Hi Jimi,
If you’re looking for a great film to watch or to share with loved ones over the holidays, I have exciting news.
The Need To GROW is available now, for a limited time free viewing. It’s an epic film about one of the most critical issues of our times (how we grow our food!) — and it’s also an incredibly moving story.
>> Find out all about it and watch it for free here.
I feel proud to be an Executive Producer for The Need To GROW, and that it’s narrated by the brilliant actress and activist, Rosario Dawson. The film won a string of awards at film festivals and has inspired hundreds of thousands of people since its inaugural release a year ago.
Oh, and did I mention that you can watch it for free?!
But only for a limited time.
Trust me; you’ll be really glad you saw this. And you can share it with loved ones, too!
>> Watch this heartwarming, inspiring, and critically important movie right now — for no charge.
Yours for good stories with good messages,
Ocean Robbins
P.S. Fun fact: Our narrator for The Need To GROW, Rosario Dawson, is a Jedi. She stars in the new Star Wars series, The Mandalorian. And when you see this film and realize what’s at stake, you’ll be glad she’s on the good side of the force! ?
Watch the whole movie now.

Mental Health MondayWhere did that year go? The longest and also somehow the shortest yet for me. Since being diagnosed and starting Orenda, so much has gone on each year that I feel the need to unpack it at the end, and I've started doing what I call an end-of-year reflective practice. It's basically setting aside time to think about what's changed, whether I like those changes and how I can address them if I don't, what I want to change in the coming year, what I'm most grateful for from this past year, and what I wish for for the new year. In this week's MHM vlog, I'm offering four tips or activities for starting your own reflective practice and some ways that you can express your reflections other than in writing in case writing isn't your thing. It's been a doooooozy of a year, #2020, but in the years that are extra tough it becomes even more important to take time to reflect on all that's happened, process it more thoroughly if we haven't had a chance to yet, remind ourselves that there has still been good even with all of the bad, and to fix our sights on better days to come. If you give it a try, let us know how it goes by leaving a comment below the video! Click here to watch it now on the Orenda YouTube channel |

Normally, I don't send emails this time of the week, or with the information you're about to see. In this case, I felt I must. I consider you my friends, family, and loyal community. I get NOTHING out of sharing this with you (other than knowing I'm giving you EVERY opportunity to watch/hear these IMPORTANT podcast episodes). I asked myself "What if you did NOT know the information, facts, and science presented in here... and then something horrible happened to you, your parents, kids, family, or friends that COULD HAVE been avoided?? You don't have to give your email address or join a group. I just need to make sure you get this (and if I shared it on social media, chances are you wouldn't.) NOTE: I actually subscribe to my friend Ari Whitten's "Energy Blueprint Podcast" and follow him trustfully on social media. He presents actual science and data (not opinion), and is not afraid to admit if/when he's wrong. Below, you'll find the actual email I received yesterday from Ari with the essential podcast information. AFTER you watch/listen to the following podcast episode(s), please reply with your thoughts... I'd love to hear 'em. - Dr. Ryan ------- Hey Ryan! This weekend I have an incredibly informative 2-part podcast for you with Cammy Benton, MD, who is a board certified family and functional medicine doctor and a specialist in vaccine science. After several adverse reactions in her children, Dr. Benton dedicated many years analyzing the science on vaccines. In these two episodes, she’s talking about vaccine efficacy and risks, flu vaccines, ‘anti-vaxxers’ vs. 'ex-vaxxers', debunking myths and misconceptions about vaccines, and more. As always, the topic of vaccines is highly polarized and controversial, with dogmatic extremists on both sides of the debate convinced the other side is either evil or stupid. Regardless of your current views on vaccines, I encourage you to watch/listen to these two episodes and spend time fact-checking anything you question. Let’s all learn how to have civil conversations (grounded in science) on this important topic. Also, a quick word on these two episodes: Part 1 is an interview with Dr. Benton where she is answering questions. Part 2 is a powerpoint slide lecture (kind of combined with an interview) where she actually shows the specific studies and research to back up her views. (Because I know people are skeptical, I asked her to build a presentation to actually present the research so people can see it for themselves.) PART I: Vaccine Efficacy and Risks, Flu Vaccine, Ex-Vaxxers, and More In this podcast, Dr. Benton and I discuss:
→ You can watch/listen to Part I HERE PART II: The Science On Flu Vaccines and Aluminum Adjuvants, Efficacy and Risks In this podcast, Dr. Benton and I continue our conversation and discuss:
→ You can watch/listen to Part II HERE I really hope, after listening to these episodes, that you can understand how incredibly complex the topic of vaccines is. And more importantly, I hope you will use this information to begin more deeply exploring the science for yourself, and form your own nuanced, evidence-based opinions on this complex and polarizing topic. |

I don't know what to make out of this whole 5G thing that's getting pushed in our faces (and on our brains!!). Yes, I want faster internet... but not at the cost of my brain health, performance, and longevity. And I'm even more frustrated that my three teenage daughters are growing up in this climate of non-stop EMF. So, I'm immersing myself in it, learning even more about 5G, and how to support my brain, health, and FAMILY from these toxins. Since I'm not the expert (yet), I'm trusting a friend of mine, Lloyd Burrell, to give us the low down. He's one of the most respected leaders in EMF and 5G toxicity, and he's offering a powerful educational event. CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW TO LEARN MORE. He and six more experts explore science-backed solutions to EMF, and you're more than welcome to join us. They're sharing the newest tools and devices to support our health from EMF and 5G toxic exposures... and the science and inspiration behind these EMF protection devices. Personally, I can't wait to learn more about the "WaveRider" and "Blushield" devices.
