I came across a startling new study that's making waves worldwide, and I knew I had to share it with you.

Researchers analyzed 54 COVID-19 vaccine vials—mostly from Pfizer and Moderna—and discovered that each milliliter contained "3-4 million self-assembling entities."







Yes, you read that right.

These are moving, worm-like structures found within these vaccines.

It suddenly makes sense why they insisted on storing these vaccines at -70 degrees Celsius—extremely cold temperatures that happen to limit the movement of "worms."







But that's just the beginning.

Dr. Young Mi Lee from South Korea published a paper revealing even more shocking findings.

When she incubated Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Novavax vaccines in distilled water, she observed that these "worms" would replicate, grow, and change. In her words:

"These filaments originally looked like just straight filaments, but as I incubated them for a longer period, they sprouted from the surface. So nowadays, they have some branches—longer ones. I think they could develop growth in an adequate environment. In our lab's limited conditions—just distilled water, no other nutrition—they can form these kinds of structures. But within the body, with many other components, they can develop extremely more detailed structures than my findings."
Even more concerning, these structures have been found in the blood and semen of not only those who have been vaccinated but also individuals exposed to vaccine shedding.

Research across various fields is uncovering shocking evidence of potential fraud and dishonesty surrounding mRNA vaccines, which claim to treat COVID-19. Studies like:

"Real-Time Self-Assembly of Stereomicroscopically Visible Artificial Constructions in Incubated Specimens of mRNA Products Mainly from Pfizer and Moderna: A Comprehensive Longitudinal Study"

Published in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research (IJVTPR), are shedding light on these unsettling discoveries.

Yet, mainstream medicine remains silent.

They downplay and even suppress solutions like Fenbendazole, Ivermectin, and Hydroxychloroquine because these treatments combat some of their biggest allies in the alleged depopulation agenda—parasites and these newly discovered self-assembling entities.

Chest pain that isn’t caused by the heart is actually a much larger category than heart-related chest pain. Osteoarthritis, sometimes called “wear-and-tear” arthritis, is a joint disease that causes the top layer of cartilage covering a bone to break down and wear away.

As in other joints such as the knee, osteoarthritis can occur in rib joints, causing inflammation and chest pain.

light pollution is, sadly, everywhere these days.

In most big cities, it’s nearly impossible to fully escape the light of all the neon signs, billboards, flashing lights, street lamps, driving cars, and all the other interior and exterior light sources.

When you look at the night sky, all you see is the “skyglow”, or the “yellow halo” in the sky which “when too much light shines up into the atmosphere” and the light is “scattered and reflected back down to the ground”.

In your bedroom, you may find it hard to sleep because of the outside lights (street lights, car lights, etc.) seeping into your home.

All of this light pollution can damage your eyes—but, according to a new study, it may also accelerate cognitive decline and even be linked to Alzheimer’s!

A study out of Rush University Medical Center looked at how light pollution might be connected to neurodegeneration and cognitive decline. Researchers analyzed data from light pollution maps of the 48 lower U.S. states, and compared them to medical data that gave insight into how the pollution could contribute to Alzheimer’s.

In all five groups of patients studied, there was a correlation between light intensity and Alzheimer’s disease. What’s fascinating is that the correlation was present even when none of the other established Alzheimer’s risk factors were present.

According to the data, light pollution was more strongly associated with Alzheimer’s disease than obesity, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, alcohol abuse, and depression. While it wasn’t as strongly associated as other more common causes—including stroke, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and hypertension—the fact that it ranked higher than even a few of the other causes is definitely reason for concern.

What’s more, nighttime light exposure was shown to be a significant risk factor for Alzheimer’s disease in those under the age of 65. In fact, according to the study, it was more strongly associated “than any other disease factor examined.”

This is just the first study looking at this connection, and further research is needed to investigate exactly how and why it happens.

But the fact that there is a correlation between the two is certainly reason enough for you to get proactive and endeavour to reduce your exposure to light pollution whenever and wherever possible.

To do that:
  • Turn off indoor lights when not in use. It’s not just a great way to save electricity; it also reduces the amount of light needlessly emitted from your house.
  • Keep your curtains, blinds, and drapes closed at night. This will keep your indoor light from leaking out, and any outdoor light from leaking in.
  • Sleep with a mask. A sleep mask won’t stop the light pollution from getting into your home, but will keep it from getting into your eyes. Blocking the light pollution (especially at night) will reduce eye strain, prevent the retinal degeneration common with high levels of light pollution, and protect against cognitive decline.
  • Reduce nighttime driving. The more headlights there are out on the road, the greater the amount of nighttime light pollution. Try to limit your nighttime driving whenever possible. It’s better for your eyes as well as the environment.
  • Switch your devices to “nighttime mode”. Most electronics—from TVs to computers, tablets to smartphone—have a low-light nighttime mode that A) is better for your eyes, and B) emits less light to pollute your environment.
  • Make sure all your lights point downward. Any outdoor spotlights, floodlights, or lamps should be pointed down toward the ground. That way, less light is directed upward to cause pollution.
Combatting light pollution is a great way to protect your eyes against deterioration, but according to this latest study, it’s also crucial for reducing your Alzheimer’s risk. Be aware of the dangers of light pollution to your brain and start taking steps to curb and prevent it today!​

A recent clinical trial explored the effects of Brazil nuts on inflammation and leaky gut in women working toward a healthier weight. For 8 weeks, 56 women aged 20 to 55 followed calorie-reduced menus. The control group adhered to a nut-free diet, while the Brazil nut group ate 8 grams (1-2 pieces) of Brazil nuts as a morning snack.

While both groups lost around 3 kgs (6.61 lbs), the Brazil nut group showed significant reductions in inflammatory markers, suggesting the nuts may help combat inflammation. Though the study has limitations, Brazil nuts could be a helpful addition to diets focused on gut health and inflammation.

Sitting too much causing back pain?

A recent study offers a promising approach to managing back pain through simple lifestyle changes. It involved 64 adults with obesity or overweight and metabolic syndrome, who were spending over 10 hours a day sitting and doing less than 2 hours of moderate activity weekly.

Participants were split into two groups: an intervention group that reduced sitting by 40 minutes daily and added 20 minutes of moderate activity like walking, and a control group that maintained their sedentary habits. Researchers tracked their activity and muscle health using accelerometers and scans.

After six months, the intervention group successfully avoided significant increases in back pain compared to the control group. Researchers recommend reducing sitting time and incorporating physical activity like walking or more vigorous exercise, which are more effective than just standing up. If you sit for long hours at work, desk-friendly exercises can help keep you moving.

Brazil Nut and Pineapple Smoothie​

This smoothie is packed with selenium from Brazil nuts, creamy sweetness from banana, a burst of tropical flavor from pineapple and coconut, and a hint of warmth from cinnamon and cardamom. A perfect blend of indulgence and health!​

  • 2 Brazil nuts
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Poll Finds Most Americans Stressed Over Election
Most Americans say they’re stressed out over the future of the United States and the presidential election, a new poll shows.
The Stress in America poll, conducted by the American Psychological Association (APA), found that 77% of adults are stressed about the future of the nation, and 69% are worried about the upcoming election.

The economy is another significant source of stress, with 73% reporting worry over it.
People are particularly worried about the potential fallout from the election results.
About 72% said they are worried the election results could lead to violence. More than half (56%) believe the election could be the end of democracy in the United States.
Further, this stress is testing people’s relationships with those close to them. About a third (32%) say the political climate has caused strain between themselves and family members, and 20% say they limit time with relatives who don’t share their views.
“For nearly a decade, people have faced a political climate that is highly charged, which has led to the erosion of civil discourse and strained our relationships with our friends and our families. But isolating ourselves from our communities is a recipe for adding more stress to our lives,” said American Psychological Association CEO Arthur Evans Jr.
“We must remember that the most extreme voices are often the loudest, and that the majority of adults share similar values and concerns,” Evans added in an APA news release.
Stress related to this election is similar to that felt by people in 2020, 69% compared with 68%, the poll found. By comparison, only 52% of Americans were stressed over the 2016 election.
Misinformation and disinformation are a factor in this stress. About 73% of adults said it’s stressful to know how fake information can look or seem real, and 82% are worried that people are basing their values and opinions on “fake news.”
The poll also found that across the country, Americans’ trust has been shaken in the government and in each other:
  • Most adults (54%) said they have very little to no trust in the U.S. government, and 41% said they’ve considered moving to a different country.
  • Half of adults (50%) said tension over politics and social issues makes them less interested in connecting with others, and about 3 in 10 (28%) say they have nothing in common with people whose political opinions differ from theirs.
  • About 46% said they wouldn’t date someone who didn’t share the same political opinions (47% of women and 45% of men).
Interestingly, national anxieties cut evenly across all political stripes, the poll found.
Stress over the future of the nation was reported by 80% of Republicans, 79% of Democrats and 73% of independents.
Likewise, similar numbers agreed the country’s system of checks and balances isn’t working — 76% of Republicans, 71% of Democrats and 74% of independents.
Republicans, Democrats and independents also shared stress that politicians aren’t talking about the things that are most important to them (62%, 58% and 60%) and that politics has caused strain with family members (32%, 35% and 32%).
Most Americans aren’t giving into their despair, however.
More than three-quarters (77%) intend to vote in the presidential election, and half (51%) said they feel compelled to volunteer or support causes they value.
Diverse communities in particular are embracing their political power, with 73% of Black adults and 67% of Hispanic adults saying they feel their vote matters.
About 3 in 5 adults (61%) are hopeful about the change this election will bring, particularly that the election will lead to a more inclusive society (59%). More than 2 in 5 (42%) say they haven’t felt this excited about an election in years.
The survey involved 3,305 Americans 18 and older who were polled between Aug. 1 and Aug. 23.
“Stress surrounding the upcoming election seems overwhelming. But despite concerns about a nation divided across cultural identities and political parties, it’s encouraging that hope could be the catalyst, where people can come together and have a stake in deciding their future,” Evans said. “We see people’s desire for positive change as an opportunity to channel our collective stress into meaningful conversations and actions that promote healing and understanding.”
