8 ply 0.3x0.1/40 SS316L staples on the Kennedy. I really like this classic RDA - no bells or whistles, just great flavor and respectable clouds if you want them.

Playing with new profile of micro sliders(6 x 33AWG). Before(left) and after chemical smoothing(right).
Spec:
Name: Spatial/spacious multi-core micro alien,
Angular coefficient(initial clapton): x2,4-2.5,
Final resistance: 0,267Ohm(dual coil) / 0,54Ohm(single),
Wires: 6 x 0,18mm + 0,07mm, Kanthal D,

I'm going to get those eventually.
It's normal cotton bacon. My juice just turns it dark purple. I got into making custom juices. This one's peanut butter/grape.
Oh yeah, nevermore then lol. I'm into the diy myself (obviously) and had come across that info and it looked like the same stuff to me

I finally mastered working with .3 ribbon and cleanly coiling my staples and got a pile of aliens ready to go and not quite as pretty I got my first clean staggered fuse

Mounted in my petri... 10 ply .3Ka1 wrapped in 36g N80' 6 wrap @ 3mm.... Final resistance .15 ohm... Now to juice her up and let it sing

Wow holy frustrating... 6 ply .4k framed with 28g Ka1 staggered and fused with 36g N80.... I had to stop and flatten it about every 10-15 wraps and my core failed on me after I got about 5" done.
I'm finding the SSFC a bitch in the finer gauge wires myself, practice and patience la and you'll nail it. What you've got done looks tidy as

It curved and collapsed as soon as I tried to coil it tho ... I'd probably have better luck if I tried it with .3 and 30g cus my .3 staples are coiling beautiful, but I didn't wanna work that small for my first try.

Pre-coiled pic. Although it's a pretty good vape, I don't think it's worth the amount of time/effort it takes to make one. A regular framed staple is MUCH easier and MUCH faster to make.
14 ply .3x.1 28g frames all kanthal/FeCrAl /38g ss316l. Only have Kanthal ribbon in .3 so the ramp up times a bitch. Still one of the wider coils I've done cleanly though. Roll on up the gauges

Mahoosive coil. Only a simple staggered fused Clapton wrapped around a 5mm bit in the vandy vape pyro. Damn this thing chucks

the .3 kanthal i used in my unframed staples ramp up too fast... I actually wish it was a wee bit slower lol.
See I quite liked the staged 10 ply staple I did a while back as well but I'm making efforts to do wider coils. Next thing on the shopping list is .2 ribbon wire though to see how fast the same build ramps up in the thinner gauge

Yeah, with these smaller sized key rings I don't need sliders. They're quite taut and balance well.try 6x30g and use 22g decore, dont even need to use Ribbon sliders
The 28g w/22g decore is fine, I just went too fast for the physics of the build.

So after a few days of use... These 10 ply staples I put in my petri rta is one of the best decisions I've ever made.... So much more flavor than my aliens and I didn't think it could get any better than those. Sucks juice a bit faster and it's more finicky to wick properly but worth it My IVC chewey lemon candy really tastes like real lemon drops.
I've been keeping up with your Instagram posts and gotta say I'm well impressed, beautiful work as always. Hows production coming on your little project?Just some samples of builds Ive been doing.

Took me a long time and ALOT of money to figure out ribbon, you will get it.I tried to make an 8ply .4×.1 Ni80 / 40g Ni80 staple build and it vapes nice, but coiling it up was horror so I ended up throwing away most of my beautiful strand that measured almost 10 inches in length.

I was thinking maybe next time I will coil it up one wrap at a time by gently dry firing around my Coil Master Ceramic Stick whilst gently pulling on it each time after adding one more wrap.
