There is a massive secret key to longevity.

It’s a factor that is quietly sucking the energy out of your body, driving disease, and silently killing you without you knowing it.

Because it’s something almost no health guru even knows about, and yet, it’s literally one of the major keys to energy and longevity.

What is it?

SPINAL POSTURE

Yup. Believe it or not, spinal posture is a HUGE factor in your health, your energy levels, and your longevity.

People with poor spinal curvature/posture are:

  • 2.5 times more likely to die from atherosclerosis (clogging of the arteries)

  • Twice as likely to die from pulmonary (lung-related) problems

In case it’s not clear from the stats, this is a MASSIVE factor in human health!

And for those interested in energy levels, consider #2 above (2 times more likely to die from lung-related causes).

Why do you think that is?

It turns out that poor spinal posture (forward head posture and excessive rounding of the upper back) decreases your lung capacity by up to 30%!

Your poor spine posture is preventing you from getting enough air into your lungs every time you breathe.

Less air getting into the lungs… means less oxygen getting to your mitochondria…which means less energy is being produced by your cells.

Plus, now your lungs have to work harder, your heart has to work harder…

And research shows that poor spinal posture actually increases your “fight or flight” (sympathetic nervous system) activation, so your body is now getting LOCKED in STRESS MODE.

To make matters worse, this fact of the nervous system shifting into stress mode also increases anxiety and mood issues, and increases pain perception in the brain -- which means more headaches, more back pain, and more neck pain.

In short, this whole mess of issues from poor spinal posture is a major cause of:

  • Fatigue (low energy levels from chronic low-level oxygen deprivation)

  • Massively increased risk of heart disease

  • Decline in functionality later in life (loss of ability to get up and down from the floor, play with your grandkids, walk, run, ski, and even to go to the bathroom without help)

  • Chronic pain, chronic anxiety and mood problems (due to the nervous system being locked in stress mode)

  • Dying much earlier than you should. Again, this spinal posture increases your risk of dying from all causes by 150%!

We're all trying to give up plastic bags and opt for glass and paper containers, as scientists rush to invent ways to separate plastic from water and air. It's essential because chemicals used to make plastic can cause cancers, birth defects, impaired immunity, endocrine disruption, reproductive issues, and developmental problems in a fetus, newborn, or child.
A recent study alerts mothers-to-be of one more plastic hazard. Swedish researchers found that when a male fetus is exposed to bisphenol F (BPF), which is used in making plastic, he may have a lower IQ at age 7.
BPF has that effect because it causes a fetus' genes that influence neurological development to switch on or off. Exposure in utero can come from the mother’s diet or food packaging, when she ingests and inhales household dust, or from handling thermal receipt paper.
Bisphenol A (BPA) leaches into food when used to line cans, print receipts, or make plastic. BPF is a relative of BPA.
So make every effort to avoid plastic (substitutes for BPA and F are also risky). Wash your hands after touching a receipt, and stick to fresh, unpackaged foods.

My Journey with Scoliosis​

This month is Scoliosis Awareness Month. I have lived with scoliosis all my life. When I was in medical school, doctors recommended having surgery. They said it would require a year out of my life to recover. I couldn’t imagine putting my life on hold, so I waited 40 years. In those 40 years, I lived with chronic pain from scoliosis every single day. When the pain became unbearable, I knew it was time to consider surgery again. In May 2019, I underwent 17 hours of back surgery. Now it’s two years later and my back is healing wonderfully.

Enduring and understanding pain has made me a better doctor, a better mother, and a better person. There is wisdom within pain. Pain leads one inside themselves. I mean it when I say to patients, "I understand your pain. I see your difficulties. I feel your agonies. I acknowledge your sorrows."

At some point in our lives, we will all go through some type of pain. Here are a few tips to keep the body as strong as possible so that we can overcome it.

1) Recognize you have the power to move yourself out of pain.

2) Keep the body nimble and moving. Walk, sprint, jump, swim, squat, carry, climb, dance, flow, fight, play, and move every day.

3) Try grounding (touching the Earth), practicing gratitude, prayer, removing yourself from toxic environments, getting daily sunlight, and reducing blue light exposure.

4) Pain has a mental component. Perpetual anxiety is a warning from your body. Try meditation, deep breathing, or talking to a counselor about overcoming mental malice.

We will all meet someone who is in pain, whether it's cancer, a breakup, or any other kind of ailment. To them, I reach out my hand and offer a gentle smile, acknowledge their pain is real, and their sadness is understood. We are all in this together.

Keep believing even when you're not seeing results. Hang on to the belief that you can do this. Tools like journaling, meditation, and affirmations can be extremely helpful in keeping a positive mindset.

People tend to lose faith when they go through numerous setbacks, or when years pass by and they don't achieve the outcome they hoped for. Don't let yourself get consumed by fear and hopelessness.

Step back and try to see the situation from a new perspective. Maybe you need to learn some more lessons about life before you are completely ready to handle whatever it is that you want. Just don't stop believing. You have the strength to wait patiently. You will get what you want.

There's no doubt more people are dying from cancer every year.

Part of the problem is that while billions of dollars are donated, raised and invested in pharmaceutical research, the conventional treatment for cancer has barely gotten any better.

Chemotherapy alone, across 20 major adult malignancies, only has an average 2.5% success rate.

That's a 97.5% failure rate!

While chemotherapy might help certain cancers more than others, and might be necessary in certain cases, the reality is, across most cancers, it's not very effective - and yet it's one of the main treatments your oncologist recommends.

The problem is, there's lots of misinformation about cancer.

You have to dig really deep into the literature to understand it.

You can't find good information on search engines because they only post the government agencies, pharmaceutical-related companies, and mainstream websites that all suggest chemotherapy and radiation, with very interest in any other solutions - even when they work.

So if you want to know non-toxic solutions, that thousands of people have used and actually reversed cancer with - you're not going to find it on the front page of any of the mainstream websites.

On top of that, you also have so-called social media health experts touting the latest health trend to feel relevant.

The problem with those so-called experts promoting new health trends is that there's not enough long term data to support their claims.

They have data from short term studies, like 16 weeks, and they call that long term, and then come up with every new product to sell based on that information.

The wrong information can not only delay healing, but it can be harmful to the point of death.

Inflammation.

Most of us have heard that it’s the root cause of many illnesses these days, including recurring pain, low energy, heart disease, skin problems, persistent digestive issues, cancer, and even some types of insomnia.

Personally, I don’t know many middle aged folks (myself included) that don’t suffer from some symptom caused by inflammation. And these days, I see more and more younger people showing signs as well.

Got a pamphlet in my mail today on Covid 19 here in Oz. I fact checked what it said and it was all correct. To date this yr 2021 just 1 person has died from Covid 19.
210 people have died from the vaccine.
There are hundreds if not thousands still struggling with its after effects. Many will need to take medications every day for the next 12 months to stop them from developing life threatening blood clots. In Western Australia they surveyed nurses in nursing homes and care. 1/3 of them said they dont want it and would prefer to lose their job than get it.
Makes you wonder what they have witnessed doesn't it.
These are the stats I saw on the US.
5000 covid vac deaths, 3,900 disabled from the covid vac, 571 miscarriages from the vac, 1,500 cases of Bells Palsy, 1,900 heart attacks. Im guessing the same things are taking place here and that's what the nurses are seeing but we are being kept in the dark over.

The state of California has come out with a “digital v@cc!ne record” that makes it “easier” to show proof of v@cc!nation in situations where it’s required for entry.

Instead of carrying around your v@cc!ne card to get into, say, an indoor sports event, you can now use your phone to retrieve your information and share it.

First of all, having to show your v@cc!ne card in order to get into an event is already essentially a v@cc!ne passport…

Digitizing it and creating a QR code with your medical records is taking it a step further.

Call it what you like, it’s a faster way to disclose medical information to people who have no business seeing it…

In order to attend events that have no business denying entry to people who choose not to be v@cc!nated.

We have shops here now demanding to see you have QR checked in or sign in or no entry. People at the entries wanting to see proof.
I now need no convincing my hospital visiting is now sadly over. Like I said a while ago, the check in had a Covid Passport check in section that wasn't at the time activated.
So what, in the future? Unless we get a vac we cant shop? Unless we get a vac we cant visit people? Looks like this Covid has handed to them what they have wanted for decades which I heard about decades ago. I heard too that Police here have been accessing Covid QR check ins, not hearsay either as they were caught out and admitted it saying "oh it was just to catch crims". Even though we are told its strictly confidential and only for covid tracing nobody can otherwise use it. Utter crap, they are using it to track anyone they want at any time they want.
They are now tracking us here with, where we go, what we buy, who we see, the lot.
