Did you know that there are over 10,000 chemicals and additives (most of them are harmful) permitted to be used in food in the USA?

Yet, of those 10,000, many countries in Europe have only approved 400.

Did you know that seed oils were originally created as industrial lubricants?

But now they are the main cooking oils, and they are making us sick.

This is the toxic state of the American food and health systems, and this is explored in detail in the new documentary, Toxic Nation.

The full extent of the corruption between the government, and the food and pharmaceutical industries will finally get the air time it deserves.

The media refuses to cover the topics found in Toxic Nation, such as how the food supply, vaccines, and pharmaceutical drugs are poisoning people.

Doctors are now finding a tablespoon worth of plastic inside people's brains.

Human bodies are full of plastics, lead, aluminum, mercury, and other toxins.

In fact, the #1 reason people don't feel well is because of toxin accumulation.

The entities who create these toxins (and make huge profits from it) are very politically powerful, and they block investigations or bans on their products.

In 1960, the chronic disease rate was just 6%, but thanks to these toxins, by 2006 it had risen to 54% of American children having a chronic disease.

Toxic Nation dives deep into how toxins are behind it all, and not by accident.

Untested chemicals, government-approved toxins, an engineered crisis.

We've got high rates of autism, autoimmunity, obesity, infertility, and cancer.

The agencies meant to protect people, such as the CDC and the FDA, not only concealed the evidence, but they profited from keeping the truth hidden.

Discover the shocking truth about how the government and their agencies colluded with Big Pharma so they could all make huge profits.

While they knew full well their toxin-laden products were making people sick.

In Toxic Nation, you'll hear the evidence, plus get tools, information, and frameworks to protect your family's health, starting from today.

Watch the screening of Toxic Nation (it's playing right now).

Fast forward 34 years: Will you be easily recalling family stories… or forgetting the names of your closest loved ones?
A study from Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience found that people who later got Alzheimer's showed tiny changes in thinking skills (memory, learning, attention, etc.) as much as 11 to 15 years before they had any noticeable problems. (1)
And the most shocking finding: Scientists found signs of Alzheimer's in people's brains up to 34 years before they showed any symptoms.
Let that sink in for a moment.
34 years.
That's…
…Longer than most mortgages.
…The time it takes for a newborn to build their own life and family.
…More than a third of a century.
And all that time, your brain could be silently setting you up for a future of confusion and dependence.
But here’s the good news: You can take your power back.
Groundbreaking research shows that the key to protecting your brain actually lies in your gut.
Introducing The Gut-Brain Solution: New Frontiers—a brand-new 8-part docuseries from nutritionist Sarah Otto and the Goodness Lover team that reveals the profound connection between gut health and brain function.
Featuring 45 experts in functional medicine, neuroscience, and microbiome research, you’ll learn:
  • The surprising digestive symptoms that can signal future cognitive issues (and why most doctors miss them)
  • Cutting-edge cognitive interventions once thought to be taboo but now backed by research like fecal microbiota transplantation, growing new brain cells, and activating your vagus nerve
  • Real stories from people who've turned the tables on their genetic destiny by addressing their gut health
Jim, this isn't just another health documentary.
It's a roadmap to a future where you're in control… Where you remember all your grandkids’ names, don’t forget where you parked your car, don’t lose your train of thought mid-sentence, or don’t get lost in your own neighborhood.
The clock is ticking.
But for once, time is on your side.

Dr. Crandall: How to Lower Your Cancer Risk
By Tricia Cooney Bresnahan
With former President Joe Biden's announcement last week of his diagnosis of prostate cancer that has spread to his bones, cancer prevention is on the minds of many Americans.
Many lifestyle changes that help ward off cardiovascular disease are also important for preventing cancer.
Editor’s Note: These Cancer ‘Facts’ Are Dead Wrong — and the Truth Could Save You
The simplest and most important step to take to avoid a cancer diagnosis is to stop smoking or chewing tobacco, according to Dr. Chauncey Crandall, world-renowned cardiologist and director of preventive medicine at the Palm Beach Cardiovascular Clinic in Florida.
"Tobacco is probably the worst thing out there. It's loaded with over 7,000 chemicals, and 70 of those chemicals produce cancer," Crandall tells Newsmax's "Newsline."
Special: New Aging Research Reveals Key to Long, Healthy Life
In addition, there are proven lifestyle changes that reduce risk for both heart disease and cancer. Being overweight or obese is a significant factor in the development of cardiovascular disease and cancer.
"You know, the thing about obesity or being overweight, is that fat is inflammatory. We're starting to understand now that inflammation is a big driver for coronary disease or heart disease. And also, obesity is a big driver for cancer because it all surrounds this inflammatory factor that is released," explains Crandall, editor of the popular newsletter Dr. Crandall's Heart Health Report.
Editor’s Note: Doctor: 4 Signs Your Heart Is Quietly Failing
According to the National Cancer Institute (NCI), there are several possible mechanisms that explain obesity's link to some cancers. People with obesity often have chronic inflammation, which directly promotes tumor growth. In addition, fat tissue (also called adipose tissue) produces excess amounts of estrogen, which has been associated with an increased risk for breast, endometrial, ovarian, and some other cancers.
Cancers that have been found to be associated with being overweight or obese include endometrial, esophageal, liver, colorectal, breast, ovarian, pancreatic, and kidney, according to the NCI.
Special: Biden Ignored Prostate Cancer Warning Signs — Here’s How to Spot It Early
On the other hand, some studies have shown that overweight adults who lost weight lowered their risk for some cancers. One large study of postmenopausal women found that those who intentionally lost 5% of body weight had a lower risk of obesity-related cancers, especially endometrial and breast.
So, if you are overweight or obese, taking steps to lose weight now can help lower your risk of developing cancer. "You know, this is something we can tackle. This is something we can get rid of," says Crandall.
"We can reduce our symptoms and signs of cancer by simply improving our diet, walking, exercise, and getting proper sleep," explains Crandall.

Most people think of food, supplements, or sleep when exhausted.

But there's a vital source of energy we rarely think about.

You've likely overlooked it and been doing it your entire life—your breath.

How you breathe directly impacts your cellular energy, mental clarity, immune function, and even longevity.

Science shows improper breathing can drain your energy, while targeted breathing techniques can restore it, often more effectively than caffeine or stimulants.
  • Slow, controlled breathing boosts oxygen efficiency and mitochondrial function — the engines power every cell in your body.
  • Shallow, rapid breathing triggers stress responses and fatigue, while deep diaphragmatic breathing promotes relaxation and recovery.
  • Certain breathing methods have been shown to reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and increase physical performance.

This isn't about meditation or mindfulness (though that helps too).

This is about using breath as a physiological tool to activate your body's energy systems.

That's exactly what you'll learn in this free webinar from The Energy Blueprint.

If you missed it last week, there is another viewing available tonight.

Click here to learn more and register for this free event.

You'll discover evidence-based breathing techniques to boost vitality, restore energy, and support long-term health.

This is one of the most practical, zero-cost tools you can start using immediately.

Don't miss it — your energy levels may depend on it.

To your resilience,

10 Nutritious Fruit Peels You Should Be Eating and 10 to Never Eat

Christy Chan, Spicy Chefs:
“Did you know? Some of the fruits you’re eating actually have most of their nutrients in their peels, meaning if you’re tossing them out without a second thought, you might be missing out.
Here are 10 nutritious fruit peels you should be eating—and 10 to always skip.
Kiwi
Believe it or not, the fuzzy exteriors of kiwis are edible! Not only is it edible, but it’s also highly recommended that you eat the entire fruit, skin, and all. In fact, the peel packs more fiber and three times the antioxidants than just eating the fruit alone.
Banana
Surprised? Well, you shouldn’t be—banana peels are loaded with important nutrients, like fiber, potassium, and antioxidants. Just remember to wash thoroughly before consuming to ensure there’s no potentially harmful residue leftover, like dirt or pesticides. Plus, eating bananas whole means less food waste!
Watermelon Rind
You likely toss out the white and green parts and only eat the red, juicy flesh, but watermelon rind is actually highly fibrous and nutritious—and psst, even make you better in bed. You can pickle it to make it more palatable and soft, or even juice it with other added fruits and ingredients.”

ALL ABOUT ORGANICS

Top U.S. Certifiers – Your Path to Finding Authentic Organic Food

By OrganicEye:
“If you just look for the USDA Organic logo, you can’t tell whether your food comes from a pioneering organic family farmer and their ethical marketing and processing partners or a giant livestock factory, industrial-scale hydroponic greenhouse.
STEP 1: Shop Locally and Know Your Farmer / Producer
Home Garden: The freshest and most nutritious food
Local Farmers Markets: Your state department of agriculture should have a list.
Community Supported Agriculture: Get a fresh CSA box delivered weekly.
Member-owned Food Co-ops or Local Independently Owned Grocers: Most feature locally grown produce and will vet the local farmers for you.
When you meet the farmer at the market, sign up for a CSA, or buy from a food cooperative that knows their farmer-suppliers, you get the personal connection and integrity that you will never experience with an “organic” product from Walmart, Target, Costco, or a big grocery chain.
Online resources for locating farmers who sell direct include: Real Organic Project, Eat Wild, Local Harvest, and your state department of agriculture.”

NEW REPORT

MAHA Commission Calls Out Toxic Chemicals Including Glyphosate and Atrazine for Damaging the Health of Americans

Sustainable Pulse:
“George Kimbrell, Legal Director of Center for Food Safety continued; ‘The need to reform our broken industrial agriculture system to build a better future for our food is paramount. The MAHA commission recognizes that the overuse of pesticides in America’s industrial food system is a critical piece of the nation’s health crisis and acknowledges the now well-established scientific evidence of the dire harm these toxins are causing children, public health, and the environment. However, the report falls woefully short of providing any next steps in how the government is going to stop this health epidemic from continuing.
Much more is required – and urgently – in order to meaningfully address the twin public health and environmental crises we face. Protecting children’s health and building a healthy food system must trump pesticide corporations’ profits. Policy and governance must be based on sound science and reject fearmongering and lobbying influence alleging that these toxins are needed for a healthy food system or agricultural economy.
Our organization will continue to watchdog federal agencies to protect the public interest and ensure regulators comply with their duties to protect public health and the environment from these dangerous toxins. To be meaningful, the findings of the report must translate into concrete actions that truly advance a healthier, more sustainable food system for America’s farmers and consumers.’”

Sean Sherman Expands His Vision for Decolonizing the U.S. Food System

Kate Nelson writes for Civil Eats:
“The Sioux chef, known for celebrating and restoring pre-colonial foodways, launches two new Indigenous food ventures and publishes his second book.

Sean Sherman walks through an expansive commissary kitchen in South Minneapolis, his eyes lighting up with excitement. He isn’t taking in the kitchen as it is—dormant but well-equipped with an industrial smoker, a walk-in sausage-making area, and plentiful storage space. Instead, he’s seeing the future of his Meals for Native Institutions initiative, when the space is up, running, and realizing a long-term vision to introduce more Indigenous foods into the American food system.
Sherman, an Oglala Lakota tribal member with an unassuming demeanor, a soft smile, and a signature long braid hanging down his back, has endeavored to revitalize Native American food traditions since 2014, when he founded The Sioux Chef, a catering and educational enterprise. His focus is on 'decolonized' food—made without Eurocentric ingredients such as beef, pork, chicken, dairy, wheat flour, and cane sugar—most notably at his acclaimed Minneapolis restaurant, Owamni.”

GLOBAL FOOD SYSTEMS

Reviving Forgotten Foods To Tackle Food Insecurity, Climate Change

By Daily Sabah with AA, edited by Ayşe Sena Aykın:

“The term “forgotten foods” refers to thousands of highly nutritious crops that were once integral to local diets but have been sidelined due to the global dominance of wheat, rice, corn and soybeans. These foods not only offer rich nutritional value but are also more resilient to climate change, making them a promising solution to food insecurity.

Some of the most well-known forgotten foods making a comeback include quinoa and chia seeds. However, many other crops from different regions of the world are gaining attention, such as kernza and taro from North America; amaranth, tepary beans, chaya, oca, ulluca, yacon and gran chaco wild fruits from Latin America; fonio, bambara, spider plant, lablab beans, baobab, yam bean, cowpea and teff from Africa; and moringa, buckwheat, finger millet, small millet and swamp taro from Asia.

These foods, though not widely cultivated in modern agriculture, offer a wealth of benefits for both nutrition and resilience. Various scientists and organizations worldwide are working to bring these foods back into focus, promoting them as a crucial part of the solution to food insecurity.”

Dr. Oz: Take Vitamin D to Avoid Cancer, Diabetes

By Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Mike Roizen, MDs

Tiger Woods won it in 2000, 2002, and 2008; Rory McIlroy won it in 2011; Jordan Spieth, in 2015.

But what did these three have in common at the 2018 U.S. Open? This triple threat didn't even make the cut.

It's tough to see a triple threat like these guys booted out of the Open. But some triple threats need to be kicked to the sidelines.

And that's what the mighty vitamin D may help do to breast cancer, colon cancer, and diabetes.

Special: Doctor: All Multivitamins Are Not the Same

A study from UC San Diego School of Medicine found that women over age 55 with higher levels of vitamin D — above 60 nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL) — had one-fifth the risk of breast cancer as those with less than the recommended levels (20-50 ng/mL).

Another study, the largest of its kind, from the American Cancer Society, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and the National Cancer Institute, found that lower levels of vitamin D are linked to colorectal cancer risk. Below current guidelines, a 31% increase in risk; above the guidelines, a 22% reduction in risk.

Finally, a third study from UC San Diego School of Medicine and Seoul National University found that people with blood levels of vitamin D above 30 ng/mL had one-third of the risk of diabetes, and those with levels above 50 ng/mL had one-fifth the risk.

So get a blood test to measure your D level, and if it's low, ask your doctor how to bring it up to 60 ng/mL or better with diet and supplements.

On May 25, 2025, a Moms Across America supporter, Jennifer Berman Diaz, reached out to Bob’s Red Mill with a pressing concern: high levels of glyphosate residues were detected in their gluten-free flour.

Glyphosate is the most widely used herbicide in the world. However, due to hundreds of independent studies linking it to cancer, neurological, nervous system, liver, kidney, and reproductive damage, its use has been restricted or banned in over 60 countries.

Hello ,

If you’ve ever felt bloated, sluggish, or like your digestion is slowing you down, this week’s food might just be the gentle support your body needs—fennel.

Fennel is an aromatic vegetable with a subtle licorice flavor that works wonders for digestive health and when your digestion is running smoothly, your hormones are much easier to balance.

Here’s why I love fennel for hormone support:

✔️ It’s rich in fiber, which helps with regular elimination and estrogen detox

✔️ It contains phytoestrogens, which can gently support hormonal balance

✔️ It’s calming to the digestive tract and can help relieve bloating and cramping

✔️ It’s high in antioxidants like vitamin C and quercetin, which help reduce inflammation

✔️ It provides folate and other nutrients that support liver function and hormone metabolism

Whether you’re new to fennel or already a fan, this simple recipe is a light and flavorful way to enjoy it and support your hormones at the same time.

• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Sea salt + black pepper to taste
• Optional: a handful of arugula or spring greens

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss fennel wedges with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 25–30 minutes, until tender and golden.
  2. While the fennel roasts, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make a light vinaigrette.
  3. Once the fennel has cooled slightly, arrange it on a plate with orange segments.
  4. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and top with fennel fronds (and greens, if using). Serve warm or chilled.

%FIRSTNAME%, this isn't just another health documentary.
It's a roadmap to a future where you're in control… Where you remember all your grandkids’ names, don’t forget where you parked your car, don’t lose your train of thought mid-sentence, or don’t get lost in your own neighborhood.
The clock is ticking.
But for once, time is on your side.
