I’ve told the story a million times, Jimi, about how after we moved states in search of the ability to have our son treated the way we felt best…

Happy Monday, my fellow fitness fanatic.

As you know, I'm a HUGE exercise buff. It's been my first "healthy living" love since playing every sport in the backyard with my three brothers.

And I STILL love challenging myself with new programs. In fact, I recently embarked on a vertical jump training program to dunk a basketball again.

Preventing Deadly Blood Clots

Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a condition in which blood clots occur in a deep vein in your body (usually the legs). If that clot travels to the lungs, it can cause a deadly pulmonary embolism.

Travel is one of the major factors that can contribute to DVTs, because sitting still for hours — whether in a car, train, or plane — can cause the blood to pool in your legs, and lead to the formation of clots.

When you travel by car, it is imperative to take advantage of every rest stop you come across to get out and stretch your legs. And if you’re on a train or plane, you need to get up and walk around frequently.

This sounds simple, but it’s your best protection.

If you’ve experienced any type of blood clot in the past, talk to your doctor about special precautions to take, such as wearing compression stockings.

In addition, taking aspirin during your trip can help prevent blood clots. Discuss that option with your physician before you set out.

This month, ICAN’s attorneys reviewed a startling 2,237-page report from June 2020 (amended in September 2020) that Pfizer submitted to the FDA concerning its mRNA COVID-19 vaccine.
The study looked at the toxicity of Pfizer’s vaccine using four different doses (including the one eventually authorized for emergency use, BNT162b2) and involved 255 rats (219 received vaccine, 36 received control) for a test period of 10 to 17 days with “3 additional weeks for the animals scheduled for the recovery period.”
One would imagine that, since the vaccine was authorized, approved, and injected into millions, the rats did not experience any negative health effects. Sadly, that is not the case.
While the Pfizer claims in the report that the rats tolerated the vaccines “without evidence of systemic toxicity,” its detailed findings indicate that was anything but the truth, as the following issues in major organs groups were observed:
  • Enlarged spleens
  • Enlarged adrenal glands
  • Enlarged lymph nodes
  • Kidney and liver congestion
  • Increased fibrinogen concentration
All of these issues clearly show effects beyond the injection site. Of particular concern is the increased fibrinogen concentration; fibrinogen is made in your liver and helps your blood clot. Increased fibrinogen is associated with blood clotting, heart disease, blood vessel dysfunction, and stroke. These issues were also seen with the dose level that was eventually licensed.
With regard to deaths, the report indicated that “[n]o test item-related deaths were noted for any treatment” and that “no premature deaths occurred and no premature sacrifice was necessary.” That seems reassuring, right? It only took slightly closer reading to discover, however, that two rats did die during the study (about 1% of those injected with vaccine), but, predictably, the Pfizer paid researchers, despite being unable to determine a clear cause of death, simply assumed that the deaths were caused by stress from blood draws and therefore were not caused by the vaccines (despite the fact that one of the dead rats had an enlarged spleen, enlarged adrenal glands, and an enlarged iliac lymph node)!
Given the short six-week study duration, it’s not possible for the researchers to have ascertained the long-term effects of the vaccines. Nevertheless, throughout the report, they conclude that all adverse effects experienced by the rats were “reversed” and “resolved” by the end of the recovery period.

Chili Peppers Reduce Cardiac Risks

Ever since William Cowper coined the phrase in his 1785 poem “The Task,” people have been declaring that variety is the spice of life. But in 2019, science may have changed the saying by proving that spice itself is the heart of life.
Italian researchers have found that eating chili peppers four or more times weekly reduces your risk of dying from a heart attack by 40%, and from stroke by more than 50%. And the researchers say peppers convey those benefits regardless of whether you have any cardiovascular risk factors or eat a healthy Mediterranean diet.
That follows a 2017 study published in the journal PLOS that found Americans who eat chili peppers (not counting dried pepper flakes) reduced their risk of death over a 19-year timespan by 13%.

Indirectly, Zinc can be your advocate on the Healthy Breast path through the way it can decrease oxidative stress.

The Wayne State study found that increasing Zinc levels can lower a substance called IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor). High IGF-1 levels have long been associated with cancer risk.

Zinc has been shown to have a direct effect on cancer cells. In the above study, zinc supplementation turned off certain functions that can lead to cancer growth.

In addition, a recent (2017) study on esophageal cancer at the University of Texas at Arlington found that zinc “significantly inhibits the proliferation of … cancer cells.”

A large-scale cohort study sponsored by the Pomeranian Medical University in Poland found that those individuals with the highest concentration of zinc had the lowest risk of cancer, including Breast Cancer.
