yeah I would contact them if it's only giving you issues on that one mod. Just make sure before you do so that your build and RDA are all tight. Sometimes 510 pins can get loose

Battery door shouldn't click. When I first got mine the battery contacts were real tight and I wasn't pushing them down all the way. Make sure you are pushing them down. Some people also claim the ribbon on some is to thick but I haven't seen that in any that I own.
Hit the mode button 3x quickly. There are 3 screens from there. Keep hitting the mode button 3x until you see the choice for xxx mode. Choose xxx mode. Exit that menu. Then hold the mode button down and the +/- at the same time to get into the Insanity menu. This is where you adjust your FSK Curve.

I just ordered 2 more G2's to bring my total to 4. Now the wait begins...
The two I have are my favorite regulated mods. They have been upgraded to 2.5.5 firmware. I thought xxx was great, but the upgrade for ss and kanthal make those modes work so much better than before. The two new ones will put my RX200's in the vapagedon backup stash.

There is a really good video on YouTube where Phil busardo(no clue on spelling) and the maker of the Hohm wrecker talk about it. The percentage is based on the quality of the kanthal. Start at 50% and adjust.
This is the only reason I have not pulled the trigger. I pretty much all of iJoy/Limitless atties, I will not pirchase this on till the base that actually makes it what it "claims" is included or can be had as a bundle or something for less. Silly to market it as a combo and not include the damn "combo RDA" base??? Wtf LOL.
I updated to 2.5.7 in my Mac running Parallels Desktop. You could use VM Ware as well. Both offer a free trial so you could do this relatively simply, just gotta source out a copy of Win 10 online as well free/legally
