Your Daily Motivation

Thursday

June-17-2021

It's okay to let go of something you thought you wanted and have worked for, when you realize you don't feel as fulfilled as you hoped. Admit that you need to stop pursuing something that isn’t working, even if it’s what you thought you wanted. Acknowledge that goals can change, as you grow and evolve as a person.

Learning what you don't want is equally important as knowing what you do. We tend to cling to the idea of things that we think should make us happy instead of accepting what truly feels fulfilling.

Our decisions get affected by our circumstances, which are always changing. There will be things that come into your life to make you realize what path you are supposed to take.

Mycotoxins & Fertility

Hi Jimi-

Mold & mycotoxins aren't something we like to think about, but it is really important that we have the conversation. Mycotoxins are most common in hot humid environments, but in reality can appear anywhere. In this video, I'm joined by Evan to talk about mycotoxins and how this exposure can affect fertility & child development.

Hi Jimi,
In my personal opinion, cherries could be one of the most delicious foods on the planet.
But are they good for you? Or is their high sugar content a no-no for health-conscious eaters?
Here’s what you need to know about cherries.
Yours for healthy and delicious foods,
Ocean Robbins
P.S. Studies show that cherries may help to reduce inflammation, and to support heart health and sleep. And, amazingly enough (considering how sweet they are), they may even help your body with glucose regulation. But are there downsides? Get the whole story on cherries here.

Take a Hike for Longer Life

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

There’s scientific research to back up the idea that taking a walk in the woods, going to a nature center, or even the beach makes a person feel better physically.

According to a recent study funded by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), women who live surrounded by the highest levels of vegetation, or greenness, near their homes had a 12% lower death rate compared to those living with little greenery.

Special: Doctor Reveals Truth About 'Super Oxygen' Breathing Cure for 100+ Diseases

Researchers monitored 108,630 women who completed questionnaires on their health and lifestyle from 2000 to 2008. During that time, 8,604 died.

Using satellite imagery, they tracked the extent of seasonal vegetation where the women lived. The study controlled for socioeconomic status, age, race, body mass index, physical activity, smoking, education, and other health and behavioral factors.

The researchers found the biggest differences in death rates from kidney disease, respiratory disease, and cancer. The association was less for coronary heart disease.

Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia are often assumed to be purely neurodegenerative in nature. The conventional medical perspective does not take other contributing factors into account, which may be why patients struggling with cognitive decline were often given little hope for their future.
Just like the rest of the body, the brain needs energy to be able to function optimally. When that energy production and utilization is broken, we see things like brain fog, headaches, memory loss, and more. That’s why we need to look at dementia as a metabolic problem and investigate how well the brain is handling glucose and insulin.
Today on The Dhru Purohit Podcast, Dhru takes a deep dive into the metabolic component of brain disorders with Dr. Ben Bikman. Dr. Bikman is a renowned metabolic research scientist, and a popular speaker on human metabolism and nutrition. Backed by years of research, Dr. Bikman’s mission is to help the world appreciate the prevalence and relevance of insulin resistance. He is the author of, Why We Get Sick, which offers a thought-provoking yet real solution to insulin resistance and how to reverse pre-diabetes, improve brain function, shed fat, and prevent diabetes.
Dr. Bikman has a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioenergetics from East Carolina University, a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.

Covid vaccine forced 19-year-old student into HEART TRANSPLANT, killing her within days

Watched a news show here the other night on vac jabs.
One guy from the govt sprouting the safety of it and how you are more likely to die from this and that. Thing is in the past 12 mths the only people dying from anything covd related are those from the Jab itself here! Guy kept blurting out his stats. Then a lady in the know said "well the only people dying here now are those with blood clots". He then goes on with more stats like car crashes and lightning strikes being the more likely thing. Hmmm...cant recall the last death I heard of here from lightning strike but have heard of blood clots. Then the lady says to him "ok, lets put the blood clot deaths aside for the moment though not to dismiss how bad that is. Please explain the dozens and dozens here in Australia that are still in hospital being treated from other complications associated with the Astra Zeneca vaccine and those that have been released that are required to take medications for the next 12 mths so they dont die from the vaccine complications from the vaccine!? They were otherwise completely healthy."
He didn't say a word.
Right now here in Oz the biggest issue from covid is the vaccines.
No deaths from covid in ages. But near every week I hear of vaccine deaths and long term serious issues from them.
Id love to see, though just in conversation here as it in reality it would be too hurtful, those same sprouter mongrels tell those family members whose loved ones died or are seriously sick that "hey, its safe and you really are more likely to die from a lightening strike, was just bad luck your Mum, Dad, Sister, Brother, Grandma, Grandad died".
Id knock them out in a blink of an eye.

It's all a scam, those who get the vaccine are just as seceptible to get the virus as those who don't get it
It does seem like a population control tool more than anything.
There ain't no way I will ever take it, I have an immune system.
Crazy world we live in now

Imagine an enemy that is invisible, like a ghost or demon, except to those who have special visionary powers. It lurks in unsuspecting places, turning every person and every place into a potential threat.
Once it takes hold, there's no stopping it without the help of an arsenal of powerful poisons provided by the trusted protectors who are practiced at such exorcisms and know that their work inevitably results in some collateral damage.
It's a necessary sacrifice to exterminate the enemy. All bow to those who might protect us from this demonic takeover. There is no sacrifice too great if it promises to save us from such possession.
What if we told you that there is as much evidence for germs causing (or being the primary cause of) illness as there is for demonic possession with invisible entities that make us cough, purge, and waste away?
And what if our collective belief in contagion, infection, and associated precautions, preventatives, and treatments is actually a belief system that has been leveraged for a century in service of population control and even depopulation?
In this special report, some colleagues and I assert that the notion of the SARS-CoV-2 virus causing “COVID” is a recapitulation of the international infectious disease coup that took hold in the 1980s, namely, that HIV causes AIDS.
The aim here is to present our findings to propose that AIDS was essentially a dress rehearsal for the present entrapment of citizens worldwide using the dominant COVID narrative.

HeartMath Institute - Free Lecture 6/30

Dear jimi,

I've been following the HeartMath Institute's groundbreaking research for the past 15 years and have been blown away by its discoveries about how our hearts (and bodies) work.

For example, did you know that the heart, with its 40,000 neurons, sends more neural signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart?

Or that our hearts actually respond to intuitive signals first — and then the brain follows suit?

Research by the HeartMath Institute has also shown that the patterns of our heart rhythms reflect our emotional states. For example, when we’re hit with a stressor, our heart rhythms get out of sync, which sends us into "fight, flight, or freeze" mode.

Rollin McCraty, PhD’s work as Director of Research at the HearthMath Institute shows us that returning to positive emotions like love or gratitude can put our bodies back into harmony and stabilize the rhythms of the heart.

On Wednesday, June 30th, Dr. McCraty will explain what it takes to achieve heart coherence in his free lecture: "Discover the Science Behind Your Heart’s Intelligence: Experience a Heart Coherence Practice to Shift from Stress & Negativity to Calm & Wellbeing."

You can register for this free lecture here. In this one-hour event
