank section. If it is still not screwing together then the chimney in there doesn't go with it. If it is screwing together and not connecting (doesn't look like it to me) then the nano chimney is in there.

Looks to me to be the same as the one that is threaded into the other tank section? Nano should be noticeably shorter.

Right. The two stainless tank sections that thread onto the "glass" look like full size one to me. I can't get a good look at the chimney based on the pic, but he'd know if it was a Nano chimney. This things are freaking short!
I'd also check the KFL to see if maybe the chimneys got swapped.

I don't think it will thread into your authentic.

Hell,it may not thread into a clone either haha.I just got one today, and can't use it,it threads in on all my mods, but doesn't make contact on any of them, the threads on the one i got are either too short,or they didn't thread it up far enough.Pissed me off,it's a nice tip otherwise.

Haha, yeah that was sort of my thought too.I figure i could probably contact 3F and get a replacement, just not sure i want to deal with pics and videos and all that other crap they want you to go through, over a drip tip that was like $8 haha.

You're so nice to them...

I would of already disputed the charge, mailed it to their return warehouse in Florida... and waited out the judgement in my favor (Which includes the return shipping cost)

no colour list on fb this week

will there be a drop?
A couple weeks ago it was late but still on Saturday. Don't have fb so not sure other than that. But they do it usually at 10:30 am eastern time for me. They're a couple hours back so it's 830 in their time zone

They need to make up their minds  They get me used to all these goofy color designations and then expect me to know that they're talking about when they just say the color. I would have actually known what unicorn poo was. :wait:
Yeah I don't get that either. Why have all the goofy names and then just list them by color of FB?
I guess it's just part of their whole thing. Irreverent and goofy

Sorry for the off topic again, but lotsa stuff seems to come up in here. You Kayfun guys, sell me on the Lite 2019. I can get one with almost 10 bucks off with a code and free shipping bringing it to 76 bucks shipped which is completely outta my league, but I know it will resell, even at that price if need be.

This is not sarcastic at all when I ask what's so great about this tank? I see nearly universal celebration of it as among the greatest mtl tanks ever. I want to believe that. I won't hold you responsible for my purchase if it's made. I just want to hear from some guys I kinda know.

It's a super simple design, airflow is smooth, easy build and wick, fit and finish is great, flavor is fantastic. I have plenty of more expensive RTAs that I like less.
Only con for some (not for me) is bottom fill but that's easily remedied by top fill tanks (pssst... the clone tanks will fit).
Plus, I'll buy it from you if you don't like it.

Seconds to build. Almost impossible to wick wrong. Fantastic flavor. Can get a top fill cap for it if that matters to you. It is the greatest mtl tank I have ever tried for sure, hands down. But no, you are not allowed to hold me accountable :D

Alright I ordered a SS from VaporDNA. 24mm. I should have asked about the size first. I was torn between the 24 and the 22. Also between colors. Free 2 day Fed Ex shipping.

I have 22's and 24's. No difference in flavor to me, so I prefer 24's. I do use the 5ml extention with all of mine. Also no flavor change :)

I'll run it either on the Katana in wattage or the Pico S in TC. I thought about a 22 for the Ijoy VPC, but I'm already loving the Asvape Zeta on that mod.

How much trinketry is available for the freakin thing dare I ask? I can live with the smaller capacity and bottom fill.

You'll notice no difference between the 22 and 24 vape wise. Same size chamber and everything.
So there's extension kits, top fill tanks, and PC and ultem bell caps. That's about it for accessories. Bonus is that if you get an itch for one all the clone stuff works.
Pico is an excellent choice for the Kayfun!

Like Shady said. But if you are good with the capacity and bottom fill, none. You will spend more time cleaning it than setting it up ;):D Also like he said the SXK extention will work, and I think they are like 5 bucks  I have the top fill and bell caps, don't use them as much as the standard. Its probably the most simplistic design that outperforms anything else, again imho. PS, if you like the Zeta, you will love the 2019. I'm a big fan of the Zeta, doesn't come close to 2019. Except it murders it on looks :D

I know this isn't the lite 2019, but you're kiddin me right?
replacement_parts_4.jpg
Oh yeah, KF5 was pretty much an utter failure only bested in that by the KF4. It improved on the KF4 which was massively over engineered (yeah more over engineered than THAT) , but they still missed the MARK. The 5 was basically a restricted DL and they sold airflow inserts after the fact because people were pissed that they couldn't get a good MTL with it.
When it comes to Kayfuns the consensus is the ORIGINAL KFL, KFL+, KF 3 Mini, KF Prime, and the KFL 2019.

I'm just a guy. But you've always done me right. Even when you didn't have to when the usps crushed that orca squonk I bought from you. Was literally my first authentic squonker and the post office ran I over. Friggin tire marks everywhere. Solid as a rock dude you are for sure.
