Can drinking water cause clingy belly fat?

According to leading gut expert and former heart surgeon, Dr. Gundry, the answer is YES.

“It’s all possible because Americans are unknowingly drinking the wrong kind of water,” proclaims Dr. Gundry.

“See, every time you take 1 sip of this water, you’re ingesting what I call a ‘health destroyer.’ And it could lead to a slew of problems like stubborn weight gain, unexplained fatigue, and even feeling much older than your actual age.”
The problem is, avoiding this kind of water is not only unrealistic… it’s practically impossible.

Which is why he’s urging all Americans to make 1 easy tweak to their daily water immediately.

It takes about 2 minutes and has nothing to do with filters, switching to alkaline, or anything you’ve heard of before.

In fact, you don’t have to do anything extraordinary.

Yet this one simple tweak can mean the difference between losing unwanted belly fat — or keeping it.†*

Food Packaging Exposes Humans to Chemicals

Dr. David Brownstein, M.D., writes:

A study in the journal Nature reported that more than 1,800 food contact chemicals are known to migrate from items used to store, process, package, and serve foodstuffs. Many of these chemicals are known to be hazardous, and others have never been tested for toxicity.

Scientists reported that 25% of the known food contact chemicals were found to be present in humans. Eighty of these chemicals were found to have hazardous properties.

Special: New Aging Research Reveals Key to Long, Healthy Life

How food is collected and packaged is important. The U.S. government should set standards on this, but there is very little regulation of food packaging. From this article, it’s clear we’re not doing enough.

What can you do?

  • The easiest solution is to prepare your food at home and store it in containers that are safe. Glass and stainless-steel containers are the safest.
  • Do not wrap/store food in plastic or aluminum foil. If you have to use these substances, wrap or cover the food in environmentally friendly parchment paper.
  • You need to spend time in the kitchen. Simply eating out or carrying out from restaurants will never be a healthy eating plan.
  • Eat organic food free of pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, and synthetic hormones.
Dr. David Brownstein, M.D., editor of the Natural Way to Health newsletter, is a board-certified family physician and one of the nation’s foremost practitioners of holistic medicine. In addition to his practice, Dr. Brownstein has lectured internationally to physicians and is the author of more than a dozen very popular books.

We Need Your Help To Preserve Vaccine Exemption Rights in Schools and Educational Agencies.

mail
Jimi,
Throughout the US, there have been cases of schools and educational agencies refusing to acknowledge or allow religious exemptions to vaccination requirements.
The recently introduced bill, US S 5128, is a bill that would cut off federal education funding to schools and agencies that refuse to grant these exemptions from vaccination requirements. This funding restriction mechanism would pressure institutions at all levels to allow or adopt exemption pathways.
The bill would strengthen health freedom by ensuring that religious and conscience-based vaccination exemptions cannot be used as grounds to exclude students from federally-funded schools. As such, we strongly support this bill, but we need your help to get it passed—we strongly urge you to send an email to your senators today expressing support for the bill.
The MAHA Action legislative tracker makes emailing your lawmakers simple. Just click on the button below, enter your information on the right side of the webpage, and click “Send Message”! It takes less than 1 minute to make a real impact and make your voice heard.

Bill Summary + Why This Matters:

US S 5128

Bill Summary

US S 5128 prohibits the award of federal education funds to schools and educational agencies that do not permit religious exemptions to vaccination requirements. The bill applies a funding restriction mechanism to enforce institutional acceptance of religious exemptions across all educational levels receiving federal dollars. This legislation directly addresses vaccine mandate policies by creating a financial incentive for schools to adopt exemption pathways based on religious belief. The bill was introduced in the 119th Congress and is currently in committee.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Why MAHA Action™ Supports This Bill

MAHA strongly supports this bill because it advances health freedom and patient autonomy by protecting individuals and families from one-size-fits-all medical mandates. The bill recognizes that personal medical decisions, including vaccination choices informed by deeply held religious beliefs, should remain with individuals and families rather than be imposed as a condition of accessing education. By conditioning federal funding on schools' willingness to honor religious exemptions, S 5128 removes barriers that have prevented parents from exercising choice aligned with their values and health convictions. This approach respects the principle that government should not coerce medical interventions and aligns with MAHA's core commitment to health freedom over regulatory mandate. The bill empowers families to make medical decisions according to their conscience while maintaining access to public education.

How Sleep Apnea Affects Memory

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

Sleep apnea, heart disease, and memory may seem to be completely unrelated, but as we learn more about the importance of sleep, we’re learning that these seemingly disparate subjects are very much connected.

Your brain needs oxygenated blood. In fact, it’s an oxygen guzzler. Because sleep apnea results in repeated interruptions of breathing, it deprives the brain of oxygen and disrupts normal sleep cycles, both of which are needed to create and store memories, and perform cognitive tasks.

Special: The 7-Day Sleep Reset. Start Sleeping Better Tonight

Research has demonstrated that disrupted sleep can accelerate changes referred to as “brain shrinkage,” which is a sign of aging. A study published in the journal Neurology found that these changes can occur in people who have experienced sleep apnea. Researchers gave 2,267 participants, average age 68, take-home sleep studies and on that basis divided them into three groups: those who were experiencing no sleep problems; those who had mild sleep problems; and those with moderate to severe sleep problems.

Ten years later, participants underwent brain scans to measure their brain volume and white matter hyperintensities — areas in the white matter where the brain tissue has been damaged. The study found that those with lower oxygen levels during sleep had changes in the white matter of their brain, a common finding of impaired brain health that develops with age.

The oxygen deprivation and fragmented sleep that come with sleep apnea can not only age your brain, it can also weaken its function in other critical ways, including:

• Memory problems

• Difficulty learning new tasks

• Cloudy thinking and lack of focus

• Slowed cognition

In addition, low oxygen and reduced sleep can damage the brain’s executive function, the higher level cognitive skills used to control and coordinate your other thinking abilities and behaviors. This weakening can result in problems fulfilling goals, solving problems, and managing emotions.

Hey Jimi,
My dad ate what he thought was a healthy diet: grilled chicken, fish, a side of veggies.
He still ended up with heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and a quadruple bypass.
Looking back, I understand why. And it's not what most people think.
Heart disease is still the number one killer of Americans.
But here's what most people never hear from their doctor: it can actually be reversed.
Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn documented patients whose arteries opened back up and whose angina symptoms disappeared, after they'd been told to go home and wait to die.
The key wasn't a new medication. It was food.
Cholesterol only comes from animal products; our bodies already make all we need on their own. And saturated fat, found in meat, cheese, and dairy, is one of the biggest drivers of high LDL ("bad") cholesterol.
Even one heart-healthy habit most people believe is helping them may actually be working against them (I'll tell you exactly what it is).
In my free upcoming masterclass, I'm breaking down what the research really shows and how to start lowering your cholesterol without feeling like you're on a restrictive diet.

P.S. I lost my dad to a disease that research shows may have been largely preventable. I don't want that to be your story too. Come learn what I wish he'd known.

Hi Jimi,

Do you know someone dealing with cancer? A stunning review of 121 studies following over 108,000 cancer patients just revealed how lycopene can alter your risk.

In addition, millions of people live with constant fatigue, brain fog and unexplained weight gain — accepting these symptoms as a "normal" part of aging. Yet, the cause - thyroid dysfunction - is rarely uncovered as well as the six specific nutrients needed.

Quick question.

If we told you that 7 widely recommended "healthy" foods were quietly creating the internal conditions for cancer

Could you guess what they are?

9 out of 10 people can't.

And that's EXACTLY the problem.

Because the foods most likely to fuel cancer or a recurrence aren't the ones you'd expect.

=> See if you can guess what they are

They’re not junk food. Not processed. And not obviously bad for you.

In fact… they're probably sitting in your kitchen right now.

Cancer thriver and integrative coach Melissa Merchant spent years untangling this after her own diagnosis.

And she put together a short guide revealing exactly what they are… and what to eat instead.

=> See the 7 “healthy” foods that actually cause cancer

With purpose,

Signs Your Eyes May Reveal About Your Health

Your eyes might be the most underestimated diagnostic tool in medicine. Long before headaches, chest pain, or other symptoms appear, changes inside your eyes can hint at everything from cardiovascular disease to metabolic disorders — and the clues are visible right now, during a standard exam. This article breaks down exactly what eye doctors look for and why what they find can change everything about your health picture.
The digestive system plays a central role in breaking down food, absorbing nutrients, and supporting overall health. While solid foods often receive the most attention, the types of drinks consumed throughout the day can also influence how efficiently digestion occurs.

In my last email, I shared a letter ICAN recently sent to FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) before its last meeting, documenting alarming safety and efficacy failures with Moderna’s new mRNA flu vaccine, mFlusiva.

Disregarding our concerns and the health of you and your loved ones, the committee voted unanimously to recommend mFlusiva anyway.

We wrote the committee, pointing out…
  • Unfavorable Benefit-Risk Ratio: mFlusiva’s trial claimed it reduced absolute influenza risk by a mere 0.8%, while a staggering 6.4% of recipients suffered severe reactions—five times the rate of the standard flu shot.
  • Concerning Pattern of Deaths: Five mFlusiva recipients died in Part A of the Phase 3 immunogenicity trial, compared to just one in the group that got the standard flu shot.
  • Cardiac Risk: Cardiac events—including fatal cardiac arrest and congestive cardiac failure—occurred during the trials, echoing the well-documented cardiac dangers of mRNA technology learned with Covid vaccines.
What was shocking was most members of the committee acknowledged and discussed ICAN’s concerns, but recommended further studies be done after mFlusiva’s approval.

The decision to determine safety after putting this on the market is the elephant in the room! This is exactly how NOT to ensure the American people are safe, and it especially puts seniors at risk while the FDA takes years to figure out if the vaccine is actually harming people.

Fauci Testifies Tomorrow — Then We Break It Down

mail

Tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. ET

Wednesday, July 29, 2026

Tomorrow morning, Dr. Anthony Fauci is scheduled to testify under oath before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee to examine the federal COVID-19 response, the origins of the coronavirus, and the government cover-ups and censorship that destroyed lives. That same afternoon, the MAHA™ Media Hub will break down exactly what happened. Live, Wednesday, July 29 at 4:00 p.m. ET. Free and open to the public.
We're bringing together some of the heroes, experts, and activists on the subject to break down what Fauci said under oath, what he dodged, and what it means for the accountability this movement has demanded for years. We will be joined by Mary Holland, CEO of Children's Health Defense; Dr. Meryl Nass, Physician and Medical Freedom Advocate; Dr. Martin Kulldorff, Chief Science Officer at the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at HHS; and Dr. Stephanie Seneff, MIT Senior Research Scientist. Plus, Disinformation Dozen member Sayer Ji, Steve Bannon, bestselling author John Leake, and Congressman John James of Michigan.

Fauci once said that attacks on him were "attacks on science." But science is not a person. Science is skepticism. It is the freedom to ask hard questions and demand real evidence. That is the debate Americans were denied for years, and tomorrow, under oath, the questions finally get asked.
When The Real Anthony Fauci became one of the best-selling books in the country, it met a near-total media blackout: no major reviews, rejected ads, and platforms that limited or pulled its promotion. If the book was wrong, the simple answer was to prove it wrong. Instead came the censorship, and censorship is what people reach for when they are afraid of what a fair fight would reveal.
Here is the good news. The book they tried to bury sold over a million copies. The man they tried to silence now leads the Department of Health and Human Services. And the accountability they spent years running from arrives tomorrow.
Join us to watch it unfold, and to hear from the people who were there from the beginning.

Energy alert: Saudi Refineries Burn While the World's Diesel Supplies Dwindle

The loss of oil refineries in Russia has been devastating, and now refineries in Saudi Arabia are burning, causing a dramatic loss in the ability to process millions of barrels of oil per day.

This means the coming diesel shortage will be even worse than we imagined. While gasoline supplies in the USA should remain strong (we can refine our own gasoline from our own light sweet oil), we don't have the right kind of oil or the right refinery setups to be fully self-reliant on diesel production (or jet fuel).

This means there will be higher prices, supply shortages and possible rationing on diesel in North America later this year. (It will be worst in California.)

This will impact agriculture (tractors), construction equipment, train transportation, highways trucking and logistics, etc. Expect delays and cost increases to begin next month and worsen through the end of the year.

I have more details in today's broadcast videos here.

You go to your doctor for a routine checkup, and one of the labs they order is vitamin D. It's an important nutrient, and it absolutely deserves to be tested.

The problem is that vitamin D is one of the most commonly tested nutrients in mainstream medicine, yet it remains one of the most commonly misunderstood.

All too often, I hear from people who have been told to stop taking vitamin D based on a limited lab result. In many cases, that advice is incomplete and can actually do more harm than good.

That's why tonight I'm hosting a Vitamin D Crash Course.

We'll discuss:

  • Why standard vitamin D testing doesn't always tell the full story
  • The biggest mistakes people make when interpreting vitamin D results
  • How to better understand your vitamin D status and what it means for your health

If you've ever had your vitamin D tested, this is an episode you won't want to miss.

📅 Tonight at 6:00 PM Central

Join me live on YouTube or Facebook.

I look forward to seeing you there.

If you're drinking Gatorade Zero, reaching for Halo Top ice cream, or chewing Extra gum to keep things "sugar free"... I need to warn you about something.

A new study just linked several of the processed zero-calorie sweeteners found in these products to a faster decline in memory and thinking skills…

  • Aspartame
  • Saccharin
  • Acesulfame K
  • Erythritol
  • Xylitol
  • Sorbitol
I've been warning about these sweeteners for years. Now the cards are really stacking up.

Previous research out of the University of Texas found that people who regularly consumed artificially sweetened drinks experienced almost FOUR TIMES the increase in waist circumference over a nine-year period compared to those who didn’t — even though they were drinking zero calories

And in 2023, the International Agency for Research on Cancer classified the artificial sweetener aspartame as "possibly carcinogenic to humans."

This is found in Diet Coke. The best-selling diet drink in America.

Processed zero-calorie sweeteners are all over the grocery store shelves. You’ll find them hiding in products you may have in your fridge or pantry right now:

  • Gatorade Zero → Acesulfame Potassium
  • Halo Top Ice Cream → Erythritol
  • David Bars → Acesulfame Potassium
  • Quest Protein Bars → Erythritol
  • Extra Gum → Sorbitol, Aspartame, Acesulfame K
  • Pur Gum → Xylitol
  • Monster Energy Zero → Acesulfame Potassium
  • Rockstar Sugar Free → Acesulfame Potassium
  • Diet Pepsi → Aspartame, Acesulfame K
There are sooo many more…so make sure you check your “sugar-free”, “zero-sugar”, and “low carb products.

At Truvani, we don’t use questionable chemicals like this in our products. Our new Electrolyte Drink Mix (in 3 flavors!) is sweetened with monk fruit. It also has no synthetic citric acid, maltodextrin, or stevia that you’ll find in most other brands.

If you know anyone who might be buying these “sugar free” products, warn them by sharing this post on Instagram, Facebook, and X.

Not sure what else to say aside from, again, when it comes to my all-time favorite nutritional molecules that give you the absolute most bang for your buck, Jim…

sulforaphane was EXTREMELY high on the list when we were initially formulating our OUR 7 product…

but I decided that Mara Labs has such a special (and really the only truly effective) way of doing it that I’d rather continue pointing people to them and their Brocelite product!

And now to ADD to the list of what I already loved about it, as we found out in the webinar, we can now safely say that sulforaphane substantially detoxifies MICROPLASTICS

which is HUGE!!

Since microplastics are such a new threat, they haven’t been studied nearly as much as heavy metals and other chemicals, so we really don’t know WHAT helps with them…

so knowing that sulforaphane definitely does is quite a big deal!

And I should probably say here that if you didn’t already see the webinar with cofounders David Roberts and Dr. John Gildea…

it was a highly informative deep dive into this little miracle molecule from broccoli sprouts, and you can still 👉 watch it here. :)

The microplastics thing comes as a nice follow-up to the famous study they did in an industrial city in China (chosen for the crazy air pollution)…

which says people eliminated 61% more benzene and 23% more acrolein after 12 weeks of use.

And again, while most people think of sulforaphane as a “detox molecule” (and rightly so), there are now over 1,500 studies in PubMed detailing its anti-cancer activity

it’s also got a lot of hormone-balancing properties, anti-pathogenic properties, immune and inflammation benefits

one of those molecules that’s hard to believe it does so much, which is precisely why we love it so much!

And that’s also the reason David says he actually DOESN’T talk about all the different areas of research behind it, so the things he does focus on are actually more believable. :)

David also noted that our webinars are the ONLY time he EVER gives such a large deal because he believes so much in what we’re doing!

A Closer Look At Dizziness And Its Causes

Dizziness is one of those symptoms almost everyone experiences, yet very few people truly understand. Is it vertigo? Low blood sugar? Something going on with your heart? This in-depth guide breaks down the many forms dizziness can take, walks through both the everyday triggers and the rarer, more serious culprits, and explains how doctors actually go about diagnosing and treating it. If you've ever wondered why that spinning or lightheaded feeling keeps coming back — or what it might mean — this is worth a read.
The digestive system plays a central role in breaking down food, absorbing nutrients, and supporting overall health. While solid foods often receive the most attention, the types of drinks consumed throughout the day can also influence how efficiently digestion occurs.

Hey Jimi,
Protein bars. Protein chips. Protein-packed lattes.
Protein is everywhere right now, and it's created a lot of confusion (and a lot of unnecessary fear).
Growing up, I was taught you have to eat meat to get enough protein.
So were most of us.
But here's the truth: it's a myth.
All plants contain protein, and whole plants provide all the essential amino acids your body needs.
In fact, a study of over 71,000 people found that vegans and vegetarians were getting 70% more protein than they needed each day, without even trying.
Lentils have 24 grams of protein per cup. Tempeh has 31. Even broccoli and potatoes carry several grams each.
When you eat a variety of whole plant foods, protein adds up fast, along with fiber and nutrients you simply don't get from animal protein.
So if you've been worried that eating more plant-based means you won't get "enough," I want to put that fear to rest.
In my upcoming free masterclass, I'll show you exactly how much protein you actually need (it's probably less than you think) and the simplest ways to get it from whole foods, no powders or supplements required.

🌿 Foraging Food & Medicine 🌿

That 'weed' in your driveway? Robin shows you how plantago (or ‘plantain’) feeds you and doubles as a poultice for bug bites and bee stings – one of the most useful wild plants hiding in plain sight.
WORD OF THE WEEK
Compersion:
A feeling of joy when someone you love experiences joy (often used in relationship psychology).

Hydration Vs Caffeine

Over the last couple years, I’ve realize that a lot of us aren’t actually low on energy.
We’re overstimulated… under-hydrated… and using caffeine to bulldoze through the signals our body is trying to send us.
I noticed it especially in the afternoons. That wired-but-tired feeling where another coffee sounds helpful, but somehow also makes everything worse later.
That’s part of why I’ve been liking LMNT’s new Lemonade Iced Tea.
It feels different than most caffeinated drinks because it’s built around hydration first. You still get a small amount of caffeine from real black tea extract, but paired with electrolytes and naturally occurring compounds like L-theanine that create a much steadier effect.
Less spike. Less crash.
And honestly, I’ve found I reach for LESS caffeine overall when my hydration and minerals are dialed in.
  • No sugar
  • No artificial junk
  • Sodium, potassium, and magnesium for actual hydration support
  • Smooth energy instead of the rollercoaster
It’s become an easy afternoon swap for me lately.
You can CHECK IT OUT HERE and get a complimentary 8-count sample pack with any order to find your favorite flavors.

The Wood Wide Web

The mushrooms you see when you look at the forest floor, are only part of the deeper story of fungus. That stem and cap are the fruit, the part that pushes up to spread spores, sort of like the purpose of an apple on a tree. The full organism itself is spread out beneath your feet as a web of tiny white threads called mycelium, sometimes running for miles through a single patch of forest. A single teaspoon of that soil can actually hold miles of these threads, all of it invisible to us above the ground. What that web is doing down there almost sounds like science fiction.
The forest is wired together
Trees can't necessarily feed themselves in a perfect way without assistance. Their roots aren’t the only thing responsible for pulling water and hard-to-reach minerals from the soil. They have help. Fungal threads wrap around and bore into the roots, and then stretch far past where the roots can reach…allowing them to grab nutrition like phosphorus, nitrogen, and water back to the tree. In exchange, the tree trades over sugar it makes from sunlight, and the fungi keep roughly a third of it as their ‘cut’ for all their hard work.

Inflammation is not something that appears out of nowhere.
It is the result of thousands of signals your body receives every day.
The food you eat matters. But so do the chemicals you encounter, the quality of your sleep, your stress levels, your gut health, and the way your nervous system responds to your environment.
The challenge is that we often look for one thing to blame.
Your immune system does not work in isolation. It is constantly communicating with your gut, brain, hormones, and organs to decide whether your body is safe or under threat.
That is why reducing inflammation requires more than a list of foods to avoid.
Inside The Chronic Inflammation Summit, experts are exploring the many pathways that influence inflammation and sharing practical strategies to help your body return to balance.
Register now and receive instant access to bonus gifts, including:
  • Inflammation Crushing Smoothie eGuide
  • Microbiome repair insights
  • PEMF therapy and detox strategy trainings
Your body is always responding.
The question is whether you understand the signals it is receiving.
With aligned purpose,

Episode 484: POISON OVER PEOPLE, AI'S REALITY CHECK & DR. ANDREW WAKEFIELD
This morning, Anthony Fauci returns to the Senate under subpoena—and Chairman Sen. Dr. Rand Paul is armed with thousands of pages from Fauci’s private pandemic records.

At the center of today’s hearing are questions that have followed Fauci for years:

What did he know about COVID’s origins, U.S.-funded research in Wuhan, and the decisions made behind closed doors?

Before Fauci takes the stand, Del Bigtree goes live with a hard-hitting look at the newly released records, Fauci’s past testimony, and the questions he may finally be forced to answer.

Then watch the hearing live and uninterrupted, with Del and attorney Aaron Siri providing commentary during every committee break—followed by a post-hearing wrap-up.

As Fauci faces Rand Paul under oath, one question hangs over it all:

Will Fauci finally tell the full story?

"Why do I have this pain?"

If I had a dollar for every time someone asked me that...

I'd probably be writing this from a beach somewhere. 😄

“This” pain could be in your neck.

Maybe your back.

Your shoulder.

Your hip.

Your foot.

The location changes.

The question never does.

And almost every time I hear this next sentence...

"But I didn't do anything."

That probably sounds familiar, hmmm?

Well, that's the part that gets people.

Because they expect pain to show up after some big event.

A fall.

A car accident.

Lifting something heavy.

But after 26 years and 1000s of patients...

I've learned that's usually not how it works.

Pain is often the final chapter… not the first one.

Your body's been adapting for years.

🚗 Driving.

💻 Sitting.

📱 Looking down at screens.

😴 Sleeping in the poor positions.

Little by little, things shift.

One shoulder sits a little higher.

One hip rotates a little differently.

Your body starts compensating.

Then it compensates for the compensation.

And eventually...

Getting out of a chair makes you moan and groan.

Another issue?

Most people (and doctors) only treat where it hurts.

But pain is just the messenger.

The real question is...

Why is your body sending the message in the first place?

When you know that, you’re able to correct the actual cause.

If that sounds great to you, I want you to check out The Full Body Fix.

It's a 5-day experience that helps you understand how your body got here...

And even better, what you can do about it.

It starts this Saturday.

And there's no charge so you got that going for ya.

Head here to learn more and sign up (if you haven’t yet).

And as always, Be Your Own Guarantee for your health and life.

Dr. Ryan

P.S. If you’ve been thinking, “I have no idea why this hurts”...

The Full Body Fix will help you finally make sense of what your body’s been trying to tell you.

If you want in, head here to check it out.
