Well looks like the box made back out into the world again, lol. Sry for the lack of attention here this last week. I'm unfortunately bed ridden sick. It's awesome that this box is turning out to be really better then some of the other boxes.

I would like to know if there is anybody that would be interested in swapping position with @Mommay seeing as she is now out shipping 2x without taking much of anything. I know there are a few of the members that aren't very active on this forum since sign up so if you are one of those few members I suggest getting active or I will make the switch myself because @Mommay has gone above and beyond to help us all out without asking anything in return and I think she should be added a little further down the list so she can receive some items worth having. Thank you all... Now, for my rant.... DAMN, PROVARI! When I first considered a Provari, I wanted the Zencote Gold, but just couldn't make myself pay that much extra--- they're on sale right now!! I know everyone likes the higher wattage devices, but I love my Provari - especially since I have a pass-thru next to my TV chair & one in my car. I haven't had a battery in the thing in ages. I was over at Provape - about to get me another plug for the pass-thru to go in my office/craft room and just happened to browse - big mistake - it sure is hard to keep my finger off of the <enter> button.... darn, darn, darn!!! A gold zencote with a gold bedazzled tank on my mini nauti sure would be loud & gaudy!! <VBG> I would have to get a vapeband that said "Married to My Mod" - cause I sure would be! But, I already have a gold Kayfun nano that would sure sit pretty, too... You guys really need to tell me that I shouldn't do this and talk me out of this impulse. There hasn't been anything lately that's been a real temptation - I was going to go buy a safe tomorrow - guess I could switch budget plans - heck, I'd want the safe to put my golden girl in. hahaha.

I ordered a Kanger subtank and was so excited to try it and "sub ohm" with the .5 coil head. Unfortunately my prover apparently can't sub ohm. It won't fire. Bummer. Now I really hope that there is a box mod when the box makes it to me. Fingers crossed!!

@Heather - Do I need it?.. heck, no. So far, I've still resisted. Honestly, the more I look at it, it seems a little too flashy for me. If it was brushed gold, it would already be in my hot, little hand. But, I think I'll just hold off. If they ever put the titanium one on sale for a comparable price, there won't be any stopping me. I'm all about light-weight! I know most folks like higher wattage devices, and mods that will sub ohm, but my old Provari vapes better than anything else I have. I'm just here for the flavor and to keep me off the old stinkies.

BTW- The PIF box should be delivered to the recipient today! Let us know when it arrives. Most importantly, enjoy! I think I'll make some more charms to add, (if anyone is interested in having bling) since the ones in the box were holiday themed and the box took a vacation during the holidays. Would anyone even be interested?

I am resisting too for now. I really want something to try the new sub ohm coils on so may want to lean more toward a box mod instead of another provari. Dilemmas dilemmas...With Christmas and other things depleting my funds I should wait to make a largish purchase for a little while. I constantly compare what I would have spent on cigarettes and feel like rewarding myself though. $10 a pack a pack a day adds up.

Yeah I sent a pm on Wednesday and haven't heard back. This no communication is getting old.

I feel certain he received it. However, it arrived on Friday, today is Monday- that's not an unreasonable amount of time. The only thing that troubles me is no answer to my PM or @DeathMetal03 PM. That's just common courtesy. It seems longer to us because the box was with Lowell Lee for an extended period of time and then was rerouted back to me - so it's been a month now, since I sent it out to Lowell.

I think that the next few peeps address should be centrally collected (I can do it, if DeathMetal03 doesn't have time.- I'm retired, so can verify addresses & check to make sure addressees are still active members of VU. If your not semi-active & participating, then you get skipped until you show back up & interact like a part of the community. Basically, this is what we did in the 1st couple of boxes & it worked. When you're involved, you have a vested interest in the box and the other PIF members. Thoughts from PIF memberS?

I am curious as to how it got rerouted back toyou @Mommay, last I had heard via pm that it couldn't be delivered and was supposed to be resent back to sender. So I had texted back letting @DeathMetal03 knowI'd be following up, but it ended back with you. My postage had been placed over the one sent to me.

Sadly (and so VERY SADLY) we lowly mod's cannot do SQUAT about it.

And as far as my meager understanding goes, our lords and masters the Admins will not get involved themselves for the very same reasoins.

These PIF box's are pretty much out of our domain. From the start to the finish.

If the PIF box goes missing or is abused by a member (as in taking a lot of stuff out and not putting much in) we shall take a look at that when we need to.

And hopefully we will not need to!
