You don't like the FA coconut?I agree totally with this. To me, it goes from perfume to funky, but never to grape. Black grape's one of those flavors like coconut and strawberry that seem difficult to duplicate.

I've yet yo try it. I really should given all the favorable reviews I've seen, but I'm feeling "coconut burned." INW is ok, but I just really want that fresh coconut feel. Is that what FA provides?
You kidding me? HIC MADE one! Sweet watermelon juice. It's yummy. http://vapingunderground.com/threads/hics-mixes-diy-recipes-store.54921/#post-331393Gee's I wish I could find a coconut I could taste.
I've tried NF, CAP, LA, VZ, HS, FW, TFA, INW, and FA ... nothing, no matter what %
I just got some Shisha Coconut, and I have my fingers crossed.
I went through all the Strawberry's until I found the Shisha Strawberry, so maybe the Shisha version will be a winner for me.
Also, ... hate to break your heart, but you can keep your FA Meringue too.
BTY ... HIC, have you tried the VZ Watermelon SCG, or have you finally found one ??
WOW, guess I'm behind times. You kidding me? HIC MADE one! Sweet watermelon juice. It's yummy.
Optional: a bit of TFA Brown Sugar 0.5% helps to expand the flavors at low wattage.
It worked for me, but yeah, I could have stated that better. It adds a sweetner easily recognized at on a 1.4 ohm single coil.
what's the marshmallow do for it...sort of soften the edges? This is an example of the whole being much more than the sum of its parts.
The Whole
1.5% FA Guava
1.5% FA Mango
1.5% FA Grapefruit
1.5% FA Watermelon
1.5% FA Marshmallow
You can test it after you mix it, but it really requires 24 hours of steep time for the grapefruit to settle in. It is best vaped warm (40 watts), but it is good at 14 watts on 1.4 ohm single coil.
Optional: a bit of TFA Brown Sugar 0.5% helps to expand the flavors at low wattage.
The percentages can be upped or lowered 0.5% either way, but they should stay the same across the board.
The marshmallow is pretty much a neutral sweetener for the grapefruit.what's the marshmallow do for it...sort of soften the edges?
I know. So was I.I'm just goofin'. Sorry 'bout dat.
So does the Bitter Wizard "harsh" up a sweet tobacco? I have a bottle, but I've never used it. I bought a bunch of things over a year ago, not knowing what they were for, LMAO.So here's my thoughts on 4 tobaccos from FA thus far:
Dark Vapure - good at 1 week thus far! Has a bitter cocoa flavor to it, smoky character. Needs no bitter wizard imho
Desert ship - Really good at 1 week. Nutty and has that Turkish funk I enjoy. I went .5% bitter wizard with this one
Cam blend - Not like a tobacco at all, more like vaping sandalwood incense. It's interesting, I just need to find what it goes well with
Maxx blend - pretty good at 1 week. Really floral and perfumey when I mixed it, the smell dissapatet at a week. Sweet, almost like a honey flavor. .5% bitter wizard went in to this too.

I'm excited to try it. When the lady at Sally pointed it out to me she said "$12 for 500 ft and yes that's the smallest box we carry."I just picked up another 15 feet from the hairdresser across the street. I had to force $5 on him for it. 10 months ago he gave me 10 feet of it and wouldn't take any money. It costs him $15 for 500 feet of it.
I find it is really useful for testing. There is no break in time involved. I do however prefer cotton for long term use. I guess I sort of don't trust rayon.
You would if you lived in a studio apartment. Lol!You guys'll really like the rayon! I bought the 500' box after using the pill bottle rayon and have absolutely NO regrets!

You take it out of the box, stuff it in a pillow case and throw it on the couch. You would if you lived in a studio apartment. Lol!
Good times!End table, right next to the milk crate entertainment stand lol!

I was going to ask has anyone ever tried a flavoring company called ..."Medicine Flower"...it is an organic flavoring company.....I tried a juice that uses their flavorings and wasn't impressed, but that could be the juice makers fault not the flavoring.
Hot dog! Not getting. Notifications for this thread. I've been. Eyeing fa grapefruit & Guava. Aw, did you post that 14 watts for me? Seems to be my sweet spot even with a single .6 ohm coil. So sick of driving...lots of 5 more minutes to go on this journey like 5 minutes x 40!This is an example of the whole being much more than the sum of its parts.

Or for us tart hearts maybe with wine, champagne.I know. So was I.
If you have them, try grapefruit at 3 parts and marshmallow at 1part. Its not bad if you need to mix something in a hurry.

I don't really have a clue what CAP Guava tastes like. But, I'm easy; go ahead and try it.I've had Cap Sweet Guava and to me it tasted exactly like the canned guava nectar (which I like). Is FA Guava pretty similar?
I have just barely dabbled with DIY Tobaccos (and only had one vapeable purchased tobacco). But I WANT to like a tobacco vape. I tried Hangsen No. 5 and HS desert ship and I didn't like them at all. Too ashy. In your opinion is FA Shade ashy at all?OK tried the shade finally at 1% no bitter wizard: IT'S GOOOOD! Tastes just like tobacco. Also I did find that the maxx blend I got was in fact honey. 2 weeks of steeping and that's all I can taste. It's not a bad thing, as I was going to order honey anyway.

Try NET tobaccos they will play hell with your coils but the flavor can't compare to artifical tobaccos.I have just barely dabbled with DIY Tobaccos (and only had one vapeable purchased tobacco). You should shake your nic. Not to get into a big debate on nic, we have plenty of threads gone south for that, but nic does need to be shaken when you mix.a question for the veterans....I am hearing that exposing your nic base to too much air affects the flavor oxidizes it....I use a VG based nic, and because it's so thick I shake it alot with the idea it needs to have the nic mixed well....is this stupid on my part, and should I stop shaking it so much and getting more oxygen into it, ot does it matter.I also put the bottle in an ultrasonic sometimes to mix it.
I only worry about oxidation as it regards long term storage. I take enough out of the freezer to last for a few weeks at a time. Shake, bake, whatever with what I have out.a question for the veterans....I am hearing that exposing your nic base to too much air affects the flavor oxidizes it....I use a VG based nic, and because it's so thick I shake it alot with the idea it needs to have the nic mixed well....is this stupid on my part, and should I stop shaking it so much and getting more oxygen into it, ot does it matter.I also put the bottle in an ultrasonic sometimes to mix it.
