Good morning everyone. New to posting so please excuse all mistakes I probably will make in advance. Sorry about your accident Thayer. Just built my first on my Thobh v2 yesterday so I'll definitely make sure i keep that cap on.

After all these months, I just discovered this thread. I usually hang out in the PIF 4.1 thread, peruse the DIY section, but love the idea/practice of just regular, friendly chit-chat. So, I hope to make this thread a 'regular stop'. Just for a brief intro, I live in the boonies of Arkansas, am retired and everyone calls me "Mommay" because that's what all of my grandkids 'named' me. I totally quit smoking on Thanksgiving Day, 2013 & have been a vaping machine ever since. I look forward to meeting everyone.
Hi everyone, been a while! Guess you could say I have been hiding, I spend a lot of time soaking in a bath tub with this pain! Still looking at different versions of the big C word! Financially it's really starting to kill us, all of these specialist and expensive tests + no pay check + down to one insurance, is killing us! That alone is getting depressing! I feel so guilty about the bills and no pay. But when you are stuck in bed it really sucks! I do miss you guys though.
I did receive my beta version of Watch's custard, it was great at first, but I am not a coconut fan, and for whatever reason I was getting hints of coconut so I shared it with a friend and he raved and raved about it! Like I said, honest opinion, I liked it, well loved it at first but then when the coconut taste hit me it just put me off.

@Damwow I hope you have an answer (and relief) soon. I have MS, so understand the issues with pain. Don't feel guilty on top of it all. It's not your fault that illness struck... and I learned a long time ago that the old saying "You can't get blood from a turnip" is very true - if you don't have it... they can't get it - so, as hard as it is, try not to let the stacks of bills push you further down.
I hear you about the coconut. I think there are very few things that smell better, but I shy away from the taste in a vape. Lately, I've had a few, nice, fruity liquids that have just enough coconut to smooth them out, but not quite enough to be 'coconutty'.

I've been busy recovering from a very long week of playing Mr. Mom while the wife has been recuperating from her falls on the ice last Sunday. Then of course today I fell, DOH!
Just got finished building an Orchid v4 with a 9/8 wrap 28g around 1.6mm mandrel yielding a .61 ohm dual coil build and filled it up with some Bledan Lotus, and I have to say, it is a very pleasant vape.
After struggeling for so long with the Orchid using larger diameter coils, I finally decided to try my first small coil and with the much smaller Japanees Cotton wicks filling up the channels, I have to say that it appears to be a success. No leaking at all, none, period.
Now just kicking back and trying to relax some with a very pleasant vape.

I tried blened lotus and could not do it great juice just not my taste but I am a custard junky and creamy fruit sometimes but I like to try anything new at least once we didn't get much snow or ice here thankfully I hope you get feeling better soon
Had a couple days of -17 to -20 it sucked

As for cold, it's really hard to believe that our highs for week are not supposed to dip below 35. Normally this time of year we would be hovering around 10-20 with another drop of 5-15 for windchill.
After today's warm up, there is no more snow on the ground either and anything forecasted for this week is light snow to RAIN!

We have been warmer than normal this year but we are due for a nasty one

In think area there was one semi soft freeze and a week of 20-30 weather that was it. It is like 2 months behind on weather.
Doc sent me for X-rays on my shoulder she thinks torn rotator but not sure what else she wants me to do

Both mine have been totally shot since 97. I get asked to get stuff for people on the top shelf, I politely refuse since I can;t really lift my arms that high.
Also since a big dude people ask me to help them lift heavy shit all the time, sorry shot rotator cuffs.

I did get one bitch who eye rolled me and huffed "whatever". My response was not at a low even volume, polite and calm.
The store manager got in my face over it and I told him also maybe he should have hired employees who gave more of a shit about product access, what customer service was instead of sagging skinny jeans with half their asses hanging out and stink plug in their ears. Outside of ringing me up and greeting me maybe he should do his job. Long story short, he lost his mind on me, trespassed me from the store... I called corporate and he lost his job.

aside from the ear plug part lol some of us that are heavily pierced do work hard too, just have alotta slackers that make us look bad lol. Glad you were able to get it taken care of and the manager got what he had coming

Very true man, lol there's a time and a place for baggy clothes that dag and it's definitely not the workplace especially if you work with the public. But yeah I have to admit it's kinda lame(I don't think I can say what I really want to lol) always thought guys wearing girls skinny jeans way pretty stupid

My cousin could not get his spawn to pull up his pants, I explained to him how it came about and actually denotes.. he never sagged again.
LOL Hiyas all LONG weekend had a show to work won't have a day off work until 1-12-15 to 1-31-15 then a weekend and 2 more weeks straight. Show season and seeing as I am marketing director AND Sales manager I have to be there. No complaints tho I love doing the shows its my body that doesn't. I truly think that anybody who can let their pants hang down lower than their ass and show their underwear while walking out in public should have large spiky objects shoved in what those pants are designed to be covering up. In the mid 90s when it was starting to come into fashion I was a bouncer at a topless bar.. stupid shits.
They sometimes got physically thrown out the doors if they sagged. 1 warning on entry. sagged was auto ejectionn, politely told to GTFO exactly ONCE then picked up and thrown out often times through the doors, against walls and the walkway railing, depended on how much they resisted being walked out.
One bouncer literally bounced people, any viable surface would do. One of the few dudes that gave me pause even as a co worker.
They just did not get why they could not sag in a titty bar, often times they were the same ones that would not get the no touching..
