Hi Jimi,

Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 16th at 6pm EST, I’ll be joined live by Ben Tammetta for a special masterclass designed for our community managing MS and autoimmune conditions.

The focus is on how molecular hydrogen can support cellular health, protect the nervous system, and complement The Wahls Protocol and similar nutrient-dense approaches.

There’s a lot of misinformation out there about therapies for MS — some lack solid evidence, while others can be ineffective or even counterproductive. In this session, Ben (an engineer and researcher focused on hydrogen science) will cut through the hype and show what the research actually supports, in clear, understandable terms.

He’ll explain the selective antioxidant power of H₂ and its relevance to autoimmune and neurological health, while being ready to answer your questions — technical or practical.

We will cover:
  • How hydrogen may help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation affecting the nervous system in MS
  • Practical ways it supports mitochondrial energy and helps with fatigue
  • Why it can complement plant-rich, nutrient-dense diets like The Wahls Protocol
  • How to choose effective, safe hydrogen approaches and avoid those that don’t deliver
This training will give you a grounded, evidence-informed perspective on adding this tool to your wellness strategy.

Date: Tuesday, June 16th
Time: 6pm EST

Join us live here

Elderly Suffering From B12 Deficiency

Dr. Russell Blaylock, M.D., writes:

It’s estimated that up to 40% of independent living elderly patients have a vitamin B12 deficiency, and that the number may be as high as 80% to 90% in nursing homes. Mostly, this is due to gastrointestinal problems, especially gastric atrophy with a loss of intrinsic factor needed for absorption from the stomach. It can also be caused by taking medications that alter the gut’s physiology. Problems can range from subclinical asymptomatic cases to full-blown deficiencies with psychosis involvement.

It is known that doses of vitamin B12 greater than 2,000 micrograms (mcg) do not require intrinsic factor for absorption from the intestines. In addition, the best form is the sublingual form that is absorbed directly into the bloodstream from under the tongue. It requires no intrinsic factor. Blood tests have confirmed this is the best way to take B12.
Special: Doctor: All Multivitamins Are Not the Same

Most doctors give an injection of a form called cyanocobalamin. This form includes cyanide, the highly poisonous substance, combined with cobamin, the actual molecule. While making the compound more stable, cyanide will also saturate the tissue and can cause some toxicity. Giving babies or children this form is very dangerous, and should never be done.

The best forms are methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. I prefer to use sublingual methylcobalamin.

Most vitamin B12 is stored in the liver for a very long time. Blood levels (serum levels) are unreliable because tissues, especially muscle tissue, may be very deficient even with normal blood levels.

Drugs that increase B12 deficiencies include metformin, antacids, H2 blockers, colchicine, cholestyramine, anticonvulsants, antibiotics, and nitrous oxide. Pregnancy and lactation also induce a deficiency.

A deficiency of vitamin B12 can cause abnormal brain functioning and even brain lesions. It can also lead to DNA defects and high homocysteine, and impair the formation of some brain neurotransmitters. In addition, abnormalities in B12 can lead to folate deficiencies.

Depression is common with vitamin B12 deficiency, as are abnormalities in the formation of myelin — which is seen in MS. The brain and spinal cord are both very dependent on vitamin B12 for its health and function. Severe deficiencies can lead to tingling of the feet and hands (paresthesia), a loss of balance (ataxia), bowel and bladder problems, incontinence, visual problems, and low blood pressure.

Some people present with a psychosis, such as suspiciousness, hallucinations, disorganized thought processes, and paranoia. Ironically, these manifestations can occur before abnormalities in the blood (pernicious anemia).
Early treatment is essential.

Did you know that the ancient Egyptians and Romans were strong proponents of enemas to prevent disease? So much so that this practice was institutionalized in Egyptian high society, with pharaohs and queens ritually receiving 3 enemas a month (according to Herodotus’s writing in the 5th century BC).

And get this — the person who performed this ritual was actually known as the “Guardian of the Anus.”

For hundreds of years there have been an array of natural solutions for supporting the detox of your colon, including colonics, enemas, and herbal remedies. Not surprisingly, the science now backs up this time-honored practice, indicating its remarkable health benefits.

If you’re ready to discover simple, effective, and natural protocols for detoxing your body and supporting your colon, then you won’t want to miss my friend Jonathan Landsman’s ebook, Natural Colon Cleansing: Top 15 Herbs, Remedies and Supplements.

You’ll discover a powerful African plant for bowel relief, a Superfruit that’s super good for your colon, an oil that actually triggers the cleansing of your digestive system, and so much more!

Also, you’ll gain access to Jonathan’s Whole Body Detox Summit, where you’ll learn how to support your elimination organs from detoxification experts and world-renowned doctors.

Which Carbs Can Help You Sleep Better

If you've been struggling with low energy, poor sleep, or a thyroid that won't respond to medication, you've probably tried cutting carbs. It's the go-to advice. For many of you with thyroid or adrenal issues, it's the wrong fix.

Here's what's actually happening.

Your adrenals run on a daily rhythm. Cortisol is meant to rise in the morning and fall at night. Chronic low-carb eating sends a famine signal to that system, and the rhythm gets disrupted. Cortisol can stay elevated around the clock, or flatline entirely.

That matters for your thyroid too. High cortisol blocks the conversion of T4 into the active T3 your cells actually use. So if your medication is not working as well as you'd like, your adrenals may be the reason.

The simplest fix is to include slow-burning carbs at dinner. Cortisol is supposed to drop at night, and evening carbs actually help it drop. Most people find their sleep improves rather than worsens.

A few of my top picks:
  • Buckwheat pilaf alongside salmon and a green salad
  • Boiled French lentils with stir-fried vegetables and chicken
  • Kabocha squash, roasted, tucked next to a lean protein and steamed greens
Half a cup is a healthy minimum. Don't go below that.

In my experience, this one shift can make a real difference within a week or two. The full protocol - including how to time things across the day and which adaptogens reset the rhythm fastest - is in my new video. Watch it here.

To your health,

The factor even functional medicine misses.

A lot of you reading this have spent years working on your health.

You've changed how you eat. Addressed your gut. Run the labs. Tried the supplements. Worked on your sleep, paid attention to inflammation, looked into the autoimmune stuff. Some of it helped. Some helped for a while, then drifted back. Some never quite landed.

I want to name something that almost never gets named in those conversations.

Your breathing.

Not as the only answer. Not as the missing magic. But as a factor that is genuinely upstream of much of what you've been working on — and one that almost no one has ever assessed in you, let alone helped you work with.

Here is what a chronically stressed breathing pattern actually touches.

Your gut. Digestion runs on the parasympathetic side of the nervous system — the rest-and-digest side. A breathing pattern that signals threat several thousand times a day keeps you on the wrong side of that line. Bloating, motility issues, sensitivity, things that won't resolve no matter what you eat — a braced nervous system is often a piece of the picture, and your breathing is feeding the brace.

Your sleep. The way you breathe at night shapes how deep you go, how often you wake, how rested you feel in the morning. Mouth breathing, snoring, the kind of fragmented sleep that bloodwork can't explain — these are often breathing-pattern stories before they're anything else.

Your anxiety. Shallow, upper-chest breathing is the breathing of alarm. Done all day, it tells your nervous system the alarm is on, and the body responds accordingly. You can do all the cognitive work in the world; if the breath underneath it is signaling threat, the system stays primed.

Your energy. Oxygen delivery to your tissues isn't only about how much oxygen you take in. It's also about how well your body releases that oxygen into cells that need it — and that release depends on carbon dioxide tolerance, which depends on breathing pattern. Chronic over-breathing actually delivers less oxygen to your tissues, not more. The fatigue that doesn't make sense given your labs is sometimes this.

Your inflammation. A nervous system held in chronic sympathetic activation runs hot. Inflammatory tone, immune dysregulation, autoimmune flares — these are not caused by your breathing. But they are influenced by the state your nervous system is sitting in, and your breathing is one of the strongest, most continuous inputs into that state.

This is not to say breath fixes any of these things on its own. It doesn't. What it does is sit underneath them, continuously, all day, as one of the most powerful and least examined inputs in the entire picture.

For a lot of people, especially people who have already worked hard on everything else, this is the variable that finally moves.

That is what the next Anima Experience works with directly.

Anima Experience #4
Working with the Breath
Wednesday, June 24th, 1pm EDT. 90 Minutes.

This is the session for anyone who has been chasing some version of this — the gut thing, the sleep thing, the anxiety thing, the fatigue thing — through protocols and labs and supplements for a long time, with mixed results, and has not yet brought their breathing into the picture.

Pay what you can, the same as always.

If any cost is a barrer, let us know.

3 Ways to Reverse Diabetes

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

Diabetes is a condition in which there is excess sugar in the blood, which can damage blood vessels throughout the body. Some 40 million people in the United States have been diagnosed with diabetes. However, it’s estimated that 8.7 million people have the condition but are not diagnosed. In its early stages, diabetes has no symptoms, so it can cause damage for years before detection.

People with diabetes are twice as likely to have a heart attack or stroke than those without the condition. And heart disease is the most common cause of death for people with diabetes. Likewise, having diabetes increases a person’s risk for developing heart disease.

Special: Finally, A Natural Way to Help Reverse Diabetes

Diabetes is diagnosed with a blood test that shows your average blood sugar level over the past two or three months by measuring the amount of glucose attached to blood cells, known as hemoglobin A1C. An A1C level of 6.5 percent or higher on two separate tests means that you have diabetes. An A1C between 5.7 percent and 6.4 percent means you have prediabetes, or insulin resistance. Below 5.7 percent is considered normal.

The good news is that diabetes can be reversed. Here are three resolutions you can make to help you do that:

  1. Lose weight. Getting down to your ideal weight is a surefire way to beat diabetes. Even as you lose weight, you will see dramatic changes in your blood glucose levels and blood pressure — proof that you’re fighting diabetes.
  2. Eliminate sugar. Sugar is linked to chronic inflammation, and people with chronic inflammation have a high risk of diabetes as well as many other adverse health conditions. Become a label-reader and avoid added sugar in your shopping.
  3. Eat lots of fiber. This is the nondigestible part of food that adds bulk and swells in the stomach when eaten, helping you feel full longer. Fiber also slows the process of food being converted to glucose, which helps stabilize blood sugar levels.

I want to share something a little different with you today. Not a recipe or a health tip — just a personal recommendation from my heart to yours.

Many of you know Jennifer Partridge from our Transcendence series. We've shared her work before because we believe in it deeply. But what I want to tell you today is a little more personal.

A while back, Jen went through a season that so many women know all too well. Her health had completely collapsed. Her period disappeared for seven months. She was waking at 3am with hot flushes, her hormones were out of balance, her digestion was struggling and she felt like a stranger in her own body.

She didn't push through. She didn't reach for another protocol or another
practitioner. Instead she went inward and practiced what she knew best. EFT Tapping.

What happened next was beautiful. Her cycle returned. Her hormones found their rhythm again. Her energy came back. And the radiant, vibrant woman I have always known — she came back too.

I share this because I know so many of you are carrying a version of this story right now. The exhaustion. The disconnection. The sense that you've been running on empty for so long you've forgotten what it feels like to feel fully alive.

That's exactly why I'm so excited that Jen is hosting a free live masterclass this Wednesday.

✨ Return to Your Feminine Radiance ✨
A 90-minute live EFT Tapping experience to awaken your self-love, emotional wellbeing and feminine aliveness.

In this session Jen will guide you to:

⭐️ Reconnect to the parts of yourself that became buried beneath stress, burnout and overgiving
⭐️ Shift self-doubt into self-love and deeper emotional safety
⭐️ Release patterns of self-abandonment and reconnect to your ability to receive love, support and nourishment

It's free. It's live. And I genuinely believe it could be one of the most powerful 90 minutes you give yourself this year.

📅 Wednesday June 17 at 10:00 AM PT

→ SAVE YOUR SPOT HERE

Can't make it live? Register anyway and Jen will send you the recording. But if you can be there in real time, please be there. The live experience is something special.
In good health,

Hi Jimi,

Most of us are carrying something.

Stress.

Worry.

Old hurts.

Grief.

Anxiety.

Or simply the weight of years spent taking care of everyone else while putting ourselves last.

This weekend, you're invited to join a free online experience designed to help you release some of what you've been carrying.

🌿 Discover the Global Healing Event Here

FYI, Jimi, this isn't a lecture.

It's not a workshop where someone tells you what to think.

And it's not therapy.

Instead, more than a thousand people from around the world gather online and participate in a guided breathwork experience that many describe as deeply healing and surprisingly transformative.

In fact, participants report experiencing:

→ relief from anxiety

→ release of grief and emotional pain

→ greater calm and peace

→ deeper self-awareness

→ more trust in themselves

→ greater clarity and inner wisdom

One thing that is fascinating about this is that every experience is different.

There is no script.

No affirmations.

No visualization exercises.

The creator, Michael Stone, describes it this way:

"I hold the space. Your intelligence does the work."

And many people who have tried countless healing approaches say they've never experienced anything quite like it.

🌿 Reserve Your Free Spot Here

One reason this event stands out is the scale.

Imagine over a thousand people from dozens of countries all breathing together at the same time...

...each doing their own inner work...

...yet sharing a common intention of healing themselves and sending that healing outward into the world.

It's the kind of experience that's difficult to explain.

But judging from the stories people share afterward -- you can see some of this when you click below -- this is remarkably powerful.

🌿 Find out more and join the free Global Healing Event here

No prior breathwork experience is needed.

You can participate with your camera on or off.

And there are two free sessions available, so you can choose the one that works best for you.

If you've been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply curious about what breathwork can do...

...this may be exactly the kind of experience worth saying yes to, so head here now to learn more and join if you are interested!

To Living Long and Living Well,

Brian Vaszily

P.S. One participant said:

"Without question this is the most powerful modality I've ever experienced."

Another said:

"My life has completely opened up. I barely recognize myself."

The event only takes place twice a year, and the next one won't happen until late 2026. If you're even a little curious, I'd encourage you to take a look.

I'm 6 foot 1.

And I spent most of my time trying not to be.

Slouching. Hunching. Making myself smaller so I didn't stand out.

(Weird then that I ended up on YouTube)

Years and years of slumping did something.

It made my body incredibly tight.

And tight bodies can't breathe properly.

In breathwork we can be seduced by the most sexy breathing exercises.

However, until you fix our foundations, nothing performs the way it should.

You end up wasting a lot of time and energy for little results.

This is why the very first letter of my R.E.S.E.T method stands for Release.

Before anything else, you need to be able to take a full, easy, natural breath.

From around the age of five, the modern world starts ruining our breathing.

Stress. Screens. Slouching. Sitting.

Most people don't know what it's like to truly breathe in decades.

The exercises in your table show you how.

However, what you really need is a full assessment and a personalised plan to fix it properly.

This is what I’m offering YOU.

Let’s have a chat.

Just the two of us.

You can tell me your story.

What do you need help with?

Stress?

Anxiety?

Burn out and overwhelm?

Then I’ll do an assessment and tell you what is wrong with your breathing which is causing these issues.

And I’ll give YOU a simple, step-by-step plan to fix it.

I usually charge clients $300 an hour for this.

However, I’m offering this as a complementary service when you join my Breath Reset Program.

I don’t think any other online program does this.

It will ensure you have the fastest, biggest transformation possible.

It is easy to think of environmental toxins as something each person handles individually.
Something contained within a single body, influenced by diet, supplements, or personal choices.
Exposure does not behave that way inside a home.
When one person is dealing with a higher toxic load, whether from water, food, air, or household products, it tends to show up in shared patterns. Energy levels begin to cluster. Sleep quality becomes uneven across the household. Irritability or fatigue appears in more than one person at a time, even when lifestyles are different.
This is partly because exposure sources are shared. But it is also because the body's detoxification systems do not operate in isolation from the environment they are constantly adapting to.
Children, in particular, are more sensitive to these patterns. Their systems are still developing, which means they respond more quickly to changes in environmental burden, both positive and negative.
The Heavy Metals Summit is a free online event focused on understanding how toxins enter the body and how they influence health across every stage of life.
It includes sessions on childhood exposure, household sources, and practical strategies for reducing load in real-world environments.

Essential oils are often treated like a product with a specific effect. Something you use occasionally when you remember it or when a specific need shows up.
Actually, they behave more like a nutritional input than a situational tool.
Frequency, consistency, and how they are integrated into a routine tend to matter more than the individual oil being used. When application is irregular, the body receives inconsistent signals, and the practice never really stabilizes into something the system can anticipate.
This is one of the reasons many people stop using oils even when they still see value in them.
The Essential Oils Revolution brings structure back to that process through simple reference guides that show how to use oils in a consistent way, especially as part of a broader wellness and immune support routine.

Researchers have now pinpointed a specific cellular mechanism that may explain why so many people feel chronically drained no matter what they do.

Inside every cell in your body are tiny structures responsible for producing almost all of your energy.

When they start to fail… and this can happen gradually, over years, they don't just slow down and stop.

They release toxic compounds that begin damaging the healthy ones nearby. One failing energy source becomes many.

But it doesn't end there…

Some of these damaged structures refuse to die off the way they're supposed to.

Researchers actually call them "zombie cells", they're not functioning, but they're not gone either.

They just linger, releasing a slow drip of inflammatory signals that wear down everything around them.

And most people have no idea it's happening, because the symptoms look exactly like stress, or aging, or just life.

Here's the part that doesn't get talked about enough though…

Your body already has a system built specifically to deal with this.

A natural cleanup-and-rebuild process that hunts down these zombie cells, clears them out, and rebuilds from scratch. It's not new science, it's just not common knowledge.

What researchers have found is that certain natural compounds can activate this system.

Most people are simply never told this system exists, let alone that there are practical, natural ways to switch it on.

Download your f.ree copy of The Zombie Cell Switch: The Root of Senescent Cells and How to Control Them…

And Access the protocols researchers say can wake up your body's own cellular renewal system

You never made a conscious decision to be surrounded by wireless technology. It simply became part of modern life.
Whether that's a problem or not is a separate question.
What interests me is how little discussion most people have had about the potential tradeoffs.
When it comes to nutrition, medications, or medical procedures, we generally expect information before making decisions.
With wireless technology, the exposure came first.
That's why Trevor King's webinar is worth your time. He examines what researchers currently know about EMFs, where debate still exists, and how you can make informed decisions without fear or speculation.

And finally, there was a wellness story that generated a lot of attention: the growing popularity of the so-called "Bible diet."
The concept isn't particularly complicated. Most versions emphasize eating foods as close to their natural state as possible—fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole foods, and fewer highly processed products. One advocate featured in the reporting said she has followed the biblical diet for more than 24 years and later earned a degree in nutrition. She reported that early signs of heart disease, high cholesterol, blood pressure concerns, and obesity improved for both her and her husband within weeks of adopting the approach.
Here's my take.
Whether someone follows a Mediterranean diet, a biblical diet, or another eating plan, the fundamental principles don't change very much. Whole foods tend to be better than heavily processed foods. Fruits and vegetables remain important. Excess sugar and ultra-processed foods generally don't help us.
The label matters less than the habits.
A nutrition expert quoted in the story noted that people who eat a wide variety of relatively unprocessed foods are probably doing just fine. That's a principle supported by a great deal of nutrition research.
Medicine continues to evolve, but some lessons remain remarkably consistent. Understand the science. Look beyond the headlines. And focus on habits that support long-term health.

🦥 Three-Toed Sloth

Three-toed sloths are the slowest mammals on Earth, drifting through the rainforest canopy at a pace that makes a snail look like a race car. They spend almost their entire lives hanging upside down from branches, eating leaves and taking naps, and they move so little that a film of green algae grows right in their fur. That algae gives their coats a greenish tint, which works as handy camouflage.
A sloth's fur is a tiny ecosystem all on its own, home to moths, fungi, and insects that depend on these animals to survive. Once a week, three-toed sloths climb all the way down to the ground to relieve themselves, and that trip lets the moths lay their eggs in the dung down below. Researchers think the whole arrangement is a loop that helps feed the sloths: the nutrient-rich fur grows more algae, and the sloths nibble some of it for an extra bit of nutrition. Plus, they’re just adorable…who doesn’t love a sloth?

How Your Gut Health Shapes Your Immune System

Did you know up to 80% of your immune system lives in your gut? When gut health is compromised, the immune system can start attacking the body's own tissues — and most people never make the connection. This article breaks down exactly how leaky gut, diet and lifestyle factors drive autoimmune conditions, and the actionable steps to start restoring balance today.

This Week's Hot Health Tip

Your gut lining replaces itself every 3 to 5 days

That means the food you eat this week is literally building a new gut next week. Fermented foods like miso, kimchi and sauerkraut feed the beneficial bacteria that keep your gut lining strong and your immune system in check. Even a tablespoon a day makes a measurable difference. Start small, stay consistent.

It sounds almost too good to be true: a single type of immune cell that helps slow aging. A built-in “clean-up crew” that keeps your body younger for longer. So... did scientists actually find one? Short answer: they may have found something very promising. But it’s early days. Let’s unpack it.

First, a quick reality check: what is aging?

Aging isn’t one thing. It’s a slow buildup of damage across your body. One key culprit? So-called senescent cells. These are old, worn-out cells that:
  • Stop dividing
  • Don’t die when they should
  • Leak harmful signals that cause inflammation
Think of them as biological “zombies.” Not dead. Not useful. Just... hanging around causing trouble. And as you age, they pile up.

Enter the immune system

Your immune system isn’t just for fighting colds. It also:
  • Removes damaged cells
  • Clears out early cancer cells
  • Keeps tissues functioning smoothly
But here’s the catch: your immune system ages too. Scientists call this immunosenescence. And when it happens, your body becomes worse at clearing out those zombie-like senescent cells. That’s where this new research gets interesting.

The discovery: a special type of T helper cell

Researchers identified a previously unknown subset of T helper cells, a type of immune cell that helps coordinate your body’s defenses. What makes these cells special? They appear to:
  • Increase with age
  • Target and remove senescent cells
  • Help maintain a healthier immune balance over time
In other words, instead of the immune system just declining with age, parts of it may actually adapt to fight aging itself. That’s a big shift in thinking.

Why this matters (a lot)

Here’s the really intriguing part: These same cells were found in supercentenarians, people who live past 100. And not just present. More abundant. That raises a fascinating possibility. Maybe some people age more slowly because their immune systems are better at clearing damage. Not magic. Not luck. Just better cellular housekeeping.

So... is this an “anti-aging immune cell”?

Kind of, but don’t get carried away. This isn’t:
  • A cure for aging
  • A guaranteed longevity switch
  • Something you can “boost” with a supplement
What it is, is:
  • A new piece of the puzzle
  • Evidence that the immune system plays a central role in aging
  • A potential target for future therapies
How these cells actually work

Let’s simplify. These special T helper cells seem to:
  • Recognize senescent cells (the damaged ones)
  • Signal for their removal
  • Help keep inflammation in check
That matters because chronic, low-grade inflammation, often called “inflammaging”, is one of the biggest drivers of age-related disease. So by clearing out the source, these cells may:
  • Reduce tissue damage
  • Support organ function
  • Keep the immune system more balanced
But here’s the catch (there’s always one)

This research is still early, and there are some important limitations like:
  • Much of the work is observational
  • We don’t yet know how to safely increase these cells
  • The findings don’t prove cause-and-effect in humans
And biology is rarely simple. For example:
  • Some “younger” immune profiles can increase autoimmune risk
  • Boosting the immune system blindly can backfire
So this isn’t something scientists can just turn into a pill tomorrow.

What this discovery really tells us

Let’s zoom out for a second. This study reinforces a bigger idea:

Aging isn’t just about wear and tear. It’s about how well your body repairs itself. And your immune system is central to that. In fact, multiple studies now suggest:
  • Clearing senescent cells improves health and lifespan (in animals)
  • Younger or rejuvenated immune cells can reverse aspects of aging in mice
This new discovery fits right into that trend.

So... can you do anything with this now?

You can’t tweak these specific cells directly (yet). But you can support the system they belong to. Think of it this way: you’re not controlling the exact cell, but you are shaping the environment it lives in.

Practical takeaways (this is where it gets useful)

If these cells help clear damage, then your goal is simple. Support your immune system’s ability to do its job. Here’s how:

1. Move your body consistently

Exercise helps maintain immune function as you age. Aim for:
  • 3–5 sessions per week
  • A mix of strength + cardio
2. Prioritise sleep

Your immune system resets while you sleep. Target:
  • 7 to 9 hours per night
3. Eat for cellular health

Focus on:
  • Whole foods
  • Fibre-rich plants
  • Healthy fats
These help reduce inflammation, the environment senescent cells thrive in.

4. Try to avoid chronic stress overload

Long-term stress weakens immune signalling. Simple tools are:
  • Walks
  • Breathing exercises
  • Time offline
5. Don’t ignore infections or health issues

A strained immune system means less capacity for cleanup. Stay on top of:
  • Vaccinations
  • Regular doctor check-ups
Did scientists find an immune cell that fights aging? Well, they found something close. The scientists found a specialized immune cell that:
  • Clears harmful, aging cells
  • Becomes more prominent in long-lived people
  • Could play a role in why some people age better than others
But it’s not a shortcut to immortality. It’s a clue. A really exciting one. And it points to a powerful idea, an idea that healthy aging isn’t just about slowing damage, it’s about improving your body’s ability to clean it up. And that’s something you can control and that you can start supporting today.
Yours in good health,

Here's something you may not know about the living organisms inside your gut...

They sense any increase in stress hormones.

Simply put, when cortisol and adrenaline begin to rise in the body — certain parasites and harmful bacteria interpret those signals as a “biological opportunity.”

And they respond in unwanted ways.

Discover how chronic stress creates parasitic growth and natural ways to eliminate imbalances.

Researchers studying gut pathology have found that stress hormones can directly trigger dormant pathogens to “wake up” and form hidden communities inside your body.

But here's what makes this especially important.

Eliminating parasites without addressing the terrain that allows them to survive may only solve part of the problem.

When the internal environment remains weakened, unwanted organisms tend to return.

The body's most powerful defense against parasitic imbalance isn't a drug or a cleansing protocol.

The real solution is to change your inner terrain.

See how to rebuild your inner terrain to keep unwanted organisms from ever gaining a foothold.

Enjoy the gift,

The microbiome is often described as an ecosystem, and that is exactly what it is.
And, like any ecosystem, its wellbeing depends not only on what is added, but also on what is present in the environment.
Heavy metals are one example.
Research has shown that exposure to metals such as mercury, lead, and cadmium can influence microbial diversity and create conditions that favor less beneficial organisms.
At the same time, these exposures can contribute to oxidative stress and place additional demands on the body's natural detoxification pathways.
For some people, this may help explain why digestive symptoms continue despite diets and supplements. The conversation around gut health has expanded significantly over the last decade, but environmental burden remains one of the most underappreciated pieces of the puzzle.
The Heavy Metals Summit explores these connections through research from experts who study how toxic exposure impacts systems throughout the body, including the digestive tract.

  • Hey Jimi,

In 2017, I did the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage.

I walked 500 miles across Spain.

    The exhaustion went bone deep.

I woke up every morning truly tired.

I had to push my way through each day.
In the end, I was broken.

I wondered if I’d ever feel like myself again.

It gave me an appreciation of what people with chronic fatigue go through.

There’s something most people don’t know about energy.

We think it comes from food. Sleep. Exercise.

    And those things matter.

Yet what’s the energy keeping every single cell in your body alive at this very moment

    It’s oxygen.

And we've really gotten good at disrupting the process.

    Stress.

    Shallow breathing.

Sitting inside for hours every day.

We're starving our cells without even knowing it.

If you truly want more energy, it starts with the breath.

    This tip is simple.

    Go outside.

Find a quiet spot, remove your shoes and socks and put your feet on the grass.

Try some slow box breathing from the Soothe section of your table.

Fresh air. Morning light. Slow breath.

It's one of the most powerful things you can do for your energy.

However, breathing is just one of six pillars of endless energy you’ll find inside The Breath RESET Code.

Six things must work together to completely rebuild how you feel from the inside out.

Most people are missing at least four of them.

This is why they continue feeling tense, stressed, exhausted, and foggy brained.

However, when you put them together, magic happens.

    Your body starts optimizing oxygen.

    Your cells come alive.

    Energy is released.

You can be more productive each day.

    You can exercise for longer.

You can enjoy each day to the full.

CEOs and athletes pay me $300 an hour over several sessions to do this.

I’ve decided to make it available to everyone for a fraction of this.

So you can experience the vitality, drive, and focus of a top performer without the hefty bill.

This is what the Breath Reset Code does.

    Find out how!

You've probably seen these products everywhere...

Protein Tortillas, Protein Chips, Protein Cookies, Protein Ice Cream…the list goes on and on.

But I need to warn you.

Big Food knows "high protein" sells right now, so they're slapping it on the front of anything they can to fool you into thinking their product is good for you.

REMEMBER: The ingredient list is what tells you the truth, no matter what's on the front of the package.

This doesn't mean every product with protein on the label is bad for you. It just means you can't trust the label alone. As long as you flip it over and read the ingredients every time, you're protected.

Let me give you some examples of how this trick works:

These tortillas advertise "2g net carbs" and carry a "Keto Certified" badge, but the main ingredient is modified wheat starch, a chemically altered starch used to artificially inflate the fiber count and lower the carb number on the label. And that "GLP-1 Friendly" claim on the front? It's not a regulated term. It means nothing beyond marketing.

The 16 grams of protein in Quest Chips doesn't cancel out seed oils processed with chemical solvents and hexane (a neurotoxin) or yeast extract added specifically to make the chips more addictive.

Despite the "Mixed Berry" name, there are zero actual berries inside Oikos Pro. Just lab-made flavors, vegetable juice for fake color, and an artificial preservative added to keep the whole thing from growing mold.

The next time you see the word "protein" slapped on a product, remember that tells you nothing about what else is in it. Always flip it over and read the ingredients before you buy. And if you want to add protein to your diet with the best ingredients - choose whole foods, or protein powders like Truvani that use the best organic ingredients with no artificial toxins!

Most people assume fatigue is a recovery problem. Too little sleep, too much stress, not enough downtime.
But clinically, there is another pattern that shows up more often now…
People who rest, but do not recover in a meaningful way.
One of the frameworks being explored in The Human Shutdown docuseries is that energy production at the cellular level may be a key factor in how these patterns develop.
When cells are under strain, multiple functions can appear disrupted at the same time, even when conventional markers do not fully explain the experience.
If you're ready to understand this full-body, full-human shutdown, this docuseries is a good place to start.
You can access it here.

Conversations about nutrition usually begin with the question, "What should I eat?"
Midlife often requires asking a different question, "What has changed about the body receiving that food?"
Most people respond by focusing even more intensely on food. They begin looking for ingredients to eliminate, rules to follow, or dietary strategies that might restore a sense of control.
What often goes unexamined is the possibility that the food is not the variable that changed.
Your body is.
Midlife brings shifts in hormones that influence far more than reproductive health. These changes hit digestion, blood sugar regulation, inflammatory activity, and the way the body produces and uses energy.
The result is that the same dietary choices can produce a different experience than they did ten or twenty years ago.
That is one reason I wanted to share this free workshop from Nagina Abdullah. With a background in Molecular Biology from UC Berkeley, she has spent years helping women understand the relationship between digestion, bloating, inflammation, and the hormonal transitions that occur during midlife.
The workshop begins on June 29 at 12 PM ET and is free to attend.
Reserve your spot here.
