Im home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This has been an experience for sure. Earlier this week I seen the cardiologist and he was thinking of releasing me for work. The stress test and echo-cardiogram showed no problems. I told him I still had to do that fitness assessment and what should I do if I started having chest pains again. Also told him I needed a full release stating the test I had, his findings with a full release. Thats when he said he wasnt able to see the bottom of my heart too well on the test and decided to do the angiogram. Damn good thing he did with what he found wrong. %80 blockage on one artery and %30 to %40 blockage on the other arteries, and those test didnt show any blockages.
Of course when they was prepping me the dirty old man in me came out. Was thinking to myself it was suppose to be every mans dream to have 3 cute gals playing with him as they was trimming my privates.
Anyways they kinda keep you awake but well relaxed during the procedure. They tried to go thru my arm and couldnt so had to go thru my crotch which means two veins was cut. My right leg still hurts from it. It wasnt too bad until they went to put the stint in. Donno why but my left arm starting aching like a bitch and heart was hurting like hell. I told them I think I was having a heart attack and they said I was ok and soon I wont feel anything, thats when they gave me the good shit that knocked me right out.
After that i woke up in the room laying flat and not allowed to move. Kept feeling like I was suffocating and that lasted for hours. I would doze off and come right awake gasping for air. Really fucked up. Finally they let me set the bed up a little so I was sitting up some and it helped but the suffocating feeling lasted well into the night.
The funny part is how people find out so damn fast. I told no one I was going in for the procedure except my mom and the ex. The ex was my ride and she is the only one I trust with medical power of attorney on me. She knows my wishes and will do what I want. Someone seen her at the hospital, found out it was for me and next thing I knew peeps are showing up to visit and find out what happened. I was still groggy form the meds so I would doze off and wake up to find someone else there to visit. Was like damn, who sent out the smoke signals

Crazy as it sounds, I'm slightly disappointed that the old dumb dog seems to have missed my subtle jab. Maybe next time I call him an idiot I should do so in the post itself, rather than the reason for edit spot.

Before I buy this "need", I have to look at the demand that all of the other MUCH bigger industries that utilize these. Is output so close to demand that a small blip would cause commodity fever on triglycerides.
Anyway, all 4 gallon glycubes are $39, including palm derived VG (it's a natural triglyceride, soy based is not, and presumably then unnatural)

Exactly right. I can't eat cheap ground beef or eggs at all, and if I eat a steak, it has to be VERY lean... but I can eat bacon, sausage, pork chops, all day, without any problems (I can't digest cholesterol, so it just makes me sick). I do drain the fat well, but other than that, there's nothing particularly bad about pork. The usual cautions apply if you have a problem with sodium or nitrates.

Also, Chopdoc.. if you don't eat oats regularly, you should start -- I have the genetic predisposition to high triglycerides and high LDL, but since I don't have any of the other risk factors (obesity, hypertension, or diabetes), my doc just says "Eat some Cheerios or oatmeal every week," and it handles the problem very nicely.

Yup, the salt. On the road, I try to stick to fruits and protein at breakfast. That usually means if in the hotel, salted scrambled eggs and salty bacon or sausage. At the Iron Horse in Milwaukee, their bacon was somehow in 3" discs. I didn't ask, they made for great mini tortilla's for the eggs and hotsauce. It is a bit strange though..
Edit, oops, not Milwaukee. They had good lox. Hrmmm.. well, some hotel breakfast bar.. It's a bit hazy atm...

I miss the hell out of eggs.
Always loved cheesy scrambled eggs, and fried eggs with runny yolks, but they just make me sick now. Best I can do is to use the white with just a small dab of the yolk for flavor, and scramble it, and add it to my grits n sausage.Andria
