Part of the reason we can feel anxious about a problem is because the body wants us motivated to get off our butt to solve the problem. However, chronic stress is where we start to see a lot more negative health effects, from digestive issues, to teeth grinding, insomnia, and more. And unfortunately, chronic stress is a pretty pervasive issue nowadays.
